Mr. Troy earned my business for a long time. Had his shop change out my catalytic converters and it took a little longer than expected but he communicated all of this to me and even brought me home that evening.They noticed something about my truck that i didn't bring it in for and asked me if they could fix it for no cost. Loyalty and honesty go a long way with me and I appreciate Mr. Troy

Cannot say enough good things about this place!!!I am 28 weeks pregnant and got a flat tire in the RAIN. After getting a spare put on I went to the closest shop, and turned out to be the best experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop! Everyone was so nice and accommodating, I got my tire fixed and my oil changed!

Darren and the MrFixIts team does great quality work for fair prices. They have done repair work on both our vehicles a number of times and we are always pleased with the service and work. I highly recommend them.

They charge 4% fee for all card payments. Doesn t matter if it is credit or debit. Have to come back the next day because I have to pay cash just not to pay extra.

My mom took her car there a few months ago and had a great experience. It turns out they had missed something the first time they fixed it so she was able to take it back free of charge until they got it resolved! Most horrible experience ever. Dropped my truck off 3 weeks ago. I had to call and check on status. Communication sucks. Was told I have a specific warranty miles/year and when I went to get my truck the dude wrote on the slip something completely different that was her verbally communicated with me. Got in my truck and drove off, turned AC on and it blows hot. Never had an issue with AC at all. I will never recommend anyone to go here for any type of repair. Troy Crochet was amazing, he was kind and respectful. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail until I understood as I am not very car savvy. I took my car to another shop and they gave me a list of things I did not really need. Troy and the whole team at Mr. Fixit took care of my car and had it running great in a very timely manner! Highly recommend!!! The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained the process of what all I needed to repair my swagger wagon and didn't make me feel dumb while doing, it like I've experienced at other places. My swagger wagon was ready before they estimated so how could I not leave them 5 stars!

This shop literally is the best and they will work with you. They have amazing customer service and amazing repair time. You want good service and don't want rude mechanics this is the place to go. my experience first point, change of automatic transmission for 6000 dollars, we had talked to us that it would be a new transmission, then they called my son to tell him that they would add a used cooling system for the transmission, I said okay, the result was a used transmission of jasper, ok everything was fine, because it worked fine, 3-year warranty as if it were a new one from gm as was said at the beginning, it happened that the changes after 60 miles are made at 3 thousand revolutions, my guy spoke on a Monday, they said It is excessive to bring it on Thursday for a check-up, I arrived on Thursday and they tell me that they don't have people who should leave it for 5 days, I clarify that the guarantee has not been denied, but I also make it clear that I was not given the GM transmission, and I don't know He wanted to check the truck on Thursday, or schedule an appointment, I consider that they are two serious faults by the local, since by the guarantee I am a client, I am not one more car that arrives to line up to leave the car 5 days for a check , in a jasper transmission and a GM transmission, the difference is highly, and my son clearly told me that it was the cooling system that would be used, which seemed strange to me because they are cheap systems, especially when they do not have a fan . even for the GM transmission it was what was recommended for my truck, they told me that a new one for a 2017 silverado came out at 7000, when I was told that mine would come out for 6000 because it was 2016 I was happy. but hey, I just wanted a checkup but to stop the truck for 5 days, for a diagnosis

This is by far the worst repair shop I've ever been to. Their rates are higher than anyone around for work that is incomplete. When you bring your car there, expect to throw away money and still have to bring it to another shop for fixing. They'll misdiagnosis the issue, charge you for repairs not needed, and then say we've tried everything. Sorry but, no refund should be there slogan. You'll end up towing your car to another shop. Do not walk away from this hole in the wall, RUN!! Plus they are the most unfriendly people when ripping you off. They told my friend he needed a new head gasket. Was gonna charge him two weeks salary worth of work. He got a second opinion and it was an easy fix for under a hundred dollars. My experience was worse. Please take the warning or else!

I experienced serious mechanical difficulties to the extent that I required a totally rebuilt engine.They purchased one at a better price than all my research found. It came with a 3 year unlimited warranty on parts mileage and labor!They were in constant communication with us throughout the operation. They were polite and professional.I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, got car back faster than anticipated. Reasonable costs and they even tow your car to their shop. Every person I spoke with was courteous and they even told us other issues that are not a problem but we should keep an eye on for fixing later when we can afford it. I will be back.

