Mr Ronnie is so amazing! We had a tire blow out at 1 am in the morning. We were traveling back home from Bible study ( our church home is 1 hour and 30 mins away). After calling 14 different tow truck companies, stuck outside for over an hour on the side of the interstate, Mr Ronnie was the only person willing to come out and help us take off 3 stripped lug nuts and change our tire. He also check our check engine light to make sure we could make it home safely. He is soooo professional, reasonably priced, and an awesome communicator. He is also very timely. I have saved his info and plan on using his services again. He is rare gem and we are blessed to have been able to use his services.

Folks, Ronnie is a very nice and professional man. I drove in from Texas on a cold evening and needed some assistance on my truck engine. I called Ronnie about 6 pm and he showed up in 20 minutes. He assessed my truck and prepared it for safely driving it back home. I left it at his shop and he kindly gave me a ride back to my rental car. He also changed the oil and fuel filters, washed the engine bay and body.He does a great job and is very affordable and an overall nice guy! I would recommend him as your "go to" guy if you need assistance.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

Highway Robbery at its best. Guy tells you $155 Call Out Fee Then Hits You with Invoice for $325 Call Out Fee. Gets called at 4:30pm and done by 6:30pm but charges 3 hours vs 2 hours, extra hour and threatens to tow your truck. DRIVERS HARD WORKING PEOPLE BEWARE OF THIS GUY STAY AWAY, HE WILL CHARGE YOU EXTRA HOUR AND HOURS AT $250 per HOUR.

Ron may have literally saved my life last night. I blew a tire and was still driving about 5 miles an hour, in tears, desperately trying to find my way home. He noticed me on the road, flagged me down, and had me pull into a parking lot. He was so kind and compassionate. I'd just arrived the day before from Minnesota, and was completely lost. The GPS on my phone wasn't working. I was driving around in the dark on desolate roads, sobbing. He took out my spare tire and put it on for free!! Now THAT'S a good guy!! I put his number in my phone, and will be calling HIM if anything happens in the future! Genuinely good, honest businessman!!

Long story short front axel was pretty much destroyed, I called Ronnie he drove to Mississippi to pick up pretty much a whole new front end, changed the entire thing out in about 10 hours within a day of me calling, when other mechanics and shops said it would be weeks. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to mechanic work, he will be my go to in the future, I d advise anyone with Troubles to give him a shout!

We live out of state and I m here for work in Gonzales ! My check engine light came on on my 2015 GMC Duramax - took it to a dealership and they ran the codes and wasn t much to be fixed however they wanted to keep my truck for 2-4 days ! I can t do that!So I called Ronald at 24 hour diesel! And he got us worked in and fixed the truck ! He is very nice and didn t price gouge us just because we are from out of state! I had Ronnie replace an axle on my travel trailer. He responded to my call the same day, and immediately assessed the problem, which was a bad bearing. He was responsive, prompt, and professional. Ronald Bottoms was a God send to me! What started off as a bad battery led to Ronald handling a wiring harness issue in an expedited manner, all at a very decent price. He was responsive ASAP & went out of his way to do a complete check of the fluids, etc. As he said, it s just what he does! This company is a joke saying they never made an appt, but was supposed to come to me next day and never came and stop answering phone. I got vehicle fixed by another company in that area next day. You claimed u had a computer for vehicle and was coming for 9 am next day and u never showed and stop answering calls then started going to voicemail. I have no reason to lie, this 2nd time u done this and im not callin again for yall bootleg services

Just wanted to say how much we appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. We came all the way from Panama City in our Ford turbo diesel after just getting it back from ford and broke down in Albany Lousinia, we were thinking we had to call a cab, find a hotel, find a tow truck.. find a ford dealership... we called him and he had a call he was taking and then coming our way to help. While speaking to him he gave us some idea of what could be wrong, so while waiting on him we tried something he said a got a jump on our battery , turns out Ford didn t put the battery cable back on tight enough and battery went dead. We called him to let him know he didn t have to come and to Thank him. He could have made money from us , but we are so Thankful for him and we know God will bless him back... we still have hours to get to Texas and he saved us . We appreciate you so much. Thank You! Do not use this rip off person came out only to get a pay day for doing nothing and not even having the correct computer and equipment to fix my issue and on top was there for 1 hr want to charge 2 hrs overnight charge and ridiculous $741 price for doing nothing glad there was another honest 25hr tech near that knew what I said was th issue and had me up and running in less then 5mins with the correct computer dont use the guy or business unless you have money to throw away for nothing him doing!!!Just like I tod DEF sensor on DEF tank even the truck said it clear as day Nd he kept talking about regen and computer he had could not even properly hook to my truck

Charged us $220 for roadside assistance, were unsuccessful but promised to return early the next morning with the necessary parts. They never showed nor answered our subsequent calls or texts.Update:Our truck is fixed!!!To make a long story short, Rodney, the mechanic, had a frustrating for us but understandable excuse for being hours late with no phone call.Bottom line we re on the road and couldn t be happier.Thanks Rodney & Jessica

Ronnie and Jessica met up with us in a parking lot. Our bumper had been ripped off by a tire in the middle of the highway near the end of a long drive. Top notch mechanical service. Fixed a problem I had been dealing with for a year. Check engine light on with a code bad o2 sensor. Which I had changed but put it in the wrong place. With in 15 minutes Ron had it fixed and my headache is over. Now I can have it inspection sticker done. Please do not use. This guy charged me $400 dollars to rewire lights on my trailer. He fixed my marker light, didn't fix the tail lights or break lights. Very unprofessional when asked to come back he said he would, but never did.
