Came to this Walmart to get my Brand new tires put on my truck(not purchased at Walmart) and asked the guy if they would be able to do it and he told me yea we got you, now the reason I ask was it was 5:30 and I understand they close at 7. I knew it was going to take some time so I went and did a little bit of shopping but within 15 minutes they called me they couldn't put my tires on my truck because the LT on my tire stood for "light truck" I've had this truck for over 4 years and have had LT tires on my truck all 4 years. Basically what I'm saying is they like to waist people's time and lie.

The guy who change my oil was nice but the lady rung me up for an oil change did not notify me about an 2 hr wait for an oil change. I felt like that was very unprofessional of her to do. Will not be going here and getting my oilChange again.

terrible terrible service. waited 2 hours WITH APPOINTMENT AND WALMART+ purchased 2 tires. Asked where I wanted tires mounted on vehicle, told the manager and I'm assuming he did not tell the tire changer. I had to come home and change spare that they left on my vehicle. They lost 3 of my lug nut covers. NEVER again. Amazingly incompetent people running this place.Service: Tires

Absolutely rude and unprofessional! The guy in charge of the check out lane was pretending not to see me! Maybe because I m a WOMAN?? He purposely don t give me an attention and continued ringing out the GUYS behind me. I really felt left out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL. How unprofessional. Had to get out of there after waiting 30minutes in LINE. Even the line was not long at all. He just doesn t care. Walmart, what is this???

Hello my car was running HOT IBeg for help That employee told me that they don t put cooling in cars so I went inside and purchase the cooling in put it in myself went and shop for hours to let my car cool down I came back through with a ladder items the manager over the Thierry told me that he could not ring me up because he get off his six and it was six so I told him to get one of the guys he tell me None of them have have no numbers so I stood there I was going to go for a Team leader to come ring me up but he end up ringing I was not move n I was already stress he was trying to stress me out more I have been employed with Walmart at another store 2132 for 23 years never been treated so BAD if they do me like this I can imagine how they treat the other customers

i tried using this business but i was told off right away, because my truck seemed like it was to long for an oil change, now im having to drive around looking for other places since this one has poor equipment to handle a truck so it seems, very inconvenient, never have i been told this, and i always do my oil changes in walmart auto centers, not no more!

It was a hour before closing and they didn t feel like doing my oil change Soo I had to ride back to br with no oil, and ride back to them to get it fixed. They are very rude. Another time they had a old plug and it was stripped, they didn t want to take it out because the blue thing was off. I went to multiple people no one can take it out. Soo they are finna have a heavy lawsuit on their hands.

If there was an option to put 0 stars I would. If you literally have nothing to do all day long and you need to get one tire change perfect place for you. I came to get two tires changed and they only had three tires to change before me. And I waited here for two and a half hours before my truck hit the ground. absolute worst place in town to get your tires changed trust me saving the 20 or $30 is not fing Worth it go somewhere else trust me...

They Told my wife that the lugs on my daughters car where rusted through lmao they refused to change the tires. We stopped by the parts house and bought all new lugs to come home and replace them after working a 12 hr. Day. Took the rims off and all of the lugs where in perfect condition except 1. So I changed that one out. They didn't want to mess with the car cause it was at the end of the day. I'm guessing. Whatever

Before placing my online order i called to be sure the tires were in stock,so i placed the order online it said it would be ready by 8. I knew they close at 7 so I called to make sure I would still get my tire! The cashier who answered the automotive phone was so hood and rude so I asked to speak to the auto mgr who was also rude. I stayed otp for 25 mins waiting to speak to a store mgr who then said they dont have to deal with online orders. ok i get that but to be rude is another issue! If you dont like your job then quit!

Customer service training needed here! No estimated times or anything to get an idea of what length to expect. After two and a half hours, finally some idea. Can t checkout because paperwork not ready. Would not be here but this is only option in town.

I went by to get a set of tires for my truck, they were very busy but got my truck in, within one hour, they done a great job.

Only try to call if you have 25+minutes to wait on hold. And if you have them confirm they physically have the tires before you get there, be prepared for them to then tell you we dont know where the other three went... we can sell you one

2 hours and 30 minutes for an oil change. It's not like they were drawing the oil from the ground, and then had to put it in the car. Also tried to charge us for an oil that they accidentally put in our car.

Terrible service waited over an hour to have one tire changed not even put on my car just on the rim. No one seemed to know what was going on. Just terrible
