This is the absolute worst mechanic I've ever dealt with. Don't buy from them or any dealership that uses them. They have had my car for a month and a half and STILL haven't looked at it (beyond their stupidity last week which I will explain in my next review.)

They were cheaper for a key fob then other dealers still was over $200 for fob $80 to code it then they charge $50 far a entry key that part I thought was chicken s--t to sell it as a extra

Just purchased from them a second time, and the process was quick and easy. Everyone there is nice and friendly.

Do not go to this dealership! They are somehow finagling with the insurance company. The customer is definitely put last. Just don't do it

Apparently they are under new management but they still need a lot of work. I was here just of 3 months ago for over 3 hours just waiting on an oil change. Supposedly they had forgot to give the ticket to the mechanic. Today, I come in for a routine oil change and the oil change took 1hour and 57 minutes. According to the other posted reviews, this seems to be the new normal.

The gentleman in the service department is a world's class a-hole. I had made an appointment weeks ago and took off work to have my Jeep Cherokee serviced. Upon arriving I was told very rudely "I hope you plan on leaving your vehicle, I'm 10 cars behind and short technicians". I stated no sir, he then replied rudely again with, "Your gonna have to leave your car and besides I have to order parts anyway so it won't be fixed today". They won't be getting anymore of my business. I left there and went and traded that Jeep in on a Kia. It drives way better than my Jeep did. I owned a Dodge or a Jeep for over 20 years but customer service like that is disappointing and won't be tolerated by myself. I'll spend my money elsewhere!!!!

An awesome dealership which has earnest staff, well meaning leadership, and a great customer service. The salespeople are generally pleasant and have not offered an aggressive approach so far.

My wife and I just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Community Motors after shopping several dealerships. Our sales associate, Laurence Ellzey, was phenomenal to work with making the entire process very easy with no pressure. The finance guys and business manager were extremely friendly and heard our concerns throughout the process. We were in and out very quickly after making a decision on the vehicle my wife wanted to buy. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I'd give them your first shot. If your experience is like ours, you'll find yourself purchasing from this dealership.

Listen, this company Mechanic shop is phenomenal. It s like, you drop your car off one day and they are calling you to pick your car up the next day with full repairs. I ve first hand experienced their patients with customers and their concerns about customer vehicle problems. So, sometimes you have to ask yourself when you give these people a bad review, is it you are them

I bought my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from Community Motors this time last year. The sales experience was amazing, Sawyer made life easy that day, along with the finance team. We could not have asked for a better experience. In fact, it was so good that we walked in with the intention of purchasing one Jeep and left with two.Fast forward one year later, my Jeep is now in need of repairs. Despite the back and forth with the warranty company, Mr. Sam Evans took care of us, along with his service team, especially Mr. Duwayne. They have treated us not only as valued customers, but like family.Hands down, best dealership experience I have ever had.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS!! You will not be treated any better, anywhere else, than you will be here!!Thank you to Community Motors, Mr. Sam and ALL of his team!!! Yall are AWESOME!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!I scheduled a vehicle repair 4+ weeks BEFORE bringing my RAM into the dealership for repair (because they couldn't see my truck sooner).Four days before my SCHEDULED appointment, I brought my RAM there and dropped it off. I didn't hear ANYTHING about my truck until I called 15 days after dropping the truck off. They were supposed to call me back that day, but they did not. I called the next day (day 16), and they couldn't find my truck, my paperwork, or my keys. No records of my vehicle. They did call back once that day (at the end of the day), saying the truck was "finished days ago" and that they "forgot to call me."I asked what was wrong, and I was told that they didn't even look at the reason the truck was brought to the shop (likely needs a new PCM based on another shop's review). All they did was update software AND DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ACTUAL ISSUE.My truck was left there for a specific repair, lost, and without a call when they STOPPED WORKING ON IT so I could get my truck, they just never even looked at the reason I brought it to the shop!I called back the next day (day 17), and they STILL had not looked at it the actual issue. I removed my truck from this service center.DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER!

Had a great experience buying from community! Straight forward pricing and hassle-free. I bought a Used car and my first Impression was this car Has to be new. IT WAS SO CLEAN! looked so good, even my Wife was confused! I am very impressed with how their variety of used cars have been detailed to like new quality! Selection was great and the sales staff are friendly. I would very much recommend Community Motors to anyone looking to Buy used or new cars.

