My salesman, Chuck, was great. I was out of town when I found my truck online. I contacted the dealership to hold the vehicle for a week until I could get there. They did. Chuck communicated with along the way, but never seemed "pushy". He even called to check that I made it home safely the next day. Great experience!

My shopping experience with Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales, LA, was very nice. Chuck Rousselle on the sales team is honest and hospitable, and helped me complete the purchase smoothly. His colleague Ronnie filled in to get the vehicle inspections performed, and explained the report to me well. On the management side, Kerry was considerate and transparent and followed up to ensure I was satisfied to make the purchase successful. The Accounts section was diligent in their paperwork; hence, thanks to everyone at the dealership.

Okay I ll start with this, me and family get new vehicles every 2 years so we are not new to the trading and buying process. Since the first phone call with Todd Parker I knew we were dealing with good honest people and in good hands, im a straight shooter and let them know that and they returned that same respect to me. We were offered fair trade and were sold 2 vehicles at prices we were comfortable with. 1 was being ordered and built for my Mom, a 2022 Chevrolet Tahoe and the other was mine from the used side, a 2020 Ram 1500. Sales Manager Jeremy was pleasure to work with, he went above and beyond to make sure the note was what i asked for, he was very honest and made sure to not skip any detail when explaining everything and made sure that we understood everything (most dealerships don t care if you understand what your buying) I was impressed with everyone we came into contact with even the very friendly lady in service department who helped get my toolboxes swapped from old truck to new truck. Bottom line is if your looking for a dealership you can trust and that will actually work with you Supreme Chevrolet of Gonzales is your place.

The process took me 2 Fridays in a row, but not due to the dealership in any way. Just me cautiously deciding. Mr. Shawn Borne was very helpful. The entire staff that I dealt with was very patient & understanding with me & my situation. P.s. I love my new 2024 silverado 1500, RST, Z71 in slate grey!

This is my second new car purchase from Supreme Chevrolet in Gonzales, I am completely satisfied with my experience! My salesman Dwayne Postell was on the ball as always. The management team that ordered my vehicle was excellent. I would like to thank David Barrient and Kerry Mumphrey for ordering my vehicle and keeping me updated throughout the process. My finance manager Jeremy Harell explained all of the paperwork thoroughly and professionally. I will be back! 5 stars all around!

I work in Texas and I had an incident with my tailgate. On Thursday last week I called Cody my service advisor, he told me no problem let me get with the Collision Manager and I will get back to you. Like always he called me right back and said they would have to order it. It came in on I believe Monday, and the Collision Manager had it painted and ready to go. I went and dropped my tailgate for them to take the wiring harness out and they sprayed with the liner. I am super satisfied. Thank you Cody.

The salesman and I agreed on and out the door price and then when I got into the finance office they tried to stick me with an extra $700 worth of fees. After I expressed dissatisfaction with this the store manager came in and had all the fees removed to my satisfaction. Kudos to him. It was a miscommunication but one that almost cost me $700 bucks..

Everything went good drop my car off on Tuesday, got a response on Wednesday with the problem was and what it was going to take to get my truck back up and running by Friday truck was done everything was in perfect condition didn't have any complaints at all went totally smooth

Scheduled my vehicle for its first service. Arrived prior to appointment and it took almost 2.5 hours to have the initial service performed. Why schedule an appointment if it is going to take this long for a routine service? After one visit for servicing of vehicle I am very hesitant to recommend anyone have their vehicle serviced at this dealership.

The sales agents tried his best to help us in every way. The only thing I thought could have made this experience a better one was if the price of the vehicle would have been negotionable a little. Ended up paying more for a used 2022 car than what it cost new in 2022. If it wasn't for my fiance it would still be at the lot but hey it was what she wanted so that's the story. Other than that everyone was very nice and helpful with what they could.

Great customer service! We just moved here from KY and wanted to trade in our one vehicle and purchase two. Our salesman was Zach Martin and he was absolutely awesome! Not once did we ever feel pushed or like we were getting screwed over. He was more about helping us and finding the vehicles that checked off our boxes AND fit our price range. The finance guy, I believe his name was Jeremy, was also wonderful! Very helpful and kept reassuring us that they would make it happen and they certainly did! We walked away very happy and stress free! I would highly recommend this dealership! The service was probably the best car buying experience we ve ever had! We will definitely be back to work with Zach in the future!

This rating isn t a representation of the dealership but of the service department. Robert with service is a great guy and I ve had to deal with him a few times for some repairs I needed done on my truck and he made it an easy seamless process and kept me up to date throughout the repairs. Very professional and customer service oriented and I can appreciate that.

Do not trust these people. Finance guy lied to us. Indicated that we were receiving warranties and policies that we were actually paying for. Never showed us any paperwork of what we were signing on little black box. When asked to see final amounts, were told GM would mail it to us. When did not receive from GM went to Supreme and demanded to see what we had financed. Finally received paper showing what we were actually paying for. I never would have agreed to a gap policy. Told him to cancel immediately. We signed a paper and then never heard anything. Months later after receiving a phone call from GM after sending them a terrible review that they had never received any paperwork from dealership. He also lied and told us that we had free oil changes which it turns out we did not. Have left numerous messages for General Manager to call and never has.I repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE SHADY AND DISHONEST

was looking to buy a car so i got my car appraised for trade in and i had to ask for my keys atleast 4-5 times throughtout me talking to the sales person and him going talk to his manager and eventually coming back and changing the subject. not a good way to do business at all
