These are good people. My disabled vehicle was brought to them, and when I finally showed up, they were polite, considerate, and easy to work with.I was able to retrieve some things from my car, and arrange for an estimate on the work. Plans changed again, and I planned to tow my vehicle home. I called to pay for my car's stay and arrange its release. There was NO CHARGE! What a kind policy! It makes me feel they really want to do the best they can for their customers. Thanks Gerber people!

Worst experience ever, so far! The manager won't return my calls. They damaged the paint on my trunk terribly and are saying it was already there, though they even sent me photos that prove there was no damage initially! Fraudulent activity with evidence. Definitely do NOT recommend this shady business! It seems that Progressive insurance is in on it as well, though I cannot prove that.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

I am not impressed. This place has been a go to place since it was Champs when it came to insurance claims. My car had repairs on two different occasions and the paint didn t not match. Of course I pointed it out and was told to bring the car back to fix it. Once we brought it back the lady, who I assume was over painting, had the nerve to say she didn t see anything wrong. On top of that the rental that was promised on the warranty had never even been spoken of, so they never even got one. I stood there and these people made me feel of no value. I will think twice before coming here for anything else!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Car was supposed to take a week maybe 2 to fix because only the bumper needed to be replaced and it s been there for almost 2 months. They lied many times about it being ready and then double back on it saying the parts aren t in when they just said they were. On the day they said I could pick it up they said they put to much freon in the car for whatever reason and had to drain it. Mind you only the bumper needed to my fixed. Air conditioning and everything was just fine before I brought it and had been working 2 weeks prior to bringing it in. I went up there today and they said it wasn t even there and that it was at another body shop. I wouldn t recommend bringing your car here if you don t want to constantly be lied to!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Hit an alligator between 6-8 feet with my 2018 Nissan Altima on 27MAY and had some front bumper damage, bottom shields needed to be replaced and also the radiator protector was cracked and also needed to be replaced. The staff were amazing and extremely professional. Loren kept me updated through the entire process and even notified when they found additional damage that wasn't visible during the initial inspection. Even more importantly its good to see women handling their business in what use to be a male dominated field. My car was finished 3 days ahead of the scheduled pickup date. Work was done correctly and looks great only issue I had like others I read on reviews they stole all my change except the pennies. It's not the issue of the amount that was taken the issue is I had to go through my entire vehicle to see if anything else was stolen. Looks like Management need to set up a sting to see which employees are thieves as they have an integrity issue with their employees. I will let my Insurance Company know that I will not allow my vehicle to go back as they lost my trust.

I suggest you take your business elsewhere. They certainly don't mind taking your insurance money, and then leave you hanging with an unrepaired vehicle. For example, I brought my car here to have some seats replaced after animal damage.They replaced several sections and told me they were ordering the remaining 1 so I could take the car home. They said they'd call when it came in. I called 6 months later, and "Oh, it's on its way, we forgot. We'll call." And I doubt I'll ever see it, as now I've been waiting well over a year for a section of a third row seat for my GX 460.

Staff was amazing to work with. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk, to the manager Andrew were so nice. DO NOT GO TO THESE AWFUL PEOPLE!!! Very rude telephone manners to the public. When I went up there, some woman named Amanda was totally rude to her co-worker on the walkie-talkie with "What do you want!" Trust me, I felt like that's what they thought about my business - "What do you want!"Car was there for over a week and I couldn't get an estimate so I called AAA and had it towed to another place. When AAA heard about our experience, they covered the tow under our membership coverage.After it was towed, I got a call from the new place about an hour later with a verbal estimate and they said they would have something in writing tomorrow! Yay!UPDATE*************************I got a call today from the hierarchy at Gerber (regional man) who is a local guy (A+ for hiring homeboys) and who was completely sympathetic. He assured me Gerber takes these reviews quite seriously and strives for great customer service. Evidently the local flu has a few people out on sick leave over there and while he did not want to excuse what happened to me on a personal level, he did explain the Gerber company was dedicated to their customers. I'm a skeptic ordinarily but I believed Mr. Campbell. I can see giving them future business especially considering how quickly they responded to this review!

first off they stole out my car (money & jewelry), after getting my vehicle back and getting into it I smelled cigarette smoke n seen ashes (I'm not a smoker, neither do i let friends smoke in my car)and they're supposed to detail my vehicle inside and out piss poor job, because the outside was just as dirty as it was before the repairs if not worse. Im very disappointed with the quality of the work and the services I was given. I will never return or recommend anybody to get anything done here.

