I was told that the installation would take 3 hours. I returned 4 1/2 hrs later and not ready. Waited another 2 hours and still not ready , they closed at 5pm so would most likely have to have returned the following day. Needed the truck so took it and finished the install myself. I had to change out the incorrect wiring that had been installed on turn signals and connect the 12 v and then secure the wiring. The inside of the top was filthy and now I find that it leaks in multiple places. I expected more for the $3.8K I spent. I cant recommend this dealership and wish I could find another to fix the leaks.

Needed a replacement latch for my 2006 GMC Sierra tonneau cover. The staff was great! They had the part and explained how to install it myself. If I have any other needs, I know where to go.Thanks guys!

Great customer service here! I had contact with Andrew, and he was most helpful. I had to get a painted lock ordered for my ARE fiberglass bed cover and he handled it. I would definitely recommend this spot for all your bed cover and truck accessory needs. If they dont have it in store, they will go above and beyond to make sure you get it. In a timely manner also. I ordered a set of running boards and the wrong ones were ordered. They installed them and I did not like them. I was told that once they are installed they cannot take them back. I will not go back. I have done a lot of business there and they were willing to loose a good customer over a couple of hundred dollars on a mistake they made.

I went here 2 times for advice and the employees where helpful on both occasions. The cap on my truck was broken into and I was interested in replacing the window because 2 glass companies referred me to Topper World Gretna. They were unable to find a replacement window because LEER is extremely hard to contact for me also. Sent them several emails and no response. However the employees here gave me advice and I believe that was enough customer service for me

Purchased topper for my husband's truck with explicit directions that we needed it by a certain date for a trip we were taking. After it was installed one of the windows leaked. We had to use another Saturday for it to be checked out - we work in two different parishes and therefor cannot share a car and leave the truck for a day. They had to order a new part from the manufacturer. The wrong part was sent (another Saturday wasted) and had to return it and order the correct part (too bad the part was not checked out BEFORE we went to have it installed). They get the correct part in and call us to have it installed the next day and we couldn't adjust our schedules that quick so I asked for the following day (Thursday). They do installs on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our only day before leaving on our trip was Friday and again they wanted us to drop it off and leave it for the whole day. Phone calls were handled as if we were being difficult - poor customer service!

Mother came here twice because the company put their bed covers on. We noticed too many times that the cover was leaking after it rained near the end of the bed facing the cab of the truck. I'm planning on coming back whenever I am given the truck to take the cover off because I'm getting tired of smelling a dirty rug after it rains.

Topper World in gretna has terrible customer service. I had them put on a bed cover on my truck in December. A few minutes after I picked up my truck, I called and let them know they broke my 7 way plug. (Less than $20 part) Morris said he was going to look at video and call me back. I had to call him back after waiting a few days. He said he looked at the video and said I was right. The plug was on there whenI dropped it off and he would get back with me. Didn't here from for another week so I called him back. He said he was going to show it to the owner the next day. I then didnt here from him for almost a month. I called today and at first he didn't remember what I was talking about. When he finally remembered he said they couldn't do anything for me. The owner looked at it and couldn't see how they could've broke it. I didn't ask if they broke it I know they broke it. If they wasn't going to fix it they could've at least told me a month ago and I would have for xed it myself. This is the first time I have given a company a bad review because I have a company and try to look past the little things. However, this kind of treatment cant be overlooked. Take your business somewhere else!!!

I had a problem with a camper top that I had purchased from them two years ago. They promptly fixed it. No charge. Excellent service. I would buy again from these people without hesitation.
