This store is the very reason why I get my parts anywhere else. Made an online order and tried to make a return here corporate said I could do so. They hung up on their own representatives from the customer support department. Go anywhere but here.

11/28/2022 My daughter and granddaughter sat in their parking lot for 2 hrs. with a flat no one in the store offered any kind of help, except for one old black lady in her 60's asked if she could help, God Bless her heart, I will never use this store again!! NOT EVEN TO GET OUT OF THE RAIN !!!

They broke my trunk light on mazda 6 by trying to install the wrong bulb. Whole plastic housing fell to pieces. They refuse to pay for their mess up. I still have no trunk light. I'd sue if I had money and time.

Listed as a UPS drop off location. They accept your package, tell you pick-up hasn't happened yet that day and then sit with your package on their shelf for a month and wonder why I didn't notify UPS there was a pick up. Not only did a counterman process my package but had his manager verify that everything was correct. Yet a month later they tell me they NEVER send out the packages!!!!! Don't trust this store.

Had Ms.Deja and she was awesome, this is my first time using it and she was awesome I ran into her in H and R block and she explained the process and helped me and I love her, Thanks Deja

3 Alternators all bad. The sent my core back and refused to give me one in return. So now I am out a $40 core charge from the competitor that I got a good alternator from. I am also out the extra money paid to the mechanic for him to install 3 times because they couldn't be bothered to test an alternator. I will never do business here again. Definitely downhill since the old Car Quest days.

Never going to a advance auto parts again. You can t return electronics. I bought some light bulbs they end up not working. $40 wasted. Never coming here again stay true to autozone. AUTOZONE GO THERE INSTEAD!!!!!

Wrong power of battery (too low) was put in my car. I didn't even find out until 2 years later when I went to O'Reilly's to have it replaced when it died. I have no idea why they wouldn't sell me the correct battery for my car.
