Prices were decent. Service was the absolute best. They were very helpful in explaining everything for sure. They even checked out a headlight and told me exactly what was needed! I didn't feel taken advantage of like in some places I've been. I will definitely return! And send people here!!!

Went in for an $80 oil change, left with a $160 bill and I don't think they actually looked at anything I asked them to look at. The whole service crew came in to try to upsale me, and when they finally pulled my car out I had to wipe oil off of my steering wheel and door handle.

I took two cars over there this morning and had them change the oil in both of them . Paul worked in the pit , he seem to be very knowledgeable of what he was doing while the other person checked other filters and things on top of the engine . The manager Randy was there and he helped them also . They was fast , friendly and helpful .

Went in for oil change, and a few days later, my engine started having oil pressure issues. Brought it back, and they were trying to blame the issue on work that occurred over 6 months prior.

Called and said I'd be there at 550pm. I was late he took me anyway. Never have I seen a guy at closing time say, come on you got here in time. Cleanest speeDee oil change I've ever seen and I've been all over. Name you can trust. I'm sorry I made Randy was late for dinner, but my car is already running better

I came in for a quick oil change. There were 4 employees and one other car in front of me. I was told to get out my car and sit inside, which has never happened before. This oil change took about 20 minutes, which is a pretty long time considering there were 4 employees. These guys seemed very stoned. This man could barely open his eyes and was smoking a cigarette around tons of combustible liquids. There was a sign that clearly said no smoking.After my oil change I could not get out as there was a car being worked on in front of me. I backed out being directed by the man who could barely open his eyes, and when I pulled in the next lane where said man was leaning over a table enjoying his cigarette, I informed him that smoking around combustible liquids is a bad idea, his manager, a man who I see every time I get my oil changed at this facility, yelled back at me saying that I needed to be directed out and I could have run over this employee.Service: Oil change

First off I m a cancer patient and I ve been out of work. I receive disability. My brakes were going out on my car. I took my car to SpeeDee because it was convenient. I live one block away from the shop. Randy who is the manager worked on my car, however the car s brakes was not working. I brought the car back to the shop to exchange the master cylinder . When I bought the car back for a second time she was apologetic, and warned me that because I bought it from auto zone they were charged only for. When I got my car back it was barley fixed . I drove it a few time.Service: Brakes

I have used this location for my car repairs services going back 2007 off & on. They are really nice people & provide good customer services. I will never forget the time I needed a metal part replaced on my car & they quoted me one price but came back 10-20 mins later to say they were able to get the part cheaper & deducted the difference which of course reduced my bill. I call that integrity. No service place is perfect but this place strive hard to do good quality work at reasonable prices with a smile on their faces. Thank you speedy oil change Terry Pkwy!!!

I brought my 2014 Pathfinder in for an oil change. The manager, Randy, did my oil change himself. He was polite, listened to what I wanted, and did the service in resonable time.. My car was clean with no spills anywhere. I will continue going there. The owner, Patrick, showed up before I left. He made sure I was satisfied with the work performed.

I had an oil leak and everywhere else I went to wanted to charge me a service fee to take a look . I called and they said offered to check my oil for no charge and said they were willing to send me to one of the local mechanics if they couldn't fix it. Luckily the checked it and didn't hassle me at all. Up front they told my my oil filter came loose and they suggested an oil change. 15 minutes later it was changed and the oil build up was cleaned up around my oil pan. They even offered for me to come in next week just to check and make sure that everything was ok. A $76 dollar fix versus $300 dollars which the other place probably would have charged for an unneeded fix. They'll be my go to from here on!

Only gave one star because I could not give "0". The manager, Randy, belittles his employees. He yells at them and is very disrespectful. My relative took her car here for an oil change and they recommended a 100,000 cooling maintenance but she was no where near that mileage. I do not know much about cars, but they took the hose in the car apart because there was no communication about the maintenance service not being done, and a week later her car made a popping noise. We called Randy to let him know and he took no responsibility for his staff's negligence. He argued with us and told us he was going to show us camera footage but returned to tell us he did not have access to the cameras. With that being said, we will never return to this SpeeDee location! I do not know what happened to the lady that was over this place, because we had no issues when she was there.

This company is awful!!! They pretended to know what they were doing and damaged my car even more . I wasted $500 with these people. I wasted two days with these people who continued to order the wrong parts. The lady who works in the office (owner) talks way tooooo much to every customer. They are good for oil changes ONLY!!! Please do not trust them with any other kind of work.

They have new mechanics that know actually know what their doing and they are very respectful and work at a quick pace. This is definitely a place to get all your maintenance for your vehicle and they don't screw you like all the rest of the mechanic shops.

They are pretty fast & they are very nice to their customers but they could do a lot better if they had 5 competent employees instead of 1 competent employee that knows what he s doing, 1 that walks around pretending he knows what he s doing & the rest are just completely incompetent.

Professional, fast, and honest. Oil and filter change was done quickly, also directed me to Spee-dee near my home that will fix my car's a/c problem a lot less expensive than other shops in New Orleans.

did not reset sensor 2 days later I got a change oil soon warning light; did not vacuum inside or clean windows yet in my receipt BOTH were marked complete.
