June 17th drove my truck here. November 15th had to call a tow truck to move it to another shop. Was told in July it was ready to go went in and paid for it and was asked if I could come back later to pick it up he wanted to check a wire. Wouldn't answer his phone after that. After driving down there several times over the next few months to get information it was contant lies and contradictions. Only thing that was true was they busted my transmission case and destroyed my wire harness.Finally had enough and called the WPSO and later found who i thought was the owner brett moore jr but is not was on inmate roster just days before I called. They were able to get the gate unlocked and when I picked up my truck the battery was gone along with some plug wires. What was supposed to be a 2693 dollar job has as of right now including what I paid them im currently at $7353. This is a brief summary of my experience with this place.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I went to them for transmission work and to replace my ball joints and CV axels. They returned my car to me with loose and cross threaded lug nuts!They bent my brake fluid line back to access the nuts on my passenger side and didn t bend it back which ended in brake issues and my car not stopping on time due to not getting brake fluid through the bent up line.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair

We had clues, but didn't listen to our gut. We should have left with our cash in our pocket and our original core when we met the guy who had just pulled up next to us with his vehicle in tow behind him. It was his second time getting a bum transmission, and he couldn't get in contact with them so he had to drive over to see them. I don't know if he ever got his issue resolved because we left before we saw what happened with him.But, despite a bad feeling, we bought the "rebuilt" transmission last Wednesday, had it installed the next day. It was leaky and DID NOT WORK at all. So the transmission had to be uninstalled and now our vehicle sits broken down. We tried to call and text several times with no response. So our issue remains unresolved, and I'd not even be writing this review if they had contacted me and attempted to make this right.Wish we had seen these reviews before. We had our sign and ignored it. But bad reviews and the customer pulling up next to us would have been a neon sign.So - HERE'S YOUR SIGN! Don't do it.

I dropped my transmission off with Brett to get rebuilt.. when I got it home I noticed it was missing a bracket for the shift cable... ok not a big deal. I got one from Amazon cheap... when we put the trans in I bought a new torque converter too... we put 75 miles on the truck and it went out again... I had to tow the truck home...I can't get any help from brett... he won't respond now...I wouldn't recommend bringing a bicycle to that place..

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARETerrible company. They don't sell the right transmission 3 times. Then after 3rd time it's still incorrect transmission and they claim mechanic broke it. Mechanic never installed it because it was the wrong one again.please review the reason they jabe 3.5 stars. Because Brett Moore had somehow put in multiple 5 star reviews. BEWARE! Brett Moore is the owners SON. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. I WILL BE TAKING THIS COMPANY TO COURT WITH MY SISTER IN LAW THAT has been ripped off out of 950.00Service: Transmission

Had my transmission rebuilt for $3500., Got it back. It was worse than when I brought it to them., Brought it back.They kept my truck for 4 months for warranty work.. They ended up keeping it to make sure the warranty ran out.. Got the truck back it was again worse than when I got it again..Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

This place was a good shop, now the service is garbage,nothing but excuses,and held the vehicle for two months and still not done,phones are now cut off,only way to check up on your car is to goto the shop and hope you can get so kind of info

Bought a Transmission from Brett Todd Moore it didn't work bought it back 3 times never worked from the day I bought it and want give my money back this shop is trash they never answer the phone they never there just terrible

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!THEY ARE COMMITTING WARRANTY FRAUD AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED WITH NO REFUND
