Bad business!!!! family was in process of getting approved for loan, plan b was bringing in cash Monday. They Didnt answer phone at opening time 10am to let them know. Supposedly someone came in with cash on late Friday didn't notify famiky sold Truck. Had to find out online. If had another buyer trying to buy at same time that is fine let the parties know another buyer interested on same truck would have not waited 2 days would have moved on Blindsided do not buy from this car lot.

Dishonest everything was lies. Do not buy from someone who services a vehicle by turning off engine warning lights and said it has just been serviced.

He sure got me out of $6800 a week ago. After 2 days the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree.. he lied about the transmission being rebuilt , tires were dry rotted, out of alignment, No inspection sticker, used a piece of clothes hanger for rod to open hood ,vehicle speed sensors were bad, Codes were cleared before I purchased vehicle!!!!! Very Very shady man but he will get back all of his wrong doings 10xs!!!! Lying Mfer!!!

May change my review depending on today March 26, 2020.Bought a truck there on Feburary 28, 2020. Ever since I left the lot everything started going out. They change the charcoal box for me which was nice of them. Then when that was fixed, not a day later, the SES came on. Put a scanner on it and it was all catalytic converters or all oxygen sensors. Sold to me with no inspection sticker (illegal). All fluids in vehicle including gas was completely empty.Next, me and my family was out driving and the brakes failed; I swerved missing the back end of a vehicle, missing a pole, and ending up in a gas station parking lot. Scared and terrified my wife and kids were able to walk back home while I carefully drove it back home. Like i said depending on what they do for me today. I may change my review. But as for now Vermilion Auto Sales is fraudulent.

The staff is very helpful! I m sure if the ones that are talking and about company would ask to get help they would we had several family member buy from them and they always helped us! Don t be afraid to ask my cousin jaut got one from them and they picked up vechile and seeing what problem is! Derrick the owner is great people dotn be afraid to ask they are not. Bad people! Would recommend them to at least ask them first before posting bad ads about them ! The lady in office Angie I believe is awesome !

They had a truck for sale with two pictures, ask them to send me a couple more pictures and was told I can go look at it. I told them i was two hours away so i wanted to see more pictures before i take that drive but i just got ignored and never received any pictures. I guarantee you they won't respond to this review either. Very poor businessman.

Where do I began i recent purchase a used vehicle from this dealership I was working with Angie she was very helpful and a great person to deal with I purchased the vehicle on 3-3-2021 vehicle seemed to run good until I arrived at a store got back into the 2002 GMC Yukon that I purchased from them and it would not start had to put a starter on it the 2nd day after it was purchased so it was fixed then a day or so afterwards I noticed a little oil in my driveway took it to a shop the rear main oil seal was bad it was a 800 dollar fix including front end work that had to be done on the vehicle also and not to mention the front tires also had to be changed on the vehicle so I recently went to have the vehicle detailed and noticed the seats were horrible filthy and there was a pair of slippers that was in the vehicle I m assuming it was from the previous owner because they definitely wasn t minds paid the vehicle approximately 4,200 I don t no who the male was but he really didn t even want that when I made the offer he replied nope 4,500 so the vehicle is fixed and running ok total fix was about 1,620 I have receipts to prove it I give it 2 stars because of Angie

Crooks sold me a vehicle with no inspection sticker no seatbelt speedometer doesn't work the battery was falling out the tray caught a blow out the first week all four tires are each a different size faulty wiring the headlights switch went out two weeks later save you money and Shop elsewhere !

I bought a vehicle from them and it has all kinds of problems would not recommend them to anyone. I paid 8000 and the truck is only worth 500
