They stole my transmission and both myCatalytic converters and called and told me some kids stole them and that I had to come get my truck because they were going out of business and if I come get it they wouldn t charge me anything. I drove the truck there but I had to have AAA TOW it away from there and I am still looking for a transmission because they stole my original out the truck I also had another transmission for them to rebuild on the back of the truck and when AAA towed it to a repair shop I was informed that both transmissions was missing. This company isn t worth your business I will never trust this company ever again.

Had work done on my transmission and brakes because I was hearing a rough rumble noise. Two months after repair that noise came back along with a new high buzzing noise from a tensioner. Now a year later I brought it to my friend mechanic and he just informed me it s the same problem along with some other little things as a result of improper repair. I definitely don t recommend this shop. I put $1300 into a false repair just to put $1500 more into proper repair a year later. Also, what took them over a week is taking an actual professional only two days.Services: Transmission, Brakes

Nothing more than a Jiffy lube. Had them install a transmission in my Jeep, little over a year ago. The day I picked it up the transmission wouldn't shift below 2200 RPM, TV cable wasn't adjusted correctly. Transmission mount was missing both bolts, so it was just sitting on the crossmember. Starter bolt was missing. Had two oil leaks, one at the pan and the other at the cooler line. When I took it back all I got was excuses.... Now a year later and all four torque converter bolts backed out and the pump is destroyed. I'm sure none of their techs are ASE qualified. The owner needs to close the doors and reopen with a McDonalds. Maybe flipping burgers would be a better career field for them.Service: Transmission

I regret that I even brought my vehicle to this place to have the filter and fluid changed. It began to run worse after bringing it in than before. After a couple of days, I brought it in to have the fluid checked and was given a lame excuse. Iwonder if any work was even done to it. Ladies, my advice is to have a man go with you or let a man bring in your vehicle. It was truly money wasted.Service: Transmission

This Aamco is the worst mechanic shop I ever encounter, they told me that they will look into my van in 2 days and they took 7 working days just to look into it after that I was told that it will be repaired with in 5 working days and it's already 6 and not ready yet. I was told it MIGHT be ready in a couple of more days. in he meantime I'm renting paying over $500.00 a week. horrible customer service and they seem to not know how to give a time frame.

Best transmission shop around, they are so informative and they take great care of cars, very very sweet old man he always take care of my car troubles! Sometimes I even call the shop to ask questions abt car and they always answer my every call! I am very disappointed at the way this place treated my car. I dropped my car off and they told me I could come get it later that day then they said overnight then they said they would need more time again and that they couldn t even find anything wrong with it.... I decided to take it to another place bc I didn t like that they sounded like they didn t know what they were doing. And I am glad I did because when I got there the guy couldn t find my key and then he said he thought he left it IN MY CAR. I walk up to my car and sure enough my key is IN THE DOOR and my WINDOW WAS DOWN. Please tell me how they can leave someone s car open and with they key in an unfenced lot where someone could easily have access. Keep in mind there was no one near it or anything. Not to mention, if they had driven my car around and couldn t find anything wrong I know something s wrong there because I even had problems driving just from that place to the other.

Worst customer service ever they don't want to give you a quote for transmission work never got a call back so drove up there and they still couldn't give me any information
