The staff was super friendly and helpful! I love the fact that there were so many available spaces for you to vacuum and clean out your car. I look forward to going to Benny s in the future! Plus the car wash did an excellent job on getting my car back shiny Fair prices for different washes but I just picked the second to last option which was the wash and shine for only thirteen bucks! Whoop whoop

Car wash is average compared to others in the area. No complaints with the wash.Just the customer that had his doors open on his car with the radio playing wide open while he was detailing someone else's vehicle behind him. Makes no sense. Go home and do that. I should have turned my music on wide open while vacuuming my car.Not 1 employee told him anything. Maybe it's ok to do that there. I just have more courtesy to the other customers around me.

Excellent car wash experience! I think the monthly membership is well priced and worth the cost to have a clean exterior and interior of the car.

This Benny s Location is amazing. Great Service & very complimentary. Helped a lot went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Justin was a big help!! Look for him when visiting.

Just left there after spending $49 to go home and vacuum my car and wipe out the inside. They only spent a total of 7 minutes detailing the car. I actually went to the people that cleaned the inside pointing out all they missed and they said they couldn t get the stuff off the dashboard. So I went and cleaned everything at home. This was a waste of money and I will never pay for the full service again.

I have a membership not only for one vehicle but three vehicles. I go there every week and last night my truck got damage and manager called saying Bennys isn t responsible for what happened. Very disappointed for the outcome of this matter.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I come here fairly often but this last visit with my F-150 I decided to get tire shine added. I noticed the tire shine only was applied to half of my tires. I mentioned it to the guy working by the truck bed cleaning area and he went inside for a few minutes and came back outside and pretty much ignored me. Sat there for 10 Minutes before just leaving and applying tire shine myself at home.

Nice place to get your vehicle serviced. They're a bit pricey but it's worth it because they check alot things for you, and also let you know the condition of it all, then ask if you would like them to change it for you... It's helpful in taking care of your vehicle.I went earlier for an oil change and I was shown the good/ bad status of pretty much everything concerning the health of my truck. They gave me a printout checklist stating what was good or recommended to be changed.

Oil change I had to come back my oil pan was not installed it was hanging from under my car and also one of my tire tips is missing. I will not go back to them this is unacceptable money and time. Yes the service guy Jacob was very nice but Aaron checked my tire pressure and now one custom tip on my car is missing. Nah not good!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

I paid for the car detailing. The inside of my car was not wiped down. The car was not vacuumed properly. I came home took pictures and cleaned my own car. A waste of money. So disappointing. Definitely recommend Mobile 1 oil change and vehicle services. The 3 guys working were very courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They completed vehicle checks in a timely manner! Even took additional time to show me features on my car for future. Def will be back! 10/10Also the car wash team is excellent as well. Very Clean facility- top notch service. Had my oil changed at Benny's on Burnside earlier today. Service was fantastic. The oil technicians were knowledgeable and friendly while taking care of my vehicle. Stoney did an excellent job in a timely manner and treated both me and my car with the utmost respect. I look forward to my next experience at Benny's

Several months in, and this is my conclusion. If you're expecting detail work, you're going to be disappointed. But if you're looking for the fast food way of keeping your car decently clean, save time and money at home from washing it yourself, Bennys is not a disappointment.My biggest complaint is that the $45 unlimited package is actually advertised with "towel dry," but from my experience, this is a rare occurrence. 1 out of 30 trips they have actually towel dried the outside and even then they miss so much. I hate water spots, so this is almost a deal breaker. If it weren't for the decent drive thru and decent quicky interior cleaning. 2 trips pay for the monthly and 3 trips, I'm winning. And Fortunately, i don't see scratch marks on my somewhat new vehicles, I'll stick with them.I will say this... if another car wash pops up that offers a family plan simular experience I'm probably swapping. We're paying $90 dollars a month for 2 vehicles... many months throughout the year we don't go-thru enough to justify this.

I went to the location off of hwy 44 to get a company truck cleaned. $49 for the full service wash which includes running the truck through the car wash and cleaning the inside floorboards and dash. They never touched the dash. The floorboard was still dirty, and they never touched the door jambs. When I looked at the truck I complained to the manager. The manager told them to clean the truck. They did a half hearted job. Still never touched the dash and missed several spots on the floorboard. I will not be going to this place for a full service wash again. I had to do it myself.

I had an oil change. The guys were friendly and courteous! They offered other products but did not pressure me to buy! Which I was very happy with! They also let me know about future appointments and needs. Thanks!!

I have a membership for a protect and shine. Today I decided to purchase a interior upgrade for $30. Usually it is a decent job but never great or worth the extra amount but today when I got home I was putting my stuff back in my vehicle and discovered that they didn't clean any of my interior in my back seat. Everything is still the way I brought it in even the windows.I'm getting to the point of canceling my Benny's account and going somewhere else. I pay way to much for my stuff to never actually be clean.Service: Auto detailing

I wasn t too happy, I got the 39.99 car wash/ detail. The people were nice, I just didn t like the work because it looks like they didn t vacuum or wipe down the inside of my car (which was included with the purchase) it looks like the just rinsed off my floor mats and sprayed the auto perfume in my car and left a bennys bag. Again the people we sweet, no complains about them, just the service that was provided. I m sorry but I would not be purchasing that deal again, I can clean my car better for was cheaper. Went to get the inside of my car cleaned/detailed and when I got home I had to vacuum & wipe down the interior again. Lots of crumbs/dirt were missed and nothing on the doors were wiped down. :/ I should have just used the free vacuum myself

Can wash up to 3 times a day free vacuum. Super fast very efficient. 29.99 membership well worth it.Update. The membership wash is still great but the add on interior is not worth $10. The first free interior clean was 10x cleaner than what I just paid for.
