On our way to Mississippi we stop to put gas here at love's great costumer service an they have a little of everything plus a casino right next door bathrooms were clean regardless of how packed it was .

If you work there your traded like garbage.Because if you work graveyard, you can't eat because if you do eat.At the cash restaurant You'll get Wrote up and fired.Or they will cut you down to half a shift twenty hours a week But all the managers get 40 hours a week do not go to work there. They'll start you off with the good hours. Then I'll cut you down. Half half that after you've been working there a while.Again, do not go to work the treat everybody like garbage.

10/22/23.....0530...Got my trucks weight, no one at the fuel desk(the person, young smiling lady comes from the showers area gloves still on, anx gets mg scale ticket. 8 minutes before...I come in to get the ticket no one at fuel desk, i wait a couole minutes, Im aware my clock is not waiting patiently, igs still ticking against me, so i go to next cash register and tell the black girl there that theres no one beck there she says ill tske care of it, (?) so i walk back to fuel desk, wait some more, i take a oeak and the cashier still at her post now doing nofbi g, besides fiddling with her cell phone ... I remind her about the situation, she shows signs ic being now upset cause i interrupted her from checking perhaps a TIK TOK video.... ...Sooooo.... ANYWAY.The photos show the condition of the service aisle outside... YOU BE THE JUDGE

Hard to see to get here at night. The roads suck. The gas station was dirty and only had one coffee machine working. And the coffee was cold jn the one machine. Headed over the line to Texas where they keep up better with everything and the coffee is always hot.

The washer and dryer sets need to be fixed. Out of 3 washers, 1 works and out of 3 dryers, 1 works. Unfortunately, I was the test dummy about these issues. I used a washer that broke in the middle of my cycle and waited 45 mins to get my refund and asked for a bucket or bag or something to move my soping wet clothes from washer to washer... I never heard back from the employee about the bucket or help with those issues, but I did get my refund. Thank you to the kind citizen who stepped up and helped me out. I then proceeded to dry my clothes for a full hour on high heat, and my clothes were still wet. So, I had to restart them in another dryer.I've been to several Love's and never had that experience . I gave them a 2 because I did get my money back at least.

Never ceases to amaze me how loves glorifies the tire pass but everytime I need it, they're unexpectedly "down". Again Loves has let me down. I don't think I have been to a good Loves truck stop in a long time. Not to mention the fuel island always being full cause of people taking their 30 min break.I'm done. This is my final straw. Loves will never get my business again. I'm sick and tired of being let down by them. They're turning into TA's. Funny Pilot and Flying J are always trying to improve while loves just goes downhill.

The general manager, Tim Childress, couldn't have been any more personable, kind or helpful! We stopped at this location to get gas and potable water. He went above and beyond for us newbie RVers. Service like his should always get 5 stars

Slowest bunch of people. Checked in for shower at 4:36 pm. Three showers became available within 10 mins. It took them another 30 mins to clean 2 showers. But tue manager stood around talking to what appears to be the district manager. Several employees walking around not doing anything. I guess Loves is now going by the wayside like TA and Flying J. They just don't care about our time in the store. I see this at most Loves locations.

Love's is always stocked, usually pretty quick at checkouts, and decent bathrooms. We stopped for the dog run so Bentley the Beagle could use the bathroom, get some energy out together, and have a drink of water.

Nice rest stop with a little space to stretch your legs. Lots of pump stations, clean restrooms, the cooked food is nothing to write home about. There really isn't much room to leisurely peruse the wares especially if it's busy.

Visited 3/19/23 in the evening. Staff was very unpleasant. Cashier had a terrible attitude as though customers were a bother. In addition to that none of the water pumps at the diesel fuel aisles or at the even dump station worked.

Apparently they don t let you shower late at night lol I went in at 2 am to get a shower to start my day. The guy working the counter said he didn t have hot water so the showers are shut down. I asked if I could shave in one of the shower rooms because I didn t want to shave in the public bathroom. He let me into shower three and what do you know, hot water in the sink. If you re going to lie because you are to lazy to do your job, at least make it harder to catch you. One of the worst Love s I have been to .

