Love love love these people. As a women, I can trust them. I know they aren't trying to get more money out of me because i don't know as much as some. I got 4 tires recently and they brought me home and offered to pick me up as well. They always do little extras for no charge. I try not to go anywhere else.

I normally use Diez Tire Prairieville location, however, the person who does inspections was out sick and she didn t know when they would be back and doing them again. I went to the Gonzales location, there was no wait time, I paid and drove around to the stop sign as directed. The lady who inspected my vehicle was super nice and come out right away. She offered me a bench to sit on in the shade while waiting for her to finish up the inspection. I was there maybe a total of 8 minutes from start to finish. Fast and friendly.

Brent was very knowledgeable and genuine. Listened to the problem I had, took a look, and identified the issue immediately. Suggested a solution and I found it to be fairly priced. I have done business there numerous times over the years and will continue.

Owner does not truly care about his staff. The "manager" Brent is a only interested in money and not anyone's best interest. He lies to everyone and downgrades the very people he hires.

Took money for my inspection sticker after visibly seeing a crack they deem in violation of louisiana law without having to even get inside the vehicle, then tell me they will not refund the charge because it failed inspection. Couldn't just say "hey save your money and get your windshield fixed then we will inspect it." No, let's take the money then waste 15 seconds explaining why it failed, easiest $18 anyone has ever made off of me. Now I have 30 days to comply or I wasted my $18. This is modern thievery. Avoid this location, save your money and visit the Hwy 42 location.

They say they are open til 5:30pm Mon. Thru Friday but there are not. I showed up at 5:08pm to get an inspection sticker and the doors were locked and I could see someone inside but they ignored us. I called and no one answered. This is not good service. Don t post you are open til a certain time and then not stay open.

Purchased an oil filter from Mercedes Benz to get oil changed. Still got charged $93.64 because they claim it s a set price. If that s the case, they should have used their own. Go to Mercedes Benz. Please don t bring it here. For $58 more, they actually can reset the light. Lesson learned. Won t return.

I tried to pull up at 5:13 P.M. to get an inspection sticker (they close at 5:30 P.M. according to the internet and the door). As I pull up, the guy literally turns the sign around in front of me from open to close stating that they have been there since 6:30 or 6:45. I get it, but online and on your door it says open to 5:30. Dude told me to come back in the morning. I m good my man

This place acknowledges that my car needs to be taken care of properly to keep me and my babies safe on the road. That will win my business every time.My most recent venture somewhere else was about a month ago to try a shop closer to my house. Going back to Diez today to fix what the other place neglected in their ~full inspection~. (A tire. The other place missed that one of my tires was bad and needs replacing. They also didn't check my brake pads at all. Some full inspection they did...) Grateful Diez can take care of us.

Came here once for an inspection sticker The owner was racist towards me and because of that I will not be coming here in the future or recommending anyone to come here for an inspection sticker.

Absolutely horrible experience!!! The elderly guy behind the counter was rude and became irrate after I made a complaint about their service. I will never go back and I insure my acquaintances are made aware of my less than desirable experience. So much for customer service and customer satisfaction. They get a big fat "0"!!!!

The lady that works the inspection station here is extremely rude. I came in to replace a peeled inspection sticker, no need to hook up any machines at all; literally a print and stick, as the guy in the front told me. She had me wait through the entire line while she hooked up cars for 15 minute intervals and sat in her air conditioned office. She refused to even look at the paper I was told to bring back like I was asking her to do something that she wasn't paid to do.I do not recommend the Diez Tire inspection station to anyone.

I have been using these people for close to ten years and I am very pleased with the way they conduct their business and treatment of their customers. I operate a business in the area and need my vehicles running correctly and I can tell you that these people are "true to their word" when they give you a diagnosis. I have had many oil changes and vehicle repairs in the past and have had "top notch" service from them. If you go to these people to have your oil changed, tires installed, tires rotated or flats fixed and even most automotive repairs, they will do you right!

