Always wonderful when I go! We went today and Paul did our service! He was very professional with a great attitude! Great service and wonderful customer communication with EVERYTHING! Went for an oil change and he checked everything out for me! Last time I went it was the same great service! I drive out my way just to go here! They have great prices and TRULY CARE about the safety of you and your family on the road! Would recommend them to anyone I know and definitely will be back! Thanks Paul for your help and also the other team members who helped!! All the way

I'm new to the area and was blessed to stumble upon these guys! Paul was very helpful from beginning to end. James worked on my car and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This place was as professional as they were nice and they are now my go to guys for all my car needs!!

James Chicalace found that my rack and pinion bolts were loose while bringing a tire in to get balanced. He went above and beyond to help me out and definitely recommend the Hammond, LA shop for your vehicle services. Thanks bud!

Let me just start this review of by saying WOW . I left work early to ensure that I could get my oil changed today. As I left work, I called 2 other quick oil places that I have been to before and was basically laughed at when I asked if they could fit me in today. I called Express and was told to come right in and they would fix me up. And that they did. I am always skeptical of mechanics as I do not know much about cars other than how to drive them. My skepticism quickly subsided after talking to Cameron. Cameron was very very knowledgeable, gave me a run down of what was gonna be performed BEFORE doing it, and asked for my confirmation. This oil change was one of, if not, the quickest I have gotten done. Not to mention, the best cost for service. This man was beyond nice, and has obviously mastered customer service skills. After getting my oil changed, he explained any issues that I had with my oil, and even offered to check and fill my tires for free. Lastly, he even updated my vehicles service interval on the dash, and confirmed that that was okay with me. DAMN EXCELLENT JOB GUYS! You have definitely gained a loyal customer for as long as I live even remotely close to this shop. Give this man a raise.Services: Tires, Oil change

Caleb and James were life savers. We are from out of town and they were able to fix the starter on our truck the same day. We arrived shortly before closing and those guys were so helpful to get the part and get it fixed to get us back on the road. We didnt even need to rent a vehile while we waited. We truly appreciate the helpful service we received from Express Oil Change.

Pulled in for just an oil change but noticed they offered break tags too which was very convenient. The guy Cameron was so nice he mentioned I needed new windshield wipers which I had already bought and they were in my back seat and he offered to put them on for me. I got my oil changed, wiper blades put on, and inspection sticker in under 20 minutes with great customer service!

3.5 stars from me.I decided to try Express Oil as I've known of their growing, service-driven company for many years.Service was quick. Communication was good while I remained in my vehicle. I enjoyed listening to staff communicate and "call back" - similar to how a professional restaurant kitchen operates. Service tech that I dealt with seemed knowledgeable, he checked fluids, double checked, even removed some oil that had been over-filled and showed me on the dipstick that the oil was now at proper level.I am a Hammond native and have been having my simple vehicle service work done at a particular location / business for as many years as I can remember. I am loyal to my standard and have been happy, but this time I decided to try Express mostly out of curiosity and brand recognition.Now, I understand as well as anyone that value can be placed on speed and service. But, 39% cost to me above what I normally pay won't gain my regular business. I can forgive 15-20% higher but that's where it tops out.I don't have any complaints other than cost as I will admit that the service I received was probably 30% quicker than I am accustomed to. Maybe the cost at Express being higher than what I would normally pay is *why I was able to get in and out....the shop didn't seem nearly as busy as the shop I frequent. I did quickly search online at Express Oil Change website for a coupon while I was having the truck serviced but no luck.Service: Oil change

My husband and I were traveling home from camping when we realized we had a flat tire on our camper. We pulled into this location to get it checked out and are so thankful we did! Express oil change in Hammond is the best . I had a bearing go out on my tire , and had to be in another town to walk my granddaughter onto football field for awards in about an hour . The guys at express oil change , ordered my part , got it delivered and placed onto my vehicle in under an hour !! Awesome service and they were all friendly , professional and knew their jobs . Thanks guys you saved my day !

When to get car and truck services today with oil change. I had the pleasure of having Cameron service both of them and he did an excellent job. Went through and check out everything on both vehicles and told me things I might need to have done or soon and he got it done. Didn t leave any oil smudges or anything on my vehicles. I also got a brakes and rotor job done on my truck by Mr.Brian and once again excellent service. He sat and explain my issues with my rotors, broke down my expense and got me in and out in a reasonable time. Been dealing with the business for two years now and will always be my go-to-place Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

These guys are awesome! Brandon took care of me and his customer service was just fantastic. I never feel like these guys try to upsell me anything, and they always do the job correctly and they do the job very well. several times I've come to them and they have caught mistakes that other mechanics have made on my vehicle. some examples include putting my AC filter in wrong which they promptly fixed. I never feel like I'm being discriminated against as a young female, they don't ever talk down to me. I feel very safe and secure coming here with car problems!

A/C started blowing hot so I scheduled an appt. They had something first thing in the morning and immediately took the car back when I arrived. They were upfront about the cost and reasonable. Tyler took care of my car and was extremely polite. He went over everything and made sure I understood. I'd go back for any mechanical services. I've used them in the past for oil changes and their service is consistent.Service: A/C installation & repair

I've been going here for years. Out of all the times I've came to get my oil changed I've never gotten the service I just did by a young man named Cameron. He checked my tires, my wipers, my windshield fluid, and cleaned my windshield!!!!! That's never happened. He was pleasant to speak to, very professional and polite. Johnny was so helpful and informative! Service was incredibly fast and he even helped reset my oil light in the computer afterwards.Two weeks later I caught a flat and Dewayne serviced my car and he was equally as informative, professional, and fast! Went for front end alignment. Brian was the person working on my vehicle. Thus man is very honest!!! He put my vehicle on the rack and shortly came in and said "it would do harm for me to touch your vehicle because it is so close to perfect." He could could have easily did the job and took the money. Thanks for your honesty Brian!

First time customer here! Evan provided fast and expert service!I am editing my review. I am a repeat customer. I get my oil changed here! No more dealership service center hassle for me. Brian changed out my car battery that 3 other automotive centers in Hammond said they couldn't touch due to it needing a professional installation. Brian said "no problem" and handled it. Great service and experienced staff! 10/10 recommended

Thanks again.First, two weeks ago, you honored your warranty based on a faulty part. It didn't take long to get an appointment (same day) and repaired as well.Yesterday, I called mid-morning, confirmed an appointment for TPM sensors and an oil change. Another plus!Lastly, your mechanic remembered my nothing special car and me and when discussing the appointment, this made the experience personal.Services: Tires, A/C installation & repair, Oil change
