My Santa Fe was 4 thousand miles over warranty when my engine went out. Mike and his team went out of their way to have my engine replaced for very little cost. I now have a new car! Mike kept me informed and up to date on the progress. Their service department has always been excellent! I highly recommend this team for any of your car needs

Created appointment for multiple warranty related issues and general inspection/service online, was warmly welcomed upon early arrival in the morning. Was quickly shuttled to work, and vehicle was done by the afternoon. Jay Hollingsworth was in touch with me the entire time and addressed every concern I had. Phenominal service experience.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Always do Great Work and your wife can bring the SUV in and be treated very well ..i met the young man that does the shuttle work at the Hospital when i and him were getting Covid shots..very nice young man and i would tell everyone buy your cars at Bill Hood you will not be sorry..

i have never had a good experience with bill hoods service department. be it nissan on saturday or hyundai any day during week. usually i try to take my car into the mazda dealer in baton rouge to avoid bill hood. this time i took my mazda in for an oil change & tire rotation and was offered a balance if needed (at nissan service on a saturday). i left and when my car got to over 40mph the whole thing started to shake, along with the steering wheel. i brought it back, after about an hour was told it was fixed and test drove up to 80mph and it was fine. this morning as i was on the interstate and accelerating between 60-80mph the steering wheel started vibrating. i wish i could trust them to do the correct job the FIRST TIME.
