The owner Kieth and office manager Jordan are truly honesty,respectful, transparent and classy people who truly treat you like family.They mean what they say and stand behind there word.I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest repair shop.I would highly recommend this place to the Queen of England if she asked. They worked on my off road baja race truck.I never thought that my truck would get treated less then it deserves.Only the best shops and techs get to work on it.The techs here are world class from installations to wiring to cleaning up the truck when done.It took awhile longer then expected,It was worth the wait.The techs take there time and get the job done rite the first time.They treat the female customers with respect and honor too.They don't talk down to them like other shops do.They talk to them and explain things to where the females customers can understand what is being said.

I had stumbled in 10 years ago with my broke down Honda Rick and his team were amazing in getting me taken care of and helping me understand what all was wrong. Fast forward to 2023 I remembered Rick and good cents auto. I manage a fleet at work and stumbled back in with one of our cars. Rick got it taken care of 2 days before schedule with minimal charges and got what he could covered under warranty. I have spoken with my upper management team about the fast friendly affordable service we received and any of our fleet that needs serviced in that area will now be going to his shop!

I highly recommend! I called on a Friday and the owner told me to get the car to him as soon as possible. I had it towed to the shop over the weekend. By Monday at 11:30 a.m. the owner called me and told me the problem and fixed it. They even took the time to wash my car before I got there. I met his wife upon arrival, she was super sweet and throughly went through the paperwork and explain everything that had been done or touched. I will forever use them for my auto mechanical needs!Service: Transmission

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Paid well over 5 hundred dollars for repairs and my vehicle broke down within 2 weeks! My car ended being in worst shape than it was before I brought it in.

This was the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic! The customer service was out of this world! And they got my car running brand new again! I will be using them for all of my future mechanical issues! Be sure to say hello to the sweet puppers if you stop by! 10/10 and I will be recommending to everyone!

Rick is amazing. He is honest, straight forward with issues of my truck and just FLAT OUT friendly. My truck was taken care of within a day and my A/C was being diagnosed and fixed. It's never fun to put your car in the shop, so the best you can hope for is to not feel sick when you leave. Good Cents made me feel 1000% comfortable and confident in their service, work, pricing, and turn around time.The owner personally called me with updates and changes so that I was aware of the ENTIRE cost UPFRONT.There were NO SUPRISES. No surprise line items. No secret labor charges.I can say without doubt... they actually made me feel GREAT leaving the shop with the vehicle running like a top. I cannot possibly express my gratitude for having found a family owned business who works hard to EARN your business.Too many repair shops make you feel icky. Too many shops make you feel like you are hostage to their arbitrary invoices and repairs. CAR WOES AT CHRISTMASRick and his crew at Good Cents Auto Repair turned my frown upside down Christmas week by quickly fixing my car when the radiator developed a leak and the heater went out just as the weather dipped below freezing! They got me back on the road within a day! Rick and his crew always do a great job on my car and Rick always gives the best price he can. Had transmission filter and oil changed ,dropped off ,at 800 am ND was ready after noon .The office manager was friendly, and very knowledgeable. The owner was very understanding and like me a perfectionist. I don't usually write reviews because most of the time I'm not impressed. I was certainly treated right along with the care shown my vehicle. I definitely recommend Rick and his associates to anyone.Service: Transmission

I called to see if these guys could repair my exhaust. I spoke with Rick (he didn't tell me he owned the place!), who told me he could fix my exhaust, but recommended a shop who could better help me, as that was their bread and butter. While my exhaust was being repaired (for a heck of a lot cheaper than other places wanted), the technician showed me that my pinion seal was leaking and they didn't do that sort of work. I called Rick, again, and his receptionist told me that she couldn't get me in until next week; I explained to her that I was leaving for Wisconsin over the weekend and could she possibly fit me in. The next thing I know, I'm talking to Rick, again; he tells me to get there, ASAP. Short story longer, not only did Rick's merry band fix my car, but they did a 30 point inspection, advised me of future work I'd need, then Rick looked over my bill and deleted his diagnostic work - he said something like, I can't rightly charge the man for identifying a leak, when he brought it in, because it was leaking. I have to say I'm stoked that I found a shop run by a man with such integrity and work ethic (he must burn through 10,000 calories a day, as much as he was moving, checking on this and that). It wasn't just me, either; while I waited, I witnessed Rick shake every customer's hand, thank them for their business and ask them if there's anything else he can help them with. Rick treated his employee's just as well as he treated his customers, which says a lot about a person; I will definitely be back, for any of my automotive needs!

Rick is a great guy! He's very professional and truly cares about his customers and their vehicle troubles. Met him for the first time yesterday and was very impressed with his one on one attention to myself and the details of the issues with my vehicle. He provided options for future repairs at reasonable pricing. My family and I recently moved to this area and we have struggled to find someone to provide honest and reliable service, well now we have. I even feel confident enough that my wife will be treated with respect and not hassled or hustled.I highly recommend Rick's Automotive expertise for all your vehicles needs.

Rick and his crew at Good Cents Auto are the hands down the best in my book! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my repairs. I've tried a few other shops and I was never fully satisfied with their work. However, at Good Cents Auto & Transmission, LLC., they are honest, fair, efficient and professional. I had an A/C problem that was diagnosed and repaired as promised.Service: Air conditioning

Rick and his staff were extremely knowledgeable when it came to my old '97 Toyota 4Runner. I had some clutch issues that persisted even after they replaced it. Knowing we needed the vehicle, Rick took time during his Christmas holiday to diagnose the issue and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. They are honest and upfront about expected costs. I would highly recommend Good Cents Auto for your auto needs!

Came here a long time ago and the place messed up my car worse. I see my old review was taken down so I'm posting this one again. This review isn't as detailed as my old one. They are dishonest, overpriced, and made my situation at the time worse. They gave an egregious prices for the simplist fixes. My father ended up fixing my vehicle I had at the time and the problem was nothing what they said it was.

I started bringing my car here last year when a friend told me about this place. Ive had a lot of work done to my car since. The guys in the shop are very friendly and knowledgeable. Anytime I have had a problem they have fixed it. If it is a car emergency they will do their best to fit you in, even if they have a busy day already. I would recommended them to anyone! Which I have!

Extraordinary services the staff went over and beyond to help my husband dropping him off at home so he wouldn't have to wait in the lobby during this covid 19 atmosphere and also bringing the truck back to him. We are happy we found our new mechanic for all our mechanical and vehicle needs.

I did some damage to my car at 5 am on 12-28 and I got my car back at 2 pm on 12-29! These are the best group of people I know and I would recommend them 100 times over!!! Mandi definitely went above and beyond for me and I am forever greatful! I would give them way more than 5 stars if I could!

As a small business owner, it means a lot when other businesses share your same core values & go out of their way to help you in any way possible. My car is cooling properly & my issues were resolved. I was recommended other services needed at my next oil change, but was not upsold any extra services/repairs that were not needed. They even found out that the lugnuts on my tires were locked, so if I had a flat, I would literally be stuck on the side of the road with no way to change my tires! They fixed that for me at a very minimal cost. The staff is super friendly & inform you about what is going on with your vehicle every step of the way, so there are no surprises. That means way more than you know! Thanks for everything!

I gave them a short notice on my vehicle. So I was very impressed and pleased that they were able to get my car in and out with such a short time frame. I told them that I really needed my car on that day before the close and they accommodated my needs.