Community Motors this place is a car dump. The car sales men will sell you a car that maybe good. but if you ever have to take it in for service look out!!! The two guy that work in service aren't qualified. I don't know how they got hired on. They will seat right in your face and tell you a lie with no problem. One of them is a so call manager. So with that being said you're vehicle will not get fixes properly. The mechanic walks around all day vaping under the canopy where you pull your car up for service. Also the mechanics they do not clean their dirty hands before they get into your car. "People please stay away take your car to another dealership."

I live in Mandeville , LA (purchased a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited at Rainbow CDJR in Covington). I had 2 free oil changes and rotation. Needed my 2nd oil change and tried 4 times calling to speak to Service to set an appointment. But after listening to the person answering the phone, unprofessional perhaps, but more so just depressing, then getting connected to Service and NO answer, and a recording saying the mailbox is full and they can t take your call. After 4 tries this morning just for an oil change, I simply had enough! This seems to be the norm as noted by a previous review, several months prior. What a difference a phone call and a drive to Hammond, LA and Community Motors CDJR made! The dealership answered your call, the Service advisor communicated that it was to my benefit to use Full Synthetic instead of synthetic blend engine oil, and was cost effective. The Service Tech was professional, did his inspection, changed oil and filter, carefully cleaned any oil spillage, and promptly delivered my truck back to the shop exit area, and directed where to get my key and pay the bill. In and out in less than 45 minutes. The dealership was clean, smelled fresh and everyone was happy to greet you and professional! They seem to genuinely value their customers!Although my purchasing dealer is closer, I will continue to drive to Community Motors dealership for service due to the professionalism and the way they treat people.

This was by far the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had! They are very laid back and are truly no pressure. All the other dealers are very pushy and seem to rush you in your decision but not Community Motors. Every step of the process was easy and I got the deal I wanted with no trouble. The salesman was wonderful and even personally searched my trade in car for something that I had left in it and found it and mailed it to me. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family and will be looking to them again in the future for all my car buying needs!

Awesome people to deal with. They make you feel like family. Non stressful when communicating with salesman or service department. Been doing business with Community Motors for over 25 years and never had any issues with purchasing a new vehicle or even having any service issues with their service departmwnt servicing my vehicle. Very professional people on both ends.

I've had some work done on my Jeep in the past at this location. I have no complaints about the quality of the work. The service department seems to know what they're doing, as one would expect. However, they never seem eager to win my business. It's strange. Any time I call to ask for an appointment, I'm given a date that is two or three weeks in the future. When I can wait, I do, as the next closest location is 25 miles away. But I can't imagine that many people do wait 2 or 3 weeks to have their car repaired. If the service department is that overburdened with volume, it would seem to me that they should hire more help. This is how most businesses work. That said, I've never been in the automobile dealership business, so maybe things for them are different. But the nonchalant way they always seem to push my business away has always given me a strange feeling. Maybe it's just disorganization. I don't know. If I were the owner, I would certainly be concerned.

would give 0 stars if possible. spent nearly 3k on a repair for my jeep. found things not plugged in, clips broken, and clips missing after getting it back. also, coincidentally right after the repair it started leaking oil. brought it in and they said it s another $900 repair. i declined and they proceeded to charge me a diagnostic fee . the employees at service were unprofessional in dealing with my vehicle. stay away from this place

I bought my two door 2017 Jeep Wrangler new off the lot in February of this year. Taylor was my sales person, and he was wonderful! Not pushy at all, very helpful, and answered all my questions. A few months later when I had difficulty getting the soft top rear window unzipped, I just drove over there and asked him to help me get it undone and he did. I gave him a jar of my homemade strawberry jam to thank him. He is so sweet . I ve not yet had to have any service work done, but I recommend this dealership highly

Super easy and non aggressive sale done mostly via email in the midst of covid restrictions. Best car buying experience of my life. Would highly recommend. I love my 2020 Jeep Wrangler.

Shopping around for a new truck and found a RAM I liked at this dealership. Chatted online through their website to check for availability. I was sent a link to the truck by the representative which shared a link with matching Vin was available at a lower than listed price approximately 2k lower than the website. Drove an hour with intent to making a deal. They wouldn't honor the price I was given and claimed to not know where the price came from. I even provided a picture of the price I was sent. No way to do business.

