Very friendly customer service workers. The television in the waiting area keeping customers up to date on how much longer they will be waiting is such a great idea. I have nothing but good to say about my experience my first time visiting there. They handled everything so efficiently.

They were very fast, the lady that worked with me was in Booth 3 she was very kind and helpful and guided me through everything that I needed to do. Though I don't remember her name she worked both three on the date of Monday April 15th and I was there at around 2:30. Thanks

I made an appointment (highly recommend, the wait times on the screen for walk ins were about 20/30 mins) I was called up even a few minutes earlier than my time. The employee was very nice and let me double check my driver s license picture. I was in and out for a renewal in about 5 minutes!

Told me I had something pending on my driving record says the supervisor and that I had to call a 225 number in BR didn t even give me the number for the phone with BR for three days trying to figure it out with BR. And the out come was she made a mistake the supervisor in Hammond and my license should have been updated with my new address that Monday not Thursday. Will never recommend this dmv express to anyone. She definitely can t do her job much less supervise anyone that works along her

I was impressed by their efficiency. They also texted to give you and idea as how many were ahead of you. As well as an estimated time you would be seen. The wonderful lady who helped me, was completely welcoming, respectful, professional and helpful.There were many ahead of me so I had expected to be there for a very long time. However, I was in and out in less than an hour!

Kiosk sign in. Estimated wait time. Right on the money. My Drivers License had expired, so there was a requirement of a piece of mail with your name and address on it but not handwritten. I had USPS Informed Delivery, which shows a picture of your mail for that day. Saved me 2 trips back home!

Best experience I've ever had at a DMV. First time using this location. They were very friendly and efficient. I made an appointment online first; they saw me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. Person helping me was very polite, patient and was finished within 10 minutes. Thanks for helping me!

Fast service. They don t handle anything pertaining to an out-of-state license on Saturday.Disabled Veterans license plates-you ll need to get an affidavit (LDVA-17) signed by the VA service officer up the road before coming here(per policy of this business)

Yea no I rarely do reviews but this one here I had too. Haley and Breanna were really helpful in fixing our problem. It was quick and had no issues. Will definitely come back here next time.

I went at lunch time so had to wait about 30 minutes. Next time now that I know that you can make an appointment on line I will just do that. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. I am hearing impaired and had trouble hearing them yell out my name and desk number. They do have a TV screen that shows when you are next so I watched that then got up and stood closer to the desks to hear them better.

I was there to renew my driver s license. My wait was less than two minutes.Breanna processed the renewal. She was pleasant, efficient and courteous.This was a great experience.

I really recommend motor vehicle place in Hammond I got in And out In good time Was waited on by miss Fletcher She was wonderful at what she does Thank you I will come back And just so you know Even though our last name is the same we're not Related I checked...lol.. I would give it 6 star if I could the hole staff was excellent

My experience at Hammond Motor Vehicle Express was hassle free. I have taken advantage of the express service many times now and you can t beat it. Schedule a time, show up a few minutes early, you name pops up on the screen and your name is called no matter how many people are in the waiting room. I highly recommend it. The staff was great, we had Vita, she was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Also very friendly. She made our visit very pleasant. Thanks so much.
