Love there kolaches and pizza that s the only reason for 2 stars.They are never open in the morning at 4 o clock when all the shift workers are going to work. Don t advertise as being a 24hr place if you have the doors locked. Will have to find someplace else I guess

Awful. Wish I could remove that star! Rude employees don't acknowledge you until they're done talking about their "baby daddies." (Twice) Tried the pump lots of times before going in. Only to be told I have to prepay a credit card b/c the pumps are broken. Nothing said over the speaker, no signs posted. Nothing said to the other people with me who were in the store. People loitering in the parking lot. So glad I went down the road to get gas and snacks, much cleaner & brighter, friendlier employees too!

I just had the most regrettable experience here. They close to restock really early and whe. You are in there trying to get stuff the manager was really snappy saying that they close in 5 mind. She could have said it way nicer in my opinion. I mean at least at walmart they tell you nicely that they will be closing. I will not be going to this store again at night. I will go when it is day time or I will go to the circle k where they are always sweet.

This store advertises as 24hrs, but they often are not. At least once a week, the workers will be inside the store with the doors locked, turning customers away. Usually in the early morning when guys are heading to/from work. Don t advertise 24hrs if it s not 24hrs.

Advertised as 24 hours, but when I walked to the door the worker said (very rudely) through the locked door closed . When I asked when they were opening again the worker rolled their eyes and continued to walk away. I asked again and the worker rolled her eyes again, held up the number 5 , and kept walking. I understand it s late at night and the workers are likely tired, I too am just getting off of work. RaceTrac, PLEASE change your hours to reflect the proper opening and closing times. This business is rarely opened past midnight, and it shouldn t be on the workers that are closing up to stop what they re doing to answer customers questions. For people that work nights, we rely on gas stations that are opened 24 hours. Thanks.

Great pizza that they make themselves. Also, It has the awesome coffee makers that grind the beans fresh for each cup. Always clean and stocked up on the fresh food items. Hardly ever a line and the cashiers are always quick and friendly.

So, total of my purchase came to 3.24, I gave the cashier $5, she proceeds to give me $1 and promptly said, I dont have change, and moves on to the next person. There was no signs stating not to use cash, or I would have used a card. Even then, the majority of the problem laid with the company. Give the customer the .24 cents, dont cheat them out of .76! This location has always been on the verge, but has slipped over the edge as a place with lazy workers and management.

Stopped to get yogurt. Only half the machines were on. I got mint chocolate chip. There was no chocolate in it. It tasted real funny. I threw it away before I left the parking lot. Toppings look nasty. No spoons. Only small cups which I guess saved me from throwing away a large.terrible.

Young lady was rude light skin black girl accused me of removing the black strap to keep everybody from using the bathroom it was 9 30 in the evening and they was cleaning the back of store not the bathrooms , turn down multiple people from using bathrooms .Run back cameras to see how your employees are treating your customers plus I m a 60 year retired veteran, I didn t remove no strap so respect the rules.

I love Racetrac gas stations but this one had employees who decided to close a 24 hour store at they own will at 10:30pm. We stopped because we needed gas and I wanted coffee and a snack to continue our two hour trip home. Very rude employees.

If there were a half star I'd give it. This story is horrible. 24 hr store and I go in at 3am to get some stuff before driving back to TX and the lady walks out and says store is closed bc she's the only one there. I looked in the store and there's a lady on the kitchen, so she lied. Why are all the Louisiana people so lazy!

Decent gas prices and selection inside, but the staff consistently has the building locked when morning traffic is rolling through.

Seem to be understaffed.I usually like Racetrack, but every time I've stopped at this one there is a long line waiting to check out. I counted 14 people in line today, and only one person behind the counter. Plus I noticed they had no food ready in their fancy new counter. Don't expect a receipt at the gas pump either.Tried again today... 8 people in line and food was "still cooking".

Went in to use the bathroom and get some ice cream. When I went to the bathroom with my child there was throw up all over the sinks and one stall, no toilet paper in the other two. No paper towels either. I was so discusted I decided that I did not want to risk eating ice cream with a place who keeps there bathroom that repulsive. I can only imagine what behind the scenes food prep would look like.

My wife paid the lady 45.00 for diesel on pump 24. I waited and pushed the help button but no help. I then went inside and ask them to reset as it was not pumping. I told her my wife paid 45.00 for diesel. The dark balk lady insisted she gave 25.00 but the light black lady said no she gave 45.00. She said it was ready. With my wife on the phone we waited and they could not figure how to run the fuel pumps. Retrieved my money and went down the street to 30 more cents a gallon for them to get it right. Avoid this place.

Always busy do to the plant workers in the morning yet they can t open every register, almost always their card machines are down and they only accept cash you find that out after standing in line 5 minutes then have to hop in another WAYY longer line.

Have anything and everything you need.. Ice cream station with all theYummy toppinps.. Have the best coffee station with all kinds of creamer flavours and whipped cream to top it off with.. biggest cold drink variety.. Hot dogs, nachos Chile cheese, pizza, salads, sandwichs, best donuts.. cheap gas...

I have always found the employees here friendly enough. Prices are a bit cheaper than those closer to the I-10. Easy in and out.

Doors are locked at 2:33pm no sign nothing. Nobody knows what's going on. Stop at the shell or marathon down the road .

What a joke, typical national chain facility. Slow checking out(employees want to talk and bs) crazy prices on in store items and just typical louisiana... no self pride at all

Girl with the eyebrow ring and the attitude needs to go. Not friendly to customers and really just don t need to be working customer service at all.

Traveled out of town .location says it is open 24hrs ..yet the doors are locked..no sign on doors saying otherwise.
