I had 5 lug studs shear off my camper on my way home on New Years Day. When I called the crew there answered and assured me that had parts that would probably work. I took my Hub off and went there. In less than 20 minutes they had me the parts I needed and I was on my way to try and get my camper back on the road. These guys truly saved my day and im not sure what I would have done without them and their help.

I had a wonderful experience with a lovely customer service representative by the name of Diamond. She was super sweet and willing to assist with my issues. She was super kind and polite and helped with me with all of my needs.

My son's fiancee was having car trouble that we assumed was caused by a faulty alternator. Morty at the store helped us determine that the issue was actually a loose ground wire. He then tightened the wire himself. That little bit of extra time he took to help us locate the problem saved her hundreds of dollars. He is a benefit and real asset to your team. Thank you, Morty for your dedication and attention!

Very unhelpful. Couldn t even leave the counter to show me where things I asked for was. Didn t try to answer questions. Plus my pick up order was already open

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had at an auto supply store. Staff was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Shift lead was complimentary of his staff and clearly cared about the job and the people.

What can I say? It's an auto part store. One thing for sure is that every time I've been in here, the staff is super friendly, making you feel welcome and very helpful. We all know that going into a store like this, the people behind the counter are the 2nd most important thing next to having what you're looking for in stock or arriving fast.

Our truck broke down at this store early in the morning. The staff was kind enough to open the doors early for us so we could get back on the road.We were traveling from New Orleans to North Mississippi and their help was very appreciated.

I thought I was getting good customer service until one of the workers told me I needed 3 quarts of oil immediately before I leave the parking lot. I bought the oil and was going to put it in my car but was struggling because the workers didn t offer to help until a customer walks out and asks if I need help. The customer checked my oil and said it was completely fine and if I put the 3 quarts of oil in my car it would mess up my engine. I did not put oil in it and went to my local mechanic and they said that my oil was completely fine. Do not go here because they will just lie to you to make you buy something and potentially make your problem worse.

I'll tell you, service has been hit or miss since it opened, but recently it's been a lot better. For a while they had me considering dropping the brand completely! As a former employee from 30 years ago... hated considering that, but just as years ago... when they have good employees, they don't keep them. Let's hope that's changed!

Showed up for. $7 part they spent like 2 hours helping me install it in my annoying Dodge. Not sure what it's like during a busy hour but I'll be going back whenever I need parts.

I d like to say a huge thank you to Mr. Philip! He was so helpful and patient in changing my car headlight! Especially in the cold, wet weather. My husband comes here often and has a good experience and now I have too!

Staff was friendly. However they acted as though their feet were screwed to the floor because they could not move from in front of the computers to help us or even research what we needed on the computer.

Completel disregard towards a phone call I had made simply asking a question and completely said that I could not be helped with that and was hanged up while I was explaining myself. Just a question about a part I had purchased. But they didn t want to take my part back and exchange for the right part. Congratulations. You lost a loyal customer.

Had trouble with my truck starting so I brought my battery to be tested. They told me it was fine. So I brought my truck to the mechanic expecting it to be the starter or something expensive. Nope, just needed a new battery. So their incompetence cost them a sale on a new battery.

there s an older short haired lady that works in there who s always wearing a skirt. she needs to get a little bit more educated with customer service & how to talk to people. also, if you re going to work at an automotive store, be educated on automotives!!! lol i ve had a horrible experience every time i ve been in there and she was there.

Diana put the machine on the car to identify the reason for our car stalling when we tried to start it. She then referred us to a great mechanic down the street to replace the part. Service was fast and friendly.

We broke down during travel. But, we made it to AutoZone. Kenny and Daryl were our life savers. They provided tools and options on parts cost. Very helpful and concerned. Back on the road to home.

Since when does autozone hand you the tool to check codes in the car? If you cant do it, I aint going out there to do it. Is the response I got. 0 people in store. 3 autozone employees standing around.

The employee we worked with, Rene Batiste, had a very poor attitude when we brought a dead Autozone battery in and didn't remember EXACTLY which Autozone we got it from. It turned into a game of trivial semantics that put a sour taste in my mouth for all Autozones. Maybe they don't train on how to be cordial and courteous to people that give them money! Either way, don't waste your time here. You'll end up being demeaned and made to feel dumb for things that don't seem that important.