!!!!!AVOID COMING HERE AT ALL COSTS.BRENT IS A LIAR!!!!! I brought my mom's car here on 12/30/16 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was there for 45 mins before Brent told me they were unable to do the oil change because the mechanic could not get the lid off the oil. He said they will just do the tire rotation. I said okay that's fine. 20 minutes later he tells me there's a crack in the lid and they have someone coming bring a new one that cost $35. I told him I will not pay for a new lid when they cracked it. Brent argued with me and was very disrespectful about paying for the lid. Telling me "ma'am it's only $35 dollars." I don't care if it was a nickel. I was not paying for something they cracked. I got tired of his attitude and told him my mom will be coming because she is the owner of the car. He told me "tell her to come" very arrogantly. My mom came and he told her he was not worried about the lid being payed for after he argued with me not long before!! Also the mechanic came out and admitted he DID crack the lid, but Brent was pulling him away and trying to stop him from talking to my mom. My mom told them to put the new lid on and don't touch anything else. When it was time for her to pay for the tire rotation she found out they did the oil change anyway and Brent was trying to make her pay for it!!!! Overall very dishonest people. Save yourself and don't come here.

Awesome. My break light kept coming on so I went to Autozone ro see what I needed. Told them what was going on and I was told that they were not going to look at it, tell me what I needed and that they don't do things like that. Now mind you I'm in Gonzales and was going to spend my money at this place for what I needed. Of course I left there and went down to Diez and they took very good care of me. All that was needed was brake fluid and the manager told me to go to my mechanic to make sure that was all that was needed. Not to mention that they were concerned about my safety on the road unlike AUTOZONE. Hats of to the guys at Diez Tire Company. They are going to be my go to when I'm in Gonzales. Thanks again for everything.

Second time I ve tried to get an inspection sticker at this place. They only do them when they want, and don t follow the times posted online or their door. Apparently they don t feel the need to show up to work or actually do it during the hours posted.

Full time working mother with not many places to get inspection stickers that accommodate my hours, this is the THIRD attempt I have loaded my babies up and rushed there for 4:45 (closes at 5:30) and your ONE inspection lady has left early/is out. Recommend training more than one person to be capable of doing inspections because this is beyond frustrating to deal with on repeated occasions! Will not be returning, for a 4th time.

State vehicle inspection center in Gonzalez Louisiana. Convenient. Not too pricy. And there is one of them frozen adult beverage joints in the same parking lot. So if your gonna be there a while.... Well... You know.

These people took care of my car when i suddenly had a flat. I just walked in and it was fixed within less than an hour. Great price too. Not what i expected. I wish i lived in the area. They would be my go to company

OUTSTANDING service. These guys know you by name after a couple of visits. Always a competitive price and always great service on my tires oil changes and inspections. I have been a loyal customer there for a couple of years now with 3 vehicles I would not want to trust to another tire shop.

Do not go here to get your vehicle inspected. They will fail you for the smallest detail. I had a 5 inch crack on the passenger side windshield and they failed me. I had passed 4 inspections with the same crack at other places. Thank you Diez Tire for costing me $800 dollars on a new Windshield which was not needed. I will never go here or any place else in Ascension parish again. Rip off shops that think if they fail you, you will turn around and spend the money to fix it at their shop!

Bad experience. Needed a brake tag and I was in a rush. I called ahead and talked to the gentleman at the counter who told me it would take 10 min... he failed to tell me there would be only 1 worker performing the service and that I would have to wait 30+ minutes till they could get to my vehicle. No other experience to base rating off of. They did refund my money with no issue.

Terrible customer service in the inspection sticker department. Had a horrible experience there. I never think a opinion should be given in something unless asked. In the end they missed out on a 2000.00 worth of tires. Took my business else where and got treated wonderful and ended up buying tired there. Won't be going back here and won't be doing any other company business there either.

Do not go here for an inspection sticker!! That lady had everybody waiting while she did paperwork, and she was serving no one. They take your money up front and make you wait. I sat in line for over an hour, I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN...FIRST AND LAST TIME!!

I called to inquire about Covid19 safety concerns about employees getting into my vehicle during an inspection and was told if I'm that concerned, to just stay home. That is no way to speak to a prospective customer. I may not stay home, but I will stay away from Diez tire.
