After another towing company, contracted thru AAA, left me hanging, Premier Towing came thru! I was so appreciative because I had been waiting on the other people and EVERY time I asked AAA to not dispatch them because they had no one to send until the next morning, the call was routed to that towing company EVERY TIME!! When the guy with Premier showed up, he was very friendly and professional and got me unstuck in minutes. Thank you guys! If I am ever in need of a tow service again, you will be the FIRST I call.

Called after a 4 hour waiting ordeal with another tow company and what became a no-show. Called Premier Towing and they were out to us 20 minutes after we called them. Peanut was very friendly and had great customer service!!!

THIEF!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Stole my 16 year old daughter s change out of her car. She had an overflowing change compartment that she saved her coins in from her hard earned money at her job for snowballs with friends and this dude really STOLE FROM A KID! Also, he wouldn t bring the car to collision center as promised on time so he could charge my insurance 2 extra days of storage! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I appreciated that Premier Towing was available to tow our car to a dealership nearby for repairs. The cost was reasonable and the employees were professional. I will use them again if ever I need another tow.
