This is the 3rd night I've been here this week and the showers have been filthy and dirty every time. Tonight they actually gave me 3 different showers that were supposed to be clean and each was dirty with supposedly clean folded towels sitting on the counter. One had feces running down the front of the toilet. Another had dirty towels left in the shower and all 3 had dirt and hair on the floor and in the shower so you could tell they hadn't been clean at all one even had blood spots in the shower. I've came here in the past because they normally had the cleanest showers in the area, so it looks like they recently put someone on the job who doesn't care at all

4 pumps with defects on screens.... No toilet tissue. Employee comes out of the restroom without washing his hands. No towel outside to clean windows

They have one lady doing ALL the work. The line was backed all the way up to the refrigerated drinks in the back of the store. She was even expected to serve the hot food as well. With all the money we spend, you'd think Flying J would hire more help. Sad... Just sad. I gave 2 stars because at least the place was clean.

Great place for a quick stop. The gas pumps weren t that crowded. I was able to go in and out of the store without dealing with a lengthy line.The restrooms were pretty clean. A good rest stop for truckers. There is a Denny s within the same building if you want to fill your belly.There is also a casino inside the building. I m not sure what time of machines they have or how good they are but it is available.

Good place to park with lots of spots. The showers are so clean and the staff is diligent to clean. They're friendly with requests by customers. The shower had great pressure with very hot water. They are the typical small box pilot showers with little space. Lots of options at the PJ Fresh. Counter staff are slow to ring people through.

Flying dennys 4 stars cause i just cant go 5. Waitress was rock star. Be sure n get angel. She bust her butt to serve your needs.The lost star is pilot flying joke issues.Fix parking lotTake out that old scale

Blaze has great parking it's really good and comfortable entrance is nice and easy to go in and out which is always a huge Plus service sometimes it's a little slow that's because they need a little more personnel I like that there's a Denny's inside and around the area you can find maybe other places to eat you got also called service and repair overall great place to do it's good stop

Pump area is really nasty ,parking lot is real rough. Showers are extremely nasty , trucker loung has missing ceiling tiles , dust every where , have the shower make noise while on ,one shower only gave cold water and the other one gave only hot water, if you have hours and need to stay at a flying j store , do yourself a favor and drive 32 more miles to the one in haughton,la

There food is no where as good as the Relax station 4 miles down the street google it and hot directions! I don t know what time they stop serving food at night so call they also have a casino and a restaurant your tummy will thank me

Out of hrs got a reserve parking spot but inside would not move trks parked there and didn't pay drove all day out of hrs this is not cool.this is the worst place I ever been to way to go flying j way to go

5 of the diesel islands out of order, pizza dried out like it had been sitting for hours and it wasn't 5:30pm yet. Only 2 soups. Dropped trailers everywhere.

Showed up at 11 PM I had reserve a space it said 16 were available yet. Trucks are parked in the reserve spaces I go inside they act like they can t do anything about it but give me a refund what s the point of reserving a space if you can t make sure the proper people are parked in the space, none of them people in there acted like they knew what the hell was going on.

Me, a white person, walks up to a cash register a black woman is at. She tells me the register is closed. So I have to go to the self-checkout. Black guy walks up right after me and she rings him up.Coffee was on the house bc I don t know how to ring it up myself (:

This J has an excellent manager who is very friendly and professional. I always stop here when passing through. I just wish more of the truck drivers would act like professionals.

This location had only one person working the front counter and she was also incharge of cleaning the showers. We waited an hour for our shower to be cleaned the towels were wet when given to us the stall was not cleaned well, hair was everywhere not my own, there was only one person before us waiting to shower .The parking is really bad

The showers last night were nasty( still had previous persons dirty wash rag in the corner of the shower with fresh towels on the sink) ,water was cold and no water pressure. They aren't cleaning the showers. They also don't have any handicap showers available ever now. Multiple fuel pumps have been broke out of order for months.

This is a good stop for rv towing BUT why do all flying J RV pumps never work unless you go inside. Then they have the self checkout that didn't work. But the lady makes you try it first b4 she will check you out. So much for a stop for gas. 4 times inside store . Pay, receipt, pay receipt!!!!

Worst truck stop ever. Filthy. Unsafe. It has a bogus mechanic taking up 5+ parking spots with trailers U83919 & 86206, 2 trucks with A T Transportation on them with sand trailers attached. Don't trust the work or the tires, will be out of more money with that crook. Why does this location allow druggies & junkies to live, sell drugs & work on their property for several months instead of the space being used by paying customers?

Was better until they put in self check out. Been in a couple times since and seems to be more wait time, just a cluster you know what. Staff was always very friendly and don't see many now. I just cross the road to loves truck stop now. Stop trying to fix what isn't broken and taking away jobs. I don't shop walmart either.

Attendants were helpful. Surprised that there was a casino adjacent to Flying J. Lol.If you're here, you're in Louisiana now were snakes and alligators roam!! See photo of sign.

We ordered a glass of water with no ice and two cheeseburger meals. The water came, and there was residue floating on top of the water, which was an indicator to go next door and get bottle water. Hamburger pattie was not seasoned, and all the juice pressed out and, to top it off, found hair in the fries. We barely ate half the burger however they were nice enough to ask if we wanted a to-go plate, but we graciously declined.

Small showers but clean and they give you 2 towels. Clean store nice size parking lot. They have about 20 reserved parks.

Just got kicked out of an unmarked reserved spot. Manager didn't care it was unmarked and said it was corperates problem. There were clearly marked reserved spot 5 spaces from mine. Thhey are paited in the front and have a sign in the rear. My space didn't have either. So i go in to pay, and they tell me they are full and I just have to move. Funnt bcs app shows 31 spaces available.

Last nite I want a small cup of coffee be setting in for the nite. Nope, at 6:30p all the urns are mty. So I decided on a soda. After getting pushed out of line for om e register I'm moved to another. Then all registers go down. I left w/nothing, the lost a couple of high profit sales. This morning again there are only drips of coffee. I got what I could. Wait o n line 9 customers deep till another associate wandered up. Got two pieces of pizza, and I can only get the vomitous "breakfast" pizza. No more can we get mega meat or pepperoni. Someone at Pilot/Flying has decided no one starts their day at 3am and wants to have their lunch (lunch type food) in the early am. Here's what I got for $2.50.

The girls working are awesome... The PJ fresh is always fresh and hot... The fountain has the best Pepsi... The showers were clean, hot water, and water pressure was wonderful...Thank you Flying J for the staff y'all hired at this location, they need a raise for the hard work they do to keep customers and truckers happy...

Don't stop if you are in a hurry! One person working behind the counter and two people standing behind counter just talking about nothing. After I get up to the counter the girl tells me to use the self checkout. I'm not using the self checkout anywhere I go!
