I was traveling thru central and got a flat tire on my truck. I was stranded on the side of Sullivan road during lunch time traffic. I Got a ride to Ross tire and pulled in and they met me at the front door and took my tire and repaired it immediately! They were so nice and quick. They didn t know me from Adam but knew my current dilemma and took care of me like professionals. You don t get that kind of treatment just anywhere. Thank you Ross Tire again for your work.

Friendly service. Closed Sunday for church . Fixed my tire in 45 minutes. Clean waiting room. Tiger fan friendly. Thank guys look forward to seeing you in the shop or at mass.

Glenn and Casey, always takes great care of my 2008 Suburban. They keep me rolling and save me lots of money in car notes. I can t say enough about their excellent service and expertise. They also care for our funeral vehicles at Baker Funeral Home. Thank you, for keeping on the road!

I give Ross Tire & Service a 5 star review. This was my first experience with this company but I am certain it will not be my last. Good old fashioned service that never goes out of style. Casey bent over backwards to help me and I truly appreciate all his help. I highly recommend this company for your tire and car needs.Thank you again, Jerrie Easterly

This place is so great. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! Plus, they are very reasonably priced. They do it all for your car! I'll never go anywhere else.

These guys have always taken care of all my vehicles for years. Service is top notch. They have always been honest and shown true professionalism when dealing with my vehicles.Most importantly, I have confidence and trust in them anytime I have a problem that it will be diagnosed properly and fixed correctly!

Got there later in the day not long before closing time with a nail in a tire on my wife s car. In spite of showing up late they took care of me in a timely manner. Happy with the service they provided.

Awesome services from professional experts. I had a tire blowout and even though they did not have the exact same tire immediately available (no one in town did), they were able to get replacements installed in a timely manner. Their building/company location also has a lot of history and is pretty much a museum of artifacts related to automobiles and local events.

Got 4 new tires from here. Read reviews, shopped around, etc. Not only were they the cheapest anywhere around (by far), but they were extremely fast and friendly. Fast meaning 4 new tires, mounted, balanced, everything to walking out the door within 1hr20min. Quite impressive. Guy I talked to this morning was knowledgable, friendly, and had great phone skills. Guy at the counter when i came in was the same. Even chatted with customers like they were lifelong friends. All around just so impressed. Will be a customer for life.

Fantastic place! Only place I go to get my tires changed/rotated, and I always go there for my oil change. You can't go wrong with going here.

We brought our 2005 Yukon to them for a minor oil leak. They quoted us $2200 for several other issues including a water pump they they put in 3 years prior. We told them never mind. After paying $115 for them just to give us a quote, we left frustrated. 10 miles up the road the engine started knocking. I called them and let them listen to it. They said probably a lifter and another $4,000 worth of service. My father in law took the vehicle to a dealership in Mississippi, there was a disconnected hose causing the knocking that looked "tampered with." And the dealership quoted $1,000 less for the oil leak. Oh, and absolutely no issue with the water pump. We will NEVER take a vehicle to them again. Don't let the Christian music playing fool you. I truly regret bringing my perfectly good vehicle to them.

I brought my car in to get a flat fixed and told them the brakes seemed like they needed replacing. They were honest with me and told me the brakes were fine instead of just replacing them and taking my money. It's hard to find auto shops that don't push services on you that you don't need so they can make a buck. I appreciate their honesty!

I've been going to Ross Tire for about 3-4 years now. They're a great family owned business with awesome values and customer service. I've had work done on my old truck before the flood of 2016 and on my new truck for oil changes. I wouldnt bring my vehicles anywhere else!

Had to bring my grandfathers truck here because it had a slow leak in it. Ive had well over 6 or 7 tires changed by different companies but this took less than 30 min and thats crazy to me because ive waited no less than an hour before. Even going to good year it took them over 2 hours for a oil change.

They are the best group of people! My daughter had a flat and one of the lugs was messed up so we had it towed in, after breaking a socket getting it off they fixed her tire and didn't charge us anything! Thank y'all!!

Somehow this company was able to remove my review, so I am listing it again. I called and got quotes from several places and requested the final price with everything included - tax, balancing, and even joked that the price quoted included the air in the tires. Ross was the "cheapest" by a small amount. They installed the tires and the price to pay was higher than the price quoted. They went on to say that the price quoted didn't include tax. Around we went....me - I requested everything included and specifically listed tax.....ross - we never quote tax. They are unethical and will boldly lie to get your business.

We had a problem with an installed tire and seperate wheel. The manager went above and beyond what I expected and took care of the problems. I appreciate people standing behind their work.

Ross is the only place I have taken my cars for the last 6 years and they constantly impress me with there work and service!!! This review is based off of many, many different jobs on three different makes of cars, so I have no reason to go any place else!

My dad went here for years, he passed a few months back. I went in to get my tire replaced and they asked about him, so I told them he passed. When I went back later to pick up my car they did not charge me.