To get a brand new tire looked at because it was leaking. 235 80 r16 they told me I had two people in front of me I waited there an hour and a half when they finally pulled me in there the mechanic came over said he could hear it leaking but said they couldn't work on that size. I asked him to at least try and find a leak with something to spray on it and they refuse to do anything to help me it would have been nice if he just located delete for me. Our trucking company with the fleet of 12 Semi truck uses love's but not anymore they just lost our business... went up the street to Speedco they took care of it without a problem. Loves was completely unprofessional

The bathrooms are very clean! There s a lot of food and drinks here, and plenty of parking. It s connected directly to Arby s next door.

Cheap gas in these times. Picked up food. This Loves is located off I-20. Has a casino next door. Plenty of parking. Gassed up, cleaned my windows and dumped a little trash. Love Loves. And they sell torch lighters I use for cigars. Has a built in punch.

Restrooms not very clean, floors and stalls are not even remotely acceptable.Diesel isles packed which is normal at this time of day (lunch), but the arrangement for turn around to highway again is awkward.Ample parking post fill up for trucks with trailers or busses.

The RV dump station is horrible. The pipe is 12-18 inches above the pit which makes draining your tanks extremely challenging. For 10 bucks it should be a better set up. I do not recommend.

LOVES MANAGEMENT CONTINUALLY ALLOWS TRUCKS TO PARK IN UNSAFE AREAS. THEY REGULARLY BLOCK SONIC'S PARKING LOT. MANY TIMES ALLOWING THEM TO PARK ALONG THE ENTRANCE FOR THE TRUCKS. MAYBE ONLY A LAWSUIT FOR A WRECK WILL THE STOP THIS. NOT FAIR FOR SONIC TO HAVE THERE BUSINESS BLOCKED FOR THE FAILURES OF LOVES MANAGEMENT

Employees are more focused on talking with each other and yelling acrosss the store with each other than checking out the customers. One employee was very rude when I asked to be checked out. This is a frequent stop for my family for the past 27 years but we decided to go across the highway to the other truck stop from now on. Not got when you are making a purchase.

Truck drivers BEWARE I am not one to complain, I was not grown up that way. Anyways, my dad and I are truck mechanics and we drove from Tyler to come get a part and no one has been up to the front counter to help us and we have been here 30 minutes. My dad went around and asked if someone could help and us and he said ya give me a minute he s still not up here, he came up and was covered in grease and he told dad he wasn t a mechanic. Doesn t make sense, this loves isn t like the other loves I ve been too. You guys can do better, like I said truck drivers go else where don t waste your hours and time here.

It's hard to get fuel because the trucks park wherever they want to. The bathroom smell bad there always out of stuff the Arby's is always out of food and the fuel pumps work sometimes. This is why it's hard to get Fuel I guess the Manager doesn't care where they park this truck driver is sleeping there in front of fuel bay #1.

Clean bathrooms & great stop. This location was a bit of a challenge to turn into - auto is the first turn and trucks go to the second turn. Other than that, great stop!

Everyone in the store was very helpful and a female cashier even went out of her way to help me understand what was going on with my cash app. The casino worker was very nice and the coffee was really good!Bathrooms were clean and store was tidy even though I don't know how they kept up with it because this place always seems to have people in and out of it constantly!There's even a restaurant/ fast food place on one side! An Arby's I believe!I would recommend this travel center and will definitely be stopping by next time I'm in the area!

Decent coffee, $1.60 for a refill, your cup, not too bad. There's a Arby's and a Casino there also. SCORE! It was clean, but NO free wifi, you have to pay for it!!

So I am an employee of Love's and yeah there was no welcome to Love's the women's restroom was HORRIBLE... I do understand that it's early or late however you want to see it. But I am not sure who is on duty at the moment but I consider it a issue seeing the restroom like this and not hearing the WELCOME TO LOVE'S is concerning