I went in to have my breaks checked yesterday and the front desk man was soooo rude and literally scowled at me. Later, when I went to pick up my car from the shop, the same front desk person came off just as nasty as earlier. I had been given a quote upwards to $1,000 so I asked him what exactly was wrong with my car. He responded with How about I print it out for you? He did print it out but provided no explanation for the items listed. So today I went to a different local auto shop. They were 10x better and explained to me that my break pads are new and I just have break dust on them. No charge whatsoever. These people are scammers or at least treat those they don t like with the worst service and high quotes. Be warned

Love bringing my car here knowing it's in good hands! Friendly receptionist, friendly service, they take time to listen to what ur concern is and I needed major work done this time, the price didn't break me, it was actually the best quote out of 4 other shops i called and they saved me from completley blowing my car up (which ive been known to do a time or two...) and they had my car ready and waiting for me just in time, ran better than it did the day I bought it! Oh and their bathroom is super cool to use! Definitely an honest shop that u can trust! Keep calm and let them fix it!!

These people just nickel and dime you and charge time to your vehicle regardless if they're working on it or not. Got quoted an hour and $105 just for labor to put in a headlight. Its been an hour just for them to tell me I brought the wrong light and they had to use theirs? Another 30 minutes goes by..nothing. so how long did it take them to discover it was the wrong light? Bet they're gonna charge me for the extra time not worked on my vehicle too.. DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!

Dishonest companyDo not go to MR FIX ITS. Tried to charge me $2,400 for a $200 fix. Lied and told me my transmission I just had rebuilt 3 months ago was in their worlds "completely burned up" and "unsalvagable" that the people who "serviced your transmission did it wrong" wanted $2400 for a new transmission. And since it was under warranty it would have cost $1200 for a swap out since I was being sent a transmission from my warranty. I wasn't willing to pay that much so I took it somewhere else that gave me a much more reasonable quote asked him for a second opinion. He called me back and told my transmission was completely fine. In his words "I'm certain it's not your transmission" it was a throttle sensor. It cost me $210. Mr. Fixit lied to me. This company that my family's company has been using for years and was supposedly giving me a discount was In reality ripping us off. Not only were they lying to me but calculate the labor costs for a 7-9 hour job at $200/hour when the average is $75-$99/hour. So warning to all- Do not use them.

We arrived in Gonzales, LA for a horse show early Saturday morning. Somewhere along our 8hr drive, we lost a wheel off of our 42ft living quarters. We found Mr. Fix It through google and called. Thank goodness for Darren and his staff!!! They got us up and running so we could safely return home. They were incredibly polite, prompt, and affordable. Will recommend them to everyone I know traveling through Gonzales!!! Thank you again Darren and staff!!!!!

Terrible experience! Our truck air conditioner wasn t working. My husband paid 1200-1300 unfortunately, in 6 days it stop working. I read we had warranty so, we bought it back and they said, it s a different piece now and you have to repay! I did not recommend this place at all. The only reason I went here was because it was close by. I do not recommend!

Always a great experience with Mr. Fixits. My car was repaired and ready when they said it would be. Very fair prices with exceptional customer service and the best quality of work. This is why I will not take my car anywhere other than Mr. Fixits.

Mr. Fix it has performed work for my place of business for years and always done quality work. They upkeep my fleet from oil changes to major engine & transmission work. They are a full solution to us. Glad to have a such a great service provider performing work on our fleet.

They were about to close on a Friday afternoon, I asked if they could please plug a tire real quick for me, and one of the guys without hesitation said sure thing. I gave the guy a tip for helping me out in a jam, then headed in to pay and the lady behind the counter told me to have a good Friday afternoon! I understand it is a cheap plug, but hell they didn't even have to help me out, they could have said they were booked up, but they didn't. Thanks a ton.

I advise you to not step foot in the door! The day I went in a customer was irate and I should've ran out with skates on. I was charged me $3K for a supposedly new transmission and it burned up within a year time. No warranty information was given on paper and they refused to repair my vehicle.

Fast and affordable service! They towed by vehicle for me and finished all of the work on the same day so I didn't have a rent a car. I will only bring my vehicles to Mr. Fix It's!!!
