don,t take your vehicle over there trust me after they worked on my car it caught fire burnt down to the ground i loved my car if I could give them a 0 rating i would

Went there to fix my tranmission and got my car back with the back seat torn up what look to have been eaten by rats. I called the manager he had an attitude and said they don't house rats, thats its out of his hands, that maybe I had food in the car but the vehicle was vacuumed cleaned before it was dropped there and it sat there for weeks so clearly they house rats. The inside of my car was completely fine before I drop it there and I have never had this happen to me before. I was highly upset. Manager said he can look for me a seat but I would have to purchase myself. Highly unprofessional and can't own up to their mistakes. So if you dont won't your back seat tore up I would definitely not recommend.Service: Transmission

Went to get transmission replaced there and the very next day the car broke again. They had put old parts on a new transmission, car been there almost a month. 4 days ago they called saying the ignition key wasn t reading (another problem) in the midst of all this I asked about replacing the money I spent for a rental car and he told me that wasn t in their policy... clearly none of this was my fault.. he would call and demand to talk to me about My car but would rather speak to my husband.. They were so unprofessional and dude. Mind you we drove the car to the shop and nothing besides transmission was wrong with the car! Brought my 2006 5.9 Cummins to Mr. Byron. I race the truck so it needed to be built Me and him walk through my goals for the truck and we figure out what I want and don t want. That was w 180k miles, I m at 206k miles and when I say I ve only had one issue. I only had one issue, truck was driving and shifting fine cruising down a gravel road and the truck starts to lose slip, RPMS start rising. Torque Converter went out, brought it to Mr Byron, told him what happened and he had it fixed for me in 2 weeks. Warrantied his work and kept his word, all I paid for was trans fluid. This truck gets driver harder than a regular daily as it s a higher horsepower diesel and mr Byron has this thing down to an art, never once ever had any issues with my transmission at all after that. Greats work and honest people. I wouldn t hesitate bringing him anything, the man knows transmissions. A1 work. Only person touching my transmission on my race truck.
