Bought tires on line. There was a button to choose this place for install. Decided to ship to my house. Came in and told me they don't install customer supplied tires. After all the business I did with this location? Nah bring business somewhere else..

The staff was amazing, when I arrived I was greeted with a smile. The work was completed in a timely manner. I liked the idea that they didn't sell me things for my car I didn't need which is usually for car repair shops.

Four new tires and lifetime alignment. I call this store to confirm that they even touched the rear when I got home. Not only did they not touch it, they said it doesn't need to be adjusted and the rear is within its limits. AND that there's no guidelines for the rear to be adjusted. Total lie, the lateral links are clearly made to be adjusted. When I asked if uneven wear will be covered under warranty, since the passenger side will clearly wear out fast, they say no. I'm never returning to this store, I've done better eyeball alignments in my limestone driveway! Update to mention they didn't even give me a sheet showing the alignment was done

Stay Away From This Store !!!Before you agree to ANYTHING they tell you at this location, Go somewhere else andGET ANOTHER OPINION FROM SOMEPLACE ELSE.Its was all i can do to get time off at the refinery to get a front end alignment, but After scheduling an appointment for 3:30 pm, Firestone didn't even look at my vehicle until nearly 6:30pm, and immediately started telling me they couldn't do an alignment unless I had this Laundry List of work done first... These same parts were just replaced about 1 year ago and I have the receipts to prove it...As more customers came in they were told they close at 7:00 and they would have to schedule an appointment the following week. (It's Wednesday).I purchased " A Lifetime Alignment Warranty " when i purchased my vehicle new, and they didn't make any effort to honor the Lifetime Alignment warranty...I will be contacting the regional / district manager for Firestone to file a complaint, because if they can try to cheat me they can do it to you, your wife or daughter.If they hadn't put 2 other vehicles ahead of mine I wouldn't have been waiting for nearly 4 hours or lost money by leaving work early.But why should they care about customers that have purchased Lifetime Warranties when they can Gouge other customers that will believe whatever they are told.Get a second opinion, and stay away from this place...I have included a picture of my Lifetime Alignment Warranty. And I will update after speaking with regional manager.Service: Wheel alignment

Brought in a fleet rental to these jokers, kept the truck the entire day. No call to say that the truck wasnt covered by Enterprise. I just happened to call to check on the service.

Made an appointment, had a confirmation and the guy laughed in my face saying I'd be lucky to have my car back by Monday. Left work early too, very upsetting. Don't take appointments if you can't honor them.

I was passing by town to see visit family while I am on a big road trip. I noticed I needed a steering alignment and this Firestone was able to get it all done in a timely manner! I did not have to wait all day and they took care of my vehicle. Todd, who was at the front desk, is very friendly and professional. Everyone made me feel welcomed. I am grateful!

First time I made appointment I got off work early just to pull up and then to tell me that the person who was doing tires had to leave early. Being that I made an appointment u would think they would call and tell me it s cancelled. Told them give me appointment for the next day, got off early AGAIN and was told they had a call in. Will never go to another Firestone in my life!!Service: Tires

The tires work great, but I had to wait 3 hours. I was also yelled at when I asked for an ETA. I was told only 2 cars were in front of me, but it seemed like 10 customers got their cars serviced and out of the door before me. I'm not happy that I was treated poorly.

Good staff but rip off and really rip off. I went there with a friend recommendation to get an estimate but the smiling faces wrote an honest estimate for approx. $2,000 and tried to get into the glove compartment where I can witness dirty oil finger print. I also paid over $100 for highest. I went to another shop and got this job done for little over $200. Please always take second opinion before you end up in this slaughter house. This the WORST place to get your car serviced. I scheduled an appointment on Friday, which was approved for me to bring in on Monday for a simple oil change. I dropped it off this morning at 9:30 and said I would pick it up in the evening. However, once I went to pick up my car at 4:30 pm, I was informed they did not get a chance to complete my oil change and would not be able to do it today even if I waited. They asked if I could come back tomorrow. This was such an inconvenience, because I could ve dropped my car off elsewhere had they just denied my appointment request. I was supposed to go to Slidell this evening to take my niece & nephew trick or treating, but instead I m driving around looking for a 5 minute oil change to get serviced. I m so disgusted with them. There s been a previous time when I attempted to drop off my car for service and they told me they were too busy. Another day I asked them to check my fuses and before I could even finish my sentence the manager told me he wouldn t have time for that. I will never bring my car to this particular Firestone and would not recommend that you do not bring your car there either. You will only leave disappointed.Service: Oil change

My daughter is in the Navy (Belle Chasse) she gave birth on Tuesday so I m in town from Atlanta and got a nail stuck in my tire at the hospital,We called around and found this spot where Todd was amazing they plugged my tire up and topped off all my fluids that were low in my Truck. Great and speedy service I would definitely recommend this spot.Service: Tires

I found a huge nail in my tire after work and was too busy to plug it myself. I showed up right at closing time hoping to get my tire patched. The store manager, Todd, took care of me with no questions, staying after hours to make sure I was taken care of.Service: TiresService: Tires

Dropped my car off to be inspected I got a call from them an hour later and I go to pick up my car. They let someone take my car claiming the customer thought it was a rental . No one from corporate has yet to contact me back. Someone called from the store, called back twice no response. They claimed rocks was stuck under my car but I still here the same noise. That day was horrible for me and now I still have the same noise. Definitely wouldn t recommend.

