1st of all, I don't support businesses that don't give back to our BLACK communities or pay their fair share of in taxes. However, someone suggested I come here to pick up shrimp fried rice and fried chicken. The cashier told me the rice would take 15 minutes and chicken would take 10 minutes. So while waiting, I stood by the buffet bar and witness an employee taking my rice off the bar (which was cold). I told the cashier what I witness and that they scoped up more rice and not enough shrimp (He said it was all mixed in). I accepted everthing and took the food. Once I got to the car, I felt the rice and it was cold. I brought it back and told them, if you can't make it to order, then refund the money. And with an attitude he refunded the money. Don't worry, I had choice words for him, it's BLACK history month and BLACK customers should be your best friend. BLACK PEOPLE SHOULD NEVER PATRONIZE FOERIGN BUSINESSES simply because the food is low grade, seasoned food to hide shelf life, customer service is horrible, hire BLACK people to attract more business. Word to the wise, if you don't see their own kind patronizing their business, then so shouldn't you. #SUPPORTBLACKBUSINESS.

I enjoy going to Key's on my way to work but this time my experience was not good. I was overcharged for 2 extra breakfasts when all I ordered was two small breakfast plates (2.99/each) then the cashier had the nerve to catch an attitude with me when I tried to inform her, she calculated my food wrong. If I order two 2.99 plates, why am I paying for my two small plates and two 3.99 plates. Will not be returning just for this reason.

Food on point! Went two days in a row. Food prices are so reasonable and that's hard to find with all the price increases everywhere. Forgot to take a Pic of my breakfast plate from yesterday though. Staff seems friendly and work well together. Keep up the great work.

This occurred today Friday March 24th. Purchased a large shrimp po boy!! IT WAS ABSOLUTELY "HORRIBLE". The shrimp were little and hard as rocks!!! Tasteless!! I certainly deserve a REFUND!!! So in my opinion they deserve ZERO stars!!

On the norm I would give them a 10. The service today was horrible, one of the employees was rude atf and the young lady taking the orders was new and didn't know what she was doing. When I opened my plate it wasn't what I asked for.If you don't what to work, you should stay home!!!!

First off this was today. Second I ordered 3 po boys, one was suppose to be a hot sausage, we got smoke sausage. Third the bread they use is more like a hoagie bun and I asked for all sandwiches to be toasted, they were not. Lastly THEY ARE NOT LIKE THE UPTOWN STORE AT ALL.

Good food, very inexpensive , very enjoyable.. worth stopping through to get a Po boy or a plate... I had the hot sausage Dressed, great sandwich I found the ladies in the back to be very friendly and accommodating I would certainly stop through here.... 4.99 for a 12" hot sausage po boy Dressed... PS they serve breakfast too

I've only had their breakfast, but food is pretty good with great cheap prices. Definitely an option for in the morning as service is pretty quick as well.

I've been going to keys to get my gas and beer for about two years, the people are always polite, the store is always clean, today I got my first po boy over there- it was right. Definitely recommend.

Good food with Bad service. Ladies In the kitchen are rude bad customer service. My first time eating at Keys but may not return because of my first experience.

Had lunch at keys fuel mart for the first ..the food was good.. the meatloaf and mash potatoes and corn ,was real good.and I brought spaghetti and the broccoli and cheese it was delicious..and hot ..

This gas station takes your money and you have to wait an hour to get your money back, also you would have to call to get the money back please also was go inside their chip and tap take money from you cannot stress this enough
