The best speedco hand down! What makes this location special is not the quick service or the convenience (although that's good too), what makes this place special is the people! Especially the manager! Melinda has a heart of gold! She truly does care about her work and the people she encounters! Humanity is not lost with her and her crew! She is the definition of southern hospitality and deserves to be recognized! I highly recommend anyone to stop in, have a talk with her and you will see why! Good people like this will never go unrecognized by me! Good people like this change lives! Thank you again Ms. Melinda and thank you to your crew.... Im forever greatful!

Mostly people walking around.Nobody knows anything communication is terrible.The guys will start the job then you can't find them hours at a time afterward they disappear so when you think their working the aren't. A terrible place to have your truck serviced.

Had Mt front wheel seals replaced at Speedco in Flowood MS and after several visits back to that location the seals continued to leak!!!! Pulled in to this location and Zeb took really good care of me.Explained what the problem was and had me out in no time!Great crew and atmosphere- I STRONGLY RECOMMEND thus shop.

I Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) on this Shreveport/Greenwood, LA establishment for illegal business practices. They feel as if they don t have to adhere to the common practices of the laws. The general manager Corey and manager Patrice should both be fine & fired for price gouging. They re both rude, price gouge, and lack customer service.Service: Brakes

I wouldn't recommend anyone to stop here. I've been waiting here almost 2 hrs for a mechanic to become free because none of the other 10 or 12 guys can do it because it's not their job. They only do lube and the guys at the counter only check in, check out and answer the phone. Oh and have mini meetings throughout the day as you'll see in the picture I took. The service here is absolutely horrible. Stay away!!!!!!!

Went in to have my tire balanced. They told me it would be about 45 minutes. After an hour I asked the manager about how much longer it would be. He told said I told you it would be about 45 minutes . I told him I know man it has been an hour. The manager then told me I could leave for all he cared . Is this really how you talk to customers. Meanwhile four mechanics were smoking cigarettes and chilling behind the building and three mechanics were patching a tire. It is now 1:03 and hour after I arrived and no one is working on the truckService: Tires

I arrived here for a tractor and trailer inspection and PM service, I was treated very badly by a young, bearded employee, and he told me to park next door, as there were already 3 trucks on the line, so I was the fourth, suddenly another arrived truck and got in line, so I went to ask the young bearded man why he let the other one in when it was my turn, he said that this guy would have arrived before me, but he didn't tell me that when I arrived, in other words, disorganized, I will never do services here again.

They have a great crew working at the Greenwood, LA location. Very friendly and knowledgeable in the office and the shop. Sign in the door says they open at 6am on Fridays, holiday hrs posted as well, today is normal business hours for 12-30-22. I got here at 5:55am. No one here by 6:10 so I head out and a pickup is coming in the driveway, tried to flag him down and cruises past. I see him go in the front door. Okay, somebody woke up late, no biggie... I turn around and pull up to a closed bay door. They open a couple bay doors at 6:15 and don't acknowledge me. Another guy shows up in non work clothes wandering aroumd. Still not acknowledged. 6:30 one guy finally looks my way opening the tire bay doors. 6:40, still no one has said a word to me sitting at bay 1 idling... Guess these guys open whenever tf they feel like it and you'll get service the same way. 6:45 I find an employee digging under the seats of his personal car, I ask him if they're open today, he says "yeah we're open, I'm looking for my tools". Under the front seat of your dodge charger? Hmm, OK... Last I was here they forgot to put the gasket on oil filter and lost 4 gallons of oil in 50 miles soaking my undercarriage and trailer in oil.

