Went in for an estimate. The estimate was done quickly and efficiently with practically no wait time. Very comfortable, friendly atmosphere with highly knowledgeable people.I will give another review when the work is actually completed, but I feel certain it will be a % good review.

Great service, super efficient crew, got my hail damaged mustang repaired in less than 3 days, i hate dealing with insurance companies, they handled the claim start to finish, definitely recommend!

Had a small accident and they were able to get my car in quick and get it fixed to better than it was before. They went out of their way to make this a great experience and even fixed the minor issues that came up after the repair promptly.

We used Eastside to fix my husband car after a minor accident. They were such a pleasure to work with. They had great communication on where we were in the process, handled everything with our auto insurance (State Farm) and did a fabulous job fixing his car. WOW! If you need body work done, look no further! Seriously, don't bother looking anywhere else. I got estimates for a rear bumper replacement from several different shops (Gerber collision included) and their service was not only superior but they had the best prices. They were $400 cheaper than the next best price. Amanda at the front desk was quick to respond, friendly, and communicated clearly. Greg gave me an estimate the same day (other places had me schedule it two or three days out) and gave a straightforward price. The work was spectacular and my bumper looks great. I called in on a Friday and they saw me same day for an estimate, They were able to see my vehicle that next week and complete Services the same day. The price was very fair, and the work was amazing, especially for the little amount of time that they had my vehicle. The customer service is awesome. Highly recommend this place

They did a great job on my truck after a wreck, when I got a new bumper for it it was a little out on line. They had me bring it back an not only did they straighten it out but they put the new bumper on for me, when I couldn t get there to pick it up in time they waited for me. When u walk in your greeted like they ve known you for years, we will always bring our vehicles to them. Very professional.

Did a horrible job on my 2019 ram I caught them adding new decals and other miscellaneous items and using the old materials to up charge my truck. They did exhaust work and not even 3 months later I now have an exhaust leak. Do not use.Services: Exhaust, Body & TrimServices: Exhaust, Body & Trim

Great experience all around! Everything was done quickly and effectively. I was kept informed with what was going on with my car and within a couple of days, it was ready. Everyone was nice and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend this shop and I will be coming back for any future work I may need.

Absolutely fantastic. I went to ten different body shops in the area and all either were too busy for my minor job or over charging. These guys got me in immediately, fixed my sliding door in the minivan which was a constant safety hazard to my child in 10 minutes(!) in an unbeatable price. The young man who worked on my car also refused a tip for a well done job. I cannot emphasis more on how wonderful this place is. If you have any job done on your car THIS is your stop. Thank you again guys!

Zero customer service. Waited over two months for them to take broken car in. First time they tried to fix it, hood completely misaligned. Second time I picked it up, an hour later I was driving down interstate and bottom front end fell out!! Luckily no wreck. Horrible shop. Awful service.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I took truck back 4 times. He charged insurance 11,000 dollars and never fixed the truck. Ive never had a worse experience dealing with body shop. He definitely committed insurance fraud
