I had just purchased my 4Runner and within a week someone hit me. I brought it to Collision Works. From the first phone call where I had a ton of questions, to the drop off, in between and pickup the men and women there met everything with patience, candor, experience and understanding. I was lost not knowing how to navigate the steps of a wreck and repairs but was put at ease and helped every step of the way. I am so appreciative of how they worked for me. The icing of it all is that they did an absolute amazing job on my 4Runner!! I would give 10 stars if given the choice. Thank you so much! I would recommend them for anyone needing work done.

My experience from start to finish was of quality and top tier. I drove from Baton Rouge due to their availability, immediately booked an appointment and was in and out within 4 days! They are also conveniently located in case one is in need of a rental. If you re looking for experience, detail oriented professionals with top tier customer service, look no further! Unfortunately, they do not perform bodywork on Fiat s. I called today after an accident on the recommendation of Allstate insurance, but was told they don t work on Fiats. Bummer.

I had some auto repair done and when I picked my car up it smelled like paint/gas and the smell was so strong I could not drive without feeling like I am about to pass out. My car was so dirty it seem like people was putting their feet on my door panels. Just disappointing ..It was not like that when I dropped it off. I did let the representative know and she kind of blew me off by saying it was locked up in the warehouse and that was the reason it smell like paint/gas. I was so disappointed. My car was just was not pleasing.Service: Auto maintenance

This place was efficient , well knowledged of what was to be done. Extra help with customer service in going above and beyond in assisting in the rental car, and making this unsettling issue a bareable one. I recommend this business with a 10!