After having my car one week I was told it was ready to be picked up. When I got there and saw it I was disgusted. Broken fog light was installed in the bumper the paint job was horrible tape still on the car the aftermarket bumper that was put on did not fit and looked horrible. The fender liner was broken and then cut during instillation instead of replacing it they tried to cover it up. When we saw it tried to tuck it back in again we weren't looking and lie. Had to pull it out again for them to come up with excuses. The bondo that was put on the fender looked as though a toddler did it. Just HORRIBLE. after having my car over 3 weeks I went and picked it up. Upon initial inspection it looked ok. Not perfect but to be honest I was tired of dealing with the liars at this company now one week later every day we notice something else that Gerber broke and/or was broken during the wreck that they just simply covered up instead of fixing. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Horrible service. Also, since my review they have commented saying that they have been trying to call me to resolve the issue. This is another LIE. Terry has my number I assure you I called MANY times while my car was there and not a single person from this place has tried to contact me.

I ve had 2 cars repaired at Gerber and they are fast and do amazing work couldn t even tell that I had repair work done to my car!! I ve had bad experience from other places not matching the color up right BUT Gerber does!! All the employees are super nice I will definitely be coming back here again if I ever get into a fender bender again.

Sorry workmanship. Quality is not the same as when it was Champ s CollisionSo, I get a call from Gerber Collision requesting that I take down my review. Their $200 error in repair caused my car to be totaled due to additional damage caused by the error. I told them I would remove it only if they paid me the $200 I had to pay to repair my car somewhere else. I have heard nothing from them. Do not trust.

The representatives are quite friendly and proactively inform you of your vehicle's repair status. However be aware body part replacements are aftermarket products (AMP). Doors and door sheet metal panels are thinner gauge material than original manufacturer products (OMP). Plastic body components (bumpers for example) will not match the color of adjacent metal parts (fenders). Their recognized estimators refuse to authorize paint blending. The result is your vehicle will forever display color discrepancies.Service: General repairs & maintenance

If I could give this place no stars I would. They had my car for over three weeks when they said it would be one week. I went to pick up my car today and after I paid my deductible, they tell me they lost my key. Do not take your car to these people! They cut corners, and do very shotty work. I've had to take my car back twice to have them redo work that wasn't done correctly. Over 2 months of back and forth to fix a minor accident. Now I find out from my dealership that I have to take it back again, because instead of replacing wiring they taped it up, which caused my car to blow fuses that control my headlights. Thank God they caught it before something happened

I would like to thank Gerber Collision for a job well done. My vehicle looked beyond repair but thanks to Gerber Collision my vehicle looks better than it did when I first purchased my vehicle. They failed to let the insurance companies and AAA know that they are not working on imports, so after a wreck it was recommended that I bring the car to Gerber only to find out Monday that they will not work on it.

I had a collision repair done a year or two ago from a very low speed collision (someone backed into my vehicle) since the repair I've found countless screws/bolts loose on only the side of the vehicle where the repair was done - the other 10+ year old bolts are still holding strong. Shoddy work.

We Love the service at Gerber collision center They fixed our car and they gave us a rental car.....Gerber told my Husband when we could pick up our Car.....They did a really Awesome Job..... I would tell my friends & family there...They treated us like Family

Always the place to get your vehicle cosmetic needs corrected! Go see Mark or Terry. They're AWESOME! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!