Bought a used truck last month, truck is great. Registration and title came in this week, both are misspelled on my name and address, have to send both back to be fixed. The Postcard that was sent to remind me to go pick up was misspelled when it arrived, but it made it to my home anyway since the numbers were correct, was hoping my name was only misspelled on this mailer, especially since I wrote outmy info several times on the paperwork and they had a copy of my ID. Accidents happen, no big deal. Only saying this in a review in case it happened to others as well. Will change to 5 stars when this is remedied.

Purchasing a new car from Community Motors was simple and hassle free. They helped me out ever step of the way. I was looking for new 2015 Dodge Challenger, and had one from their lot specifically in mind. They were willing to remove an unwanted custom race stripe from that Challenger without a verbal or written commitment to buying. I received the deal I wanted after they gave me a generous trade-in offer for a 9 year-old Ford with over 100,000 miles combined with other discounts. Community Motors is well worth the visit.

We went to our local CDJR and just weren't all that impressed. We ended up driving over to Community and we loved the experience. Friendly, but not pushy salespeople, finance staff, etc. We'll go back again and again. This is the first time we've lived in a place long enough that we could buy vehicles from the same place twice, but our experience here was so good that we'll go back for every vehicle we buy. Thanks Community Team.

I had the most awful purchasing experience in my life. The practices are very shady and untrustworthy. We were already pre-approved through our bank for the purchase of the vehicle. After negotiating the price, we waited for nearly two weeks for a call to let us know the vehicle was ready for pickup. We called/texted several times. Finally, the shop manager called and said he had "no idea" when the vehicle would be ready. After that, we chose to do business elsewhere.

I went here back in June to look at purchasing a new 2014 Dodge Charter R/T. I was given prices and as with any new vehicle I know they can give various discounts to lower the price. At the time they had rebates going on but I wasn't sure of the exact amount, so when I went in to look and discuss prices I was quoted a price. I asked the gentleman how much of the discounted price was factory rebates, so he goes and comes back and tells me: "That's the lowest I can go." So I repeat my question and he goes in the back and comes out and tells me the same thing. I was stunned at how ignorant the sales person was and how he never seemed to answer my question. So when I get home and look up the car, I see the discounted price he gave me was the factory rebates only. Now fast forward to a month later when I had to get some warranty work done to my car which I purchased at a different dealer because of the ignorance of this one. So I have a disagreement with the service manager due to him being very vague on what was involved with the work. With that being said because of this there was a huge misunderstanding. When I finally got in touch with him the day after and he actually bothered to explain everything, I had no problem with what was going to happen. He still refused to do the warranty work, so I called and asked to speak to the person in charge and I explained everything and then he talked to his service manager and said that they wouldn't do this warranty work but any service I need done in the future I could go to them. What a joke. If you won't handle a warranty job, why on earth would I bring you anything where you're going to get a penny from me. This place is a joke.

I can't begin to express how horrible this place is. The service department is the worst. They price gauge and try to mess over people. My boyfriend brought in his truck, and was told he needed to replace the entire rear end. They said he needed a axle assembly, and was quoted a used one with 76k miles on for around $2200, well I work for a dealership and had my parts guy look up this used part and found the same exact one they quoted him for $1223. Now I know the dealership needs to make their money, but really $1000 over?, So I call the parts guy at community motors and ask him how much they were actually paying for it, he says $1700. Lies, because what he didn't know is that I had in front of me what they had quoted him. Which yes it was a little higher that the $1223 but only because they were also purchasing a 2 yr warranty, which wasn't even offered to my boyfriend, they told him it only came with a 6 month warranty. Which all this tells me is that if it was to break again in the 2 year term you were going to make my boy friend pay and get your money from the warranty. Wow I am speechless on how this place tries to get over people. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! Please do your research before going to them or believing anything they say!

I went to purchase a new Challenger. I brought half the cost in cash for a down payment. The salesperson, Sawyer, was wonderful, the finance manager Mr. Rick was an ass. I found a substantial dent in the drivers door. When I ask to negotiate the price he told me that wasn't his job and I was not going to talk to anyone, that he would do the talking for me. I didn't appreciate being told who I could and couldn't talk to. After I left, they called apologizing and were all of a sudden willing to meet my price.
