Totally Hitched was recommended to us by fellow members of the Louisiana Camping Group. We called on Thurs, they promptly responded and scheduled us for Monday. (They did ask if we were in a hurry and if we had camping plans for the weekend....if we did, I think they would have fit us in prior to the weekend but we told them Monday was fine). Matt showed up on time, was professional and quickly repaired our camper's air conditioner. Honest service means everything these days! Great prices and great service! I highly recommend Totally Hitched for you camper services; they were reliable, dependable, HONEST, and AFFORDABLE! In less than 17 minutes, he diagnosed my air conditioner problem, changed the part and cleaned both units. We have been disabled in our Motorhome for a few days and trying to avoid a costly tow bill. I was beginning to lose hope of finding someone to come help.I contacted this company this morning and was told that someone would be here at 1:00 p.m.Matt was here by 12:30!He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.I would highly recommend using Totally Hitched !Thank you, Matt.
