Ok allow me to first alert you all that this a raring given strictly for the courteous, kind and friendly encounter I had when I reached out to them in search of a quality economical choice for a new set of tires, whom I was referred to by a co-worker. I called and if I'm not mistaken the owner or at least someone by the name of Sam answered and it felt like I grew up with him. He was down to earth very informative and honest, although I didn't get my tires from him only because my Wife had set an appointment with another dealer unbeknownst to me I would definitely suggest giving them a chance

The price was great. I got 2 brand new tires for my family size suv for under $300. Since my kids were with me, they let me stay in the car during the service maintenance. The lady on the counter was honest, and it was a smooth transaction.They just took a little longer than I'm am used to at a tire shop. Usually, I'm in and out in less than 5 minutes a tire, depending on how busy they are.Some ice-cold water would have been nice for purchase or complimentary. Honestly, I would have paid $5 for an 8oz in this heat.But I will definitely be back.Thank you, and keep up the good work!

Do not trust them. First they lied and told me they can install everything before they closed. I arrived and after they sold me the tires, they told me I would have to come tomorrow to finish getting them balanced. Smh! I got home and noticed my tires did not have even amount of air. I never went back. The tires did not last longer then a year. 2 tires literally grew a bubble from the inside of the tire. I will show it to you the pictures. I called in to see if the tires had any warranty since the tires where fairly new and they said no. They barely tried to help me. It s just so sad that these type of people do business here. You would think they know how to do honest business. I should of turned around as quick as possible since they where rude to me when a first got there. If you see this review turn around as quick as possible.

Extremely Disappointing Customer ServiceI recently visited Uncle Sam auto care for assistance with pre purchase assessment.. and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. The person attending to me seemed disinterested and even rude throughout the interaction.I had several questions about the services. However, the person was unwilling to provide clear answers and appeared impatient when I asked for further clarification. His attitude was very off-putting and left me feeling frustrated and unheard.Unfortunately, my encounter with this particular staff member fell far below the expected standards. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior when seeking assistance.I hope that the management of the auto care takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. No one should leave a service center feeling disrespected and disappointed. I sincerely hope that my feedback helps improve the overall experience for future customers.In conclusion, my visit to the Uncle Sam auto care was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the person attending to me. I hope that steps are taken to ensure that others don't have to go through a similar ordeal.

Employees were excellent my tires were plugged and l have no issues with tire pressure since.thanks for great service l ll purchase new tires soon. I had been having tire issues since march i assumed my tires were stolen after l purchased this vehicle in march because they are 19inch not many tire shops have em in stock.thanks again for Uncle Sam they have best price for new and used tires

100% recommended! We got a flat tire and needed to make a 9 hour drive home. Uncle Sam s was the only place that would get us in the same day! When we arrived they worked on us quickly and we re able to get us out within 30 minutes, even though they were short staffed. The owner Sam worked with us and made sure our car was ready and safe to take back on the road! Very professional and personable!Service: Auto tire replacement

Went to this location because it was close to my home. I completely applaud the service workers they are fast pleasant and efficient.The owner on the other hand is rude and has a horrible attitude and doesn t know how to speak to people (pls refer to the other reviews exclaiming this issue) if he can t/won t practice customer service he should instead just stay in the office and let someone else do so. Had them put on and spin balance some new tires I bought in the mail. Fast service, low price for the labor. In and out in 25 mins, no waiting 2-3 hours like at NTB or other chain tire shops. I'll definitely go back in the future.Service: TiresService: Tires

After a real disappointment with Pep Boys in Gretna, I stopped in at Uncle Sam s. Without a reservation, they immediately fixed my nail punctured tire. In and out in about 20 minutes and $20. I had an appointment at Pep Boys. Showed up 10 minutes early for appointment to be told they couldn t get to my car for another hour at least. Read reviews for Pep Boys, unless you like waiting around for hours for service, go to Uncle Sam Auto Repair instead.Service: Tires

Very pleased with my first experience at this business. They are efficient, straight forward, and provided me excellent service. Won't be my last time here. Best tire shop ever! In and out in less than 10 minutes and didn't even have to get the kids out of the car, you just pull in tell them what you need and they take care of everything. I've never gotten a used tire and had it installed in such an affordable and timely manner! If I could give them 100 stars I would.

This is my Go-To tire and break shop! Anytime I have an issue, I stop in and the work is done fast. They do a great job, the service is fantastic and the price is right. So much less expensive than the dealership. I trust them to take care of my car. Highly recommended.

My first time experience I needed brakes and rotors for my truck. I bought them myself and they put them on, reasonable price for their great quality of work. Second experience was today I needed some good quality used tires and they were on point. Thanks a lot guys I'll be doing more business with yall in the future!!!

We were out of town and broke down. That's scary enough! We were so glad that they were open on Saturdays! We got our car towed there and thankfully they fixed our problem with our radiator with a new one! They did it all within 2 1/2 hours and we were back on the road...They were very helpful, quick, professional and knew what they were doing.We are very grateful for kindhearted people like they are!! Go see them, I promise you won't be disappointed.