**** BUYER BEWARE ****I purchased the lifetime alignment and rotation. I made an appointment the week before and my car was kept most of the day and overnight for an alignment and tire rotation.Prior to this, I had a nail in my tire and they wanted me to leave my car in the parking lot overnight. The rim would have sat on the flat tire overnight. Surprisingly, they could fit me in if I wanted to buy a new set of tires. I brought it elsewhere and had to pay for the repair when it would have been part of my road hazard warranty.Lots of opportunities with customer service.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

Don't go there they scratched the rims on my truck basically Said owell and cannot balance a tire. Which caused me to go some place else and get it fixed properly.

I really miss the old managers. The customer service has gone down tremendously, and I wish people would be honest when they are writing reviews. I've been to this location several times and each time I felt like I was being hustled. These people charged me $100 plus dollars for a diagnostic test and failed to mention that my battery was old. One week later, my car stopped on me, and I had to get a jump. I went straight to Auto Zone, and the manager ran a FREE diagnostic test on my car. The manager instantly knew I had a BAD battery. Do you think they told me this information at Firestone? NO! As a woman, I am VERY disappointed in the way these managers try to capitalize off of their customers. It is very dishonest, and I do not appreciate this kind of service.

This review is a warning to anyone, especially women, looking for tire assistance.The back tire on our car kept getting low, so my husband brought it here for repair. It took 45 minutes and 20 some dollars but we were happy with that, until the next day when it was flat again. I took it back and was told, though they might have said they fixed it, the tire was unrepairable. Not only that but the other tires were bad and I would need all four brand new.So I went to a Joe Schmo tire place, looking for a used tire as a temporary fix. But the guy there not only found and fixed the leak, but it took him 5 minutes and only charged me $6! The tire has been fine ever since.Shame on Firestone for charging money without rendering services, lying about work that was done and trying to take advantage of an unsuspecting female. We were going to buy a new set of all four tires from them, but given the circumstances, we will never be back and will caution anyone to steer clear. No pun intended.Follow up: my husband went a few weeks later to have our Jeep's tires aligned and rotated. He knew about my experience so marked the tires and lo and behold they did NOT do the rotation. We wonder about the alignment as well since the Jeep has been undrivable over 50 miles/hour, it starts shaking uncontrollably! We have lifetime alignment because we bought the tires there but will NEVER go back. We'll pay for another garage to service it once we find someone more trustworthy.

Brought car to get new shocks.the next day they came off and took 3 days to get them fixed.This week I payed $987.00 to get a new fuel pump.The next 2 days I noticed gas getting low. On the third day saw that the car was leaking gas from underneath. Again a shotty job done by these people . No, I am sorry or any explanation.Just if you want us to fix it it will take 2 to 4 days.. that is why I say stay away from this place.

I have used firestone for multiple cars that I have owned to help keep them maintained appropriately over the past 10 years.Every time I have attended this fire stone location, I am met with unusually long wait times. I am a very patient customer and loyal. However, This experience today has left me questioning whether or not I will ever return to another fire stone at all.This past weekend, Saturday, I made An appointment for an oil change at 9 am. I turned in my keys at 9 AMand sat down after speaking with the lady at the counter. She had informed me that the gentleman who made my appointment, put my order in as a drop off and I had to tell her that I was not dropping my car off but I was in fact waiting. The gentleman did not even ask what my preference was when I made the appointment.I waited an hour and a half and noticed that my car had not moved yet. I approached the counter and asked the young lady what was the hold up. They stated, her and another gentleman, that there was about a three hour wait even though I had made the appointment. Confused and frustrated by this, I asked what was the point of the appointment if I had to wait three hours. I then asked what day was the slowest day of the week. I was told Wednesday. I made my appointment for Wednesday evening. Today I showed up for my appointment only to be told that there was no appointment for me on the books and neither was there any time to accommodate me at all.I m completely disappointed with the amount of time that has been wasted for one oil change and also the complete lack of concern on behalf of the employees that have inconvenienced my time on multiple occasions.

Terrible attitude and terrible customer service. Refused to make an appointment for an oil change. I work out of town and I need to do this by appointment only. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused to let me do that too. She also was very under informed about her job and when asked questions she had no idea what I was talking about. I would not recommend this Firestone at all. Wish I could give 0 stars!!!

Came in late morning and bought 6 new tires for my dually. All bays were full with cars waiting so I thought I'd be waiting till close. After only about 3 hours they were done and took $50 off my ticket. A week later I noticed that my simulator rims had been bent in 3 places but I hadn't noticed till then. Called them up to inform them and it was no problem, "Go buy new ones and bring us the receipt, we'll cover it".

Quick service, friendly workers.I had changed the lower/upper control arms, the inner/outer tie rod ends, and the sway bar link myself for my truck. The only think I couldn't do is an alignment. To be honest I didn't even think of going to Firestone. I went to NTB first. Their machine went down so I googled and called them up on a Saturday night around 530PM. Asked if they can do an an alignment that day. Sure enough they said yes. I get there, and they take the truck that instant(nobody was waiting) after an 45 min the guy comes back all done, even corrected the steering too. Definitely would recommend for an alignment.

I'm not the kind of person who frequently uses superlatives, but this was the most HONEST car maintenance experience I've ever had. The staff here are committed to excellence, and it shows. Plus, free wifi and a nice waiting area. Will definitely return next time I need an alignment or tire service. Highly recommend.

Went in to get my rack and pinion fixed on a Tuesday, but the next day my car was still making noise. Took it back 2 days later and they said to bring it in Saturday and they would take care of it free of charge. Was told multiple times it d be done by Saturday easily, then get a call they need it till Sunday. Sunday get a call that they needed to keep it for lack of parts and would have it done Monday before 5 since I work nights. Called Monday morning, said they d have it done by 5. No call and when I showed up at 6:20, needing to go to work and was told at 5:15 when I called that it d be done in an hour, they go and tell me they need another half hour. Ended up almost being late and having to get a ride. Frustrated with the terrible service and don t ever plan on coming back.
