Not quite a reflection of this place, but I stopped here to get fuel as a one off, very rarely do I pass here. I couldn't use my app to pay so I swiped my credit card at the pump and 2 days later I had someone charging $1,100 on the same card at a hotel in Las Vegas. Coincidence maybe, but it's the only place out of the ordinary that I went.

Was in the Casino and call the store, placed a order for 2 pizzas ( @Huntsbrotherspizza ) well the cashier said 15 minutes, so I continued the play the machine a few more minutes, then walked next door to purchase the pizzas, the cashier told me to give him 5 minutes, so o sit in the car for like 10 minutes and go back in, and asked if they were ready, look what this lazy #$%$# says "What kinda pizzas you wanted?" I was waiting all this time, and He didn't even start making them. This is the third time I had a problem with the same cashier, I went in to get gas and other things, I'm ready to pay for everything, He sitting on a stool no where's near the register, playing on the phone, ignoring me. The casino is ok, but the atmosphere is ridiculous, there's people loitering there like they home, waiting for you to win so they can beg for money, and don't leave your cigarettes or phone on a machine to go to the restroom, because it'll be gone quick, and no one will have seen nothing, I lost two phones there, and countless packs of cigarettes... (Meant to post months ago)Same guy claimed He didn't have change for a twenty, are you serious, or just plan prejudice, smh...

Clean bathrooms at a gas station is very nice. Hunt brothers pizza is always freshly made. Store is super clean and the cashiers are very friendly. There's every kind of beverage you would see in your typical nice gas station. Big selection of cold beer. The service is very quick, always in and out in a jiffy. Great spot to fuel up and grab something quick and use the bathroom.

Every single cashier ive come into contact with has been rude, 24/7 prejudice it would seem.Everything is over priced because its so close to Marathon Refinery.

There are few food choices in this area. I've avoided Moni Carlo because the place hadn't been cleaned since it opened. If you can't do the basics of sweeping and mopping, I don't trust you with my food. Something changed here because when I stopped for gas and went in for a *bottled* beverage, someone had cleaned. Don't know what they did but the place was even brighter. The workers inside seemed happy to be there. Completely different atmosphere from what I'd experienced.To be fair, I didn't get any food, instead deciding wrongly to go to McDonald's, cause that's always safe. Not that one. Not anymore.In the past I'd hear employees yelling to each other with extremely foul language, having what seemed to be a very private conversation across the entire store! They didn't seem to care that customers were present, even children, being forced to listen to that filth.I've honestly done my best to avoid this place because I don't like giving my hard-earned money to people who don't respect others enough to keep their filthy mouths to themselves. This visit was extremely different from my experiences in the past. Covid seemed to destroy everyone's minds, but I'm talking long before that. I saw employee interactions that were normal, civil. They seemed to even be respectful to each other. Zero foul language was heard.I don't know if this was a fluke, but it felt very different in there. New management? New owner? Got religious? Don't know. But I'm willing to go there again to see.

This place is being ran into the ground. It's like a third world gas station recently. The card readers don't work and the workers don't know how to turn the pumps on so you can fill up. Y'all can't sell gas cheap enough to make up for the terrible policies in place.

Liked my visit here very clean with a friendly accommodating staff. The casino could use more of a variety of machines instead of almost all digital poker and add maybe a roulette wheel.

Called about 20 minutes ago to put in an order for a pizza and was told I would have to drive there to put in my order. So they want me to drive there, place my order and then sit in my car for 25min for them to make the pizza. Makes no sense. Guess I will give my business to Taylor's in Gramercy. It would take me the same amount of time without the attitude. Sad.

In the country this store is very convenient, good snack selection but a small variety of beverages. -1 star for faulty gas pumps+ 1 star for pizza.

What has happened to MONICARLO? This was such a nice place. I haven't been here since last October, but I was just recently bragging about the place. Now, it seems that I lied.From the parking lot strewn with trash and overflowing trash cans, to the C-store with more trash and empty boxes everywhere, to the filthy, disgusting, restrooms.So disappointing!

I visit this place several times a week since it's by my work, all the staff are friendly and joke around making it an enjoyable place to visit. They also have good breakfast and lunch for a really good price.

So dirty! Only one pump was open. No customer service. Workers were cutting up and heard everybody's life story while getting gas.

Staff here has never been happy to serve me. Today was a low point. Too busy playing with a little kid and and looking at pictures on a phone. Totally ignored me standing at the food counter. Ended up walking out

The gas station part has many things like food, snacks ,gas ,cold drinks,alchohol etc. And there's also a casino connected and it's a nice place and friendly staff. Free fountain drinks and beer for $1 or free on tap.

Love the huge spade symbol sign for the Moni Carlo. It's a great landmark when telling others directions. Haven't been to the casino.

I waited in line for over 3 hours to purchase gas at the fuel station and it closed at 6.00 p.m. Hence, this was during the time of Hurricane Ida and everyone was trying to get gas to evaluate.

It was filthy dirty in the casino in the store bathroom was disgusting so was the bathroom in the casino and it looks like they don't wipe down in machines the whole time I was there no one disinfected the machine

They re suppose to make pizza 24 hours since it s a truck stop but they don t. I called to order a pizza an they said they ain t making pizza right now since it s late.. I feel bad for the truck drivers who wanna eat.

When you order food or pizzas, they don't tell you they're out until you get there 20 minutes later to pick it up. This has happened twice, even after asking on the phone if they have it in stock. Huge waste of time and zero customer service.

Ths lady's that work there are extremely rude and seemed to be very prejudice.. I hate going there. But i travel and at night it's one of the only places to fuel up leaving the area.