I was recommend to go here to get my lock taking off 1 rim. I even had my rim key with me. The owner looked and said i cant do that!!! He didn't even bend down to see or ask if i had my rim key, which i did. I will never go back there. I noticed nothing but men there i was the only female with my kids. Worse service ever, would never recommend this place unless you have no other choices. I went straight to my 60 year old dad and he got it off, That's crazy. The owner is very rude and he will not like my review but its the truth. I have over 13,000 views. And all are the truth,deal with it owner.

Serviced my tire due to his brother (Sam s Used Tires) shop breaking my tire sensor and his brother calling him to provide the service repair of the sensor due to the damaged caused by his brothers tire shop mechanic. The manager/owner at this establishment was very rude and accused us of hustling them. I was very insulted as I am a hard working individual and never look for handouts. I believe in true karma and I treat others as I would like to be treated. We did not deserve the treatment of rudeness that the owner displayed. I am only submitting this review to give others insight on how this owner/manager could care less on how he treats customers or referred customers. I can see, from other reviews, that I (we) we re not the only individuals treated in a manner that was degrading and totally disrespectful. Bought rims and tires, great deal cheap fast and good service. Got there and they finish within 45 minutes. Plus They change sensors from my old rims to my new rims and everything was perfect.

SUPER SERVICE! Uncle Sam is a super guy and very honest. The prices over there are VERY reasonable. I got a pair of used tires from him because money has been a little tight, those tires honestly looked brand new. Still had the new tire spikes on them. Can t thank the team over there enough. Thanks again you all. ILL BE BACK!!

I went in for brakes and 4 new tires. I was quoted about $1200 after they inspected my car. It was out of my budget. So I paid the $45 fee and left. My suv immediately started shaking and grinding as soon as I left. It was not doing this before. Half way home I could not stop the vehicle. I pressed the brakes to the floor with no response. I pulled in a different car care facility that I happen to pass up. They immediately said your rear brake pads and rotors are gone! I was floored! These people put my life and child's life in danger!

Uncle Sam Auto Repair offers superb service at a reasonable price. Over the last couple of years, our family has relied on their services to repair tires, change oil, replace batteries, and service various issues for our vehicles. They open early, which makes them very convenient. Perhaps one of the best things about their service is the quick turnaround time. Most minor issues are fixed in just a few minutes. I work in the CBD. It takes less than 10-minutes to bring my car to them. If the issue is minor, I generally can return to work in 30-minutes or so. Thanks again for all that you do.

Uncle Sam's is a special place. They have straightened a rim on my Wife's Mini Roadster, Installed tires on my vintage Alfa Spider, Aligned my Spider, Aligned my sons Autocross Miata, installed tires on my Son's beater SUV and aligned the SUV. (Not all shops will align Vintage Cars) Prices are fair and work is done quickly. It is really a no BS kind of shop. It is not a scam to only use parts they sell, and it is not a scam to not install used parts there are sound reasons for this policy. The alignment mechanic is very good, has a good personality and gives sound advice to help you solve your issue ( He Put Up With Me). My first job in life was changing tires for Western Auto before all the fancy machines, so I know a thing or two about the process, they do good work and quickly. The owner is not rude nor is any of their staff, they are there to solve your issues not to become a drinking buddy.

The business sucks. I took my car to have inner tie rods installed & front in alignment. Mechanics screwed up my car had it pulling to the left as soon as I release the steering wheel . Took it back the next day the stupid ass owner wanted to argue instead of fix my car correctly. Telling me what the machine showed but you can see my tire tilted out at the top. He sold me a $90 tire for$150 because i needed the tire immediately . Never get any of my business or friends ever again.Paid $450 for bad service. Took my car to Firestone n they aligned it correctly in less than 30minutes. Now car drives perfectly. Only thing am gonna say is the good Lord sit hi, but he looks low my friend remember that DUDE. .

I had to get my tire changed on myCar. Hai was able to do it in about an hour. I didn't have to get someone to bring me and pick me up. He is extremely efficient and that is important for any busy person . He is honest and has the best prices!

The best place for uses tires on the Westbank. They have plenty of tires in a wide range of sizes. Prices are competitive, if not lower than others. Fast, friendly and perhaps most important, service. Head over there for all of your tire service needs.

Sam is the best!! Went there for a certain type of tires they didn't have so he ordered it came within hours no extra charges for anything unnecessary! If you in need of tires for the right price talk to Sam & his crew is friendly and knowledgeable of the work!

We have brought in both our truck and our car for service to Uncle Sam Auto Repair. Hai Sam, the owner, and his staff, gave us great customer service and did great work. We were so pleased with the job on the first vehicle that we brought the other in a few months later. Highly recommended.

We were in from Oklahoma and our van began acting up. Another business told us we needed a new alternator because ours was bad.We told Sam s what the other business said and left our vehicle.Later they called us and told us it was only our battery. This showed great integrity and honesty!Highly recommend
