So i went to get a insurance estimate on my 2010 hyundai santa fe and they told me that my car needed to be totaled becasue a little paint transfer and some Passenger rear door damage. I dont want the car totaled. Called my insuranse and they wanted me to send photos of my car through the app. I did that..... insurance wanted to use the same quote from here to total my car out. Im having a adjuster come out because i dont know how they got the roof damages claim. If this place doesnt want to fix your car they will just total it. Wrong way to treat customers and their belongings. Some people may have a Sentimental connection with their vehicle and want to keep it as long as possible and keep it on the road.

I was recommended by my insurance company to allow Performance Auto Body Collision to perform repairs on my 2019 Honda Accord Touring. Due to flying debris on the interstate, my vehicle's front end was very damaged. I was so impressed at their professionalism, not to mention the excellent body work performed on my vehicle. I am so very pleased with the outcome of my vehicle! It looks brand new, like there never was damage! I have recommended Performance Auto Body Collision to everyone in my family. I will never go to another auto body collision center other that Performance Auto Body Collision in Gonzales. If you are looking for excellent and professional auto body repairs look no further. Performance Auto Body Collision Center is the Best!!

Huge HUGE shoutout to everyone at this company. I never got the names of the people who helped me yesterday, but they have no idea how happy they made me and how appreciative I really am of them. I went for a 3pm appt to get my rear bumper looked at, just an estimate appt to see how much it would cost to get it fixed. The reception lady told me to that it could probably just be reattached and to let her take my vehicle to the back to see what she could do for me. 10 minutes later she pulls back around and my bumper had been fixed free of charge. I ve been pinching pennies for the last few months and with my bumper being broken since November, this meant the world to me. So truly, thank you so so much Performance Auto Body!

Got my truck back today, freshly painted driver door and tailgate. Rarely do I feel that people do right by anyone lately, and this shop did. They made a mistake on my quote and quickly owned up to it. Then, they went above and beyond to make sure my truck looked perfect when it left the shop today. Wonderful, seamless service! They were so easy to work with. Very timely and professional. Always knew exactly what was going on with my car and very knowledgeable overall. My 2 year old car looked like it rolled off the show room inside and out! :)ONLY thing I would change is how long I had to wait to get my car in their shop. They were booked 4 months out. But when you re the best in the business, I guess that s a good problem to have. My car had repairs that were able to wait and once they started work, I was back in my car in about a week and a half.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my truck in for a dent and paint repair. They were fast and efficient. Communication was great. You can't even tell where there was a dent before. Amazing service and work! Bob helped us navigate working with the at fault person's insurance which I'm super thankful for. They put in that extra effort which makes you feel well taken care of. I highly recommend the team here.

PERFORMANCE - The best and it's not even close! Brandon and the entire staff did an excellent job from start to finish. The people at Performance are awesome. I was attempting to change my passenger side headlight assembly myself, but gave up when I couldn't get the bumper to pop off. They said big it in and they would look at it. I had missed a couple pins. They had it fixed in no time and didn't even want to charge me. I still paid them! They were wonderful and caring!

This body shop is the best, when I tell you that there service cannot be beat!!! They keep you in the loop by text & calling every step of the way! I had some issues with the insurance from the person that hit my vehicle & even though it was a headache situation dealing with a cut rate insurance company they helped me get it all figured out & just advised me to have my insurance company State Farm step in to handle the issue which worked out! I highly recommend them to anyone!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My parents do not use social media etc but asked me to please go online and give Performance a great review. They were professional and kept them informed every step of the way. Repeat customer. I have had Performance Auto body Center repair damage to my car 3 times. Michelle kept me informed throughout the servicing of my car and everything was completed on time. When you walk in, Tequita is there to welcome you with a big friendly smile. Truly satisfied with this business.

This is the second time my family has had the privilege of using Performance and the second time one of our vehicles has came back as good as new! We love the staff and how they communicate with us throughout the servicing of our vehicle. They are trustworthy and value the work they do and take pride in it. Hopefully I remain wreck free for a while but if I do need auto body work I will be sure to use them time and time again!!!Cecila Williams

After having my 4 month old truck damaged by a car wash I was referred over to Performance Auto Body. The owner, Vick, ensured me that he would get my truck looking new again. Upon pick-up of my truck he walked around it with me to ensure that I was satisfied. I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need any auto body or paint work. The pictures attached are before and after the work done by Performance.

The guys at Performance Auto Body are the best that I have ever used? They are very professional and get the job done right the first time. They communicate exactly what needs to be done and how much time will be needed to get it done. I will recommend Performance Auto Body to anyone that needs work done on their vehicles.

Just needed a tail light replacement, no appointment needed, only $55 labor, and a free t-shirt! The not having to wait long and done in less than 20 min was the best part...not to mention they changed out a bulb on the house. Highly recommended!!!! I am extremely happy with the work/service of Performance Collision Center. I wrecked my Mustang doing $12K damage. Their service is excellent and so was the repairs. Like it never happened.

Just needed to get a mirror replaced with one I had with me. Called the same day, they told me to come in & they d try to fit me in. Took my vehicle back right after I gave them the keys & they had it replaced 30 mins later!!
