Mark Primeaux is one of the best mechanics out there. His work ethic and customer service far surpasses any place I have ever been. He s fair and willing to go the extra mile to help out when in need. His team is very knowledgeable and friendly. He put a leveling kit on my truck and had it back to me the same day. Always a pleasure to visit with as well, very positive and motivating! Keep up the excellent work!!!

Very quick and effective service. Matthew is very helpful and communicative to let you know what the mechanics are working on. They have the best prices and are very fair with labor costs. Thanks for restoring my faith in finding honest mechanic shops!

Best Mechanic around! Very fair and worked with me to get my truck back on the road. Their customer service was fantastic and everyone was so polite! Mechanic even went out of his way to double check that my tires were good before I left. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone in the area. I won't be going to any other shop from now on, they did a great job and everything is working like it should be.

Excellent work, in a timely manner, 5 star customer service. Mark is a caring man with a fantastic team around him. I do not have a single complaint, nor will I ever do business with anyone in the automotive industry other than Primeaux Brothers Automotive. I usually do things myself but I myself cannot top their quality, timing, and pricing.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this shop or trust Mark Primeaux to work on your vehicle by any means. This guy has had our vehicle over a month to change a motor and we got the vehicle back in worse shape than it was before he had it. Not to mention he was paid 6,000 in ADVANCE to get the work done . There is no form of communication what so ever, you have to track him down to get any kind of update on what s going on with our vehicle, that s if the secretary doesn t give you false information. His word is ABSOLUTELY meaningless. No one is on the same page there what so ever. He will give you his word and make you feel okay about him working on your vehicle but take it from a family of 6 who desperately needed our vehicle fixed who's now screwed out of 6000$ please save yourself stress, anger, and peace of mind and DO NOT take your vehicle here . I d trust a meal cooked by Jeffery Dahmer himself before trusting anyone at Primeaux Brothers to do any work on a vehicle again. When you want your vehicle fixed the right way bring it to Mark! They go out of their way to get you in and out as fast as possible and are very cost effective! Mark has been taking care of my cars since I drove my very first one. He is so helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable In a way that doesn t make a woman feel belittled or cheated like some men in his industry do. I had an opportunity for my first visit at Primeaux Brothers Automotive today. Mind you, I have never met Mark Primeaux before today. I called him this morning and I could tell from our conversation that he was a very very busy man. He told me to show up at 2:00 so he could check out my truck for the problem. He had one of his guys diagnose my problem and got on the repair right away. And I know he had other vehicles before mine. I'm so glad I went in to his shop. Mark is the type of guy that makes you feel like he's known you his whole life. I feel like I made a true friend today. Needless to say I strongly recommend Primeaux Brothers for any Automotive repairs you need.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Respectful..informative.. reasonably priced..very very knowledgeable of vehicle issues just by listening.Went for a transmission replacement, To me the particular transmission was hard to find but Mr. Mark found it quick. Mark Primeaux and brothers are the most honest mechanic shop I have ever been to. These guys will go above and beyond to fix or maintenance your vehicle. Mark took care of my car like it was his own. GREAT service! He was busy with cars and still managed to fit me in and finish my vehicle so quick! I have fought with mechanics and friends and autozone over what was wrong with my car and nobody could fix it, Mr.Mark figured it out and fixed it all in one day at the most affordable price!! I would like to say Primeaux Brothers showed me no matter what time it may be when you need they are their to help. I was a little scared at first because it can be scary to trust a new mechanic but I not one time heard anything negative about them. I will definitely be keeping them as a mechanic from now until. Thank you and the guys who came at 9:00 pm tonight to pick up my car at no charge to me that really means a lot.

Kept car for 3 months without so much as a word. Then after work was finally complete, after multiple calls, parts installed are faulty. Would not recommend. Now car is back in another shop because the part he replaced was junk. He replaced the fuel pump but not the casing for it. So fuel pump shorted out. Don't think he even knows how to repair cars. Just watches YouTube videos and fakes it till he makes itService: Auto engine diagnostic

I was originally really enthusiastic to try this place! I heard a bunch of good things and people were talking about it. I dropped my car off on March 30 and said I was in no rush for it to be finished. They finally got to it the following Monday and called back with original quote. Original quote was out of my current price range, so they offered to fix the most severe issue and completely ignored the lights on the dash that I had mentioned. Car was fixed and finished on April 9th, but no one notified me until I had texted the next day asking questions. Labor costed more than the piece of that needed to be fixed and is not calculated by how long it actually takes them, but how long the computer tells them it should take. After paying $600 in labor and not being notified when the car was finished, I will not be back!

Told me my tint was illegal, then says he ll do inspection for $60. Mind you I had it done here for $20 two years ago. You re not consistent.

Where do I start. Dropped my van off to get a motor put in. He took forever. Then he called and said it was stuck in 2nd. He then called and said my ECM was in water(after it sat in his shop for almost 3months) he argue with my husband said for him to go find a ECM. We paid him for the motor but still had a broke van. He called us to tell us to bring it so he can make it right and fix it for FREE!! Then calls and say it will be 150 to now he wanted 250. Guess what no we didn t pay him because my van is still broke. He s so unprofessional and not a man of his word. I will never bring my van back and I will never recommend him.