_ 3 stars because im leaving left after watching mecahnics working on oil change for 2 hour probably 3 hour by now** Found Concerns ***1) Mecahnics milking time way too much (totally different than other Speedco im used to with)2) Mechanics probably new novice_ Dont feel comfortable with novice possibly make mistake on my truck_ i will try different Speeco

9:00 am. I was directed to pull up in to the bay after 25 minutes waiting with one bay not busy and two had trucks. One hour later - I'm in the bay waiting while technicians are working on oil change. So, first 4 letters from this place name should be drop out. There is no "speed" any more. And the do not have variety of oil filters. They offer only "Luber-Finer" filters are identical to "Farm" filters. Also ask them to build tire pressure on all 18 wheels.After one and half hour I was back on the road.Average place.

Run Corey is not the person to be in management.Wastes time and is rude to customersLook at these reviews how does loves still have this man in management it is laughable. He needs to be fired.

Not good place. Afterhours Lady charges very high. Lyed the driver. Tech telling $182 for diagnosing and all. But Dispatch lady figured out another $100 out of nowhere. Never advice this shop to ones who is in need of help.Called back again to the lady afterhours. she told 2 wrong sayings 1. Mechanic waited 1 hour. But the service not been 1 hour total itself for 1 miles out breakdown.2. He is used Jay pro diagnosing machine.Which one is correct?Speed CO is road rescue?OR what?Looks like their logic works only for stealing the money.Well thank you!Never trust this shop.

Be advised the website shows open at 530am, was told by the GM nothing they can do it's a corporate issue. The door says 6am. Was advised a tire person would not be in till 8am but if no one comes for an oil change by the time the Tech is ready I could get my tire fixed. Luckily no one came. The Tech was very polite and kind.

Had tire pressures checked on our car hauler tractor and trailer and they didn't charge us for it. Melinda the manager is very helpful and nice and easy to work with and wont rip you off or charge you for unnecessary work. This place is the worst! Last time I was there they left the oil cap off the engine. Next stop I made oil all down the side of my truck and trailer had to out 2 gallons back in it. Today I stopped and they had no fuel filters and no oil filter. Might as well put out the closed sign how does an oil change specific company have no filters. Ridiculous!! Will never stop there again.

Never go in there they have said the last three times they can't fix anything until tomorrow when I pull in and when I looked them up it said less busy than normal and when I got there they had one truck in their shop! One lady in the office that said nothing until tomorrow and 3 dudes in uniform standing in the shop gathered around and shooting the breeze!

After a horrible experience with another speedco I came here. Guy by the name of JJ took care of me. He done the job properly and got me back on the road asap. Would definitely do business here again with these professionals.

Called ahead of time and the representative advised me to come on in, once I arrived there was 1 vehicle ahead of me. Once I was asked to pull into the bay the mechanics asked what the issue was diagnosed the situation a d they had the part I. Stock and was able to replace the damaged part.The work did not take to long and they had me back on the road.The Staff was very professional and Helpful.I was not the only drive I also notice the staff providing the same service and professional attitude towards all the customers.Thank you all for what you do to help drivers get back on The road a quick as possible.

Pulled up, guided into the bay, checked in within 3 minutes. Oil change started immediately after. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service, usually dread doing over the road oil changes. Very nice techs, manager and front desk. Will come again.

Thank you so much for a technical,who found for me some part,and I can fixed air line on my trailer. Before this place I was at 7 truck services,and they just a said: waiting in the line 3.5 or more hours.He doesn t take any money from me Really appreciate,and believe,,a lot of good people live around us

Over all had a pleasant experience.Brought my truck here for PM.Had an hour wait to get pulled in the shop, once in was out within 40 mins.You can stay inside truck or in drivers lounge.There was some shortage of supplies, call ahead to confirm for availability.Restrooms were clean.

Worst customer service ever. One change tire on the trailer it s already take 1,5 h. The guy don t know how to take off the tire and somebody else has to come help him. He work 5 minutes and left for 20 without any reason. Guys from office doesn t help and said he doing very well. How it s possible when he can t handle to put it back the valve !!! NEVER EVER AGAIN !!

Guy charged me twice to install engine air compressor cause he forgot the piece the gears that go into the power steering so he had to do the job twice
