Got an appointment came on in and they took the truck right on in, I hot cup of coffee warm and relaxing as I wait I was able to take in the news while I waited

Had my vehicle 2 months. Was told 2 more important customers came in. Replaced things that didn't need replacing, did that poorly. Waited to the last to address the Ford specific reason I went to Hood. Then didn't fully fix that. Returned my vehicle woth more systems not working then when I dropped it off. I would add a photo but it's dark out and none of the utility lights work and one headlight is out
