Jolley s was actually the people who towed my car after my accident and offered to repair my car as well. I agreed and was definitely the best decision I ve made. They are very friendly and made sure to keep in touch throughout the whole process. I previously had a terrible experience with a different shop which had me hesitant about who repaired my car this time but Jolley s assured me that I would be well taken care of. They did not let me down. They worked with me very well and had my car looking and feeling brand new. I have absolutely no complaints and would recommend Jolley s to anybody that needs repairs or even to be towed. Very professional and they make you feel like family.

I was in a wreck new years eve and we chose jolly's to do the repair. I am so glad that we did. They replaced the broken parts, and made sure everything was right before I picked up my vehicle.They kept me updated with what was going on and any delays. The ladies at Jolley's was just the sweetest.

My husband had his 2021 Tundra Crewmax repaired here twice in the span of a few months. Once we hit a pig and then someone backed into the same exact spot damaging the front bumper a few months later. The team at jollies went above and beyond to align my bumper perfectly and installed replacement parts.

Had my vehicle taken care of by Missy and the wonderful crew here. Some parts took some extra time arriving but, that's expected. Missy kept me up to date throughout and when I picked my car up it looked like it just got delivered to the dealership. Great experience with Jolley's! Their service is top tier. The work on the car was quick and great! Missy was very helpful with all of my questions. They were very keen on finding all that needed to be fixed after the accident. They kept me updated through texts which was very convenient! I would 100% recommend them!

Missy and the team at jolleys did an amazing job fixing my car and helping me with my insurance provider. They worked quickly on my car and were very upfront about costs and time frame. Even cleaned the outside of my car before I picked it up! Definitely recommend!

Got into an accident and was recommended to send my car to Jolley s for repairs. Not only was everyone I spoke to incredibly kind and helpful, but they kept me updated along the way. They dealt with the insurance and were very thorough when looking at the damage. Got my car back and it s like the accident never happened! I took my car to Jolleys and expected to have good service. I waited almost a whole month for my car to get fixed when it was supposed to be done in eight days. After my car got fixed, about a month later my car began to have more problems with my right side tire. One day I was driving back to Louisiana from Texas, my right side tire was loose because a cotter pin wasn't in place. I was in a dangerous situation to where I had to pull over and get to a tire shop as soon as possible. That's when I heard about my tire not having a cotter pin intact. I highly recommend not using this place for any repairs.

These people were absolutely incredible!!!I told them we had a family vacation planned and they had employees who made the choice to come in early to work on my truck just to make sure we could go on our trip!!People there are so nice, and are just genuinely grateful that you chose them to work for you!!!HIGHLY recommend Jolley s, we will never go any where else for body work!! I used them recently for vehicle repairs after being in an accident. They were amazing throughout the entire process. Even though the other insurance company s adjustor was just the worst and typically unresponsive, the crew at Jolly s did a great job of keeping me informed and were very helpful. And they re just a joy to talk to over the phone. Considering the damage done to my vehicle, it drive as if nobody ever hit it. 10/5 starts for sure.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Jolleys had my vehicle for two entire months for a repair that was estimated to take 21 days. The vehicle, upon return was operational for a couple of hours, and about 15 miles before my transmission ran out of oil because one of the hoses ran from my transmission to my transmission cooler in the radiator was not attached correctly. They did tow me back to the yard and rectify this issue AFTER my transmission ran with no fluid. When I got my truck back there were other issues that they said I would need to get a separate insurance estimate to repair despite working with my insurance adjuster Robert Parker to write THE ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. The plastic plate below my motor is still destroyed from my front end collision, my right door is not air tight and lets wind noise in. My cruise control is completely broken and nonfunctional. All parties involved have said that "there was no reason to test the cruise control" and that i would need a dealer certified technician to "confirm that the damage is accident related". I asked for paperwork having to do with my transmission running dry after service at this bodyshop and the nice ladies at the front completely refused to provide me with this paperwork. I also have not verified if my dealer installed leveling kit on my passenger side has been put back on, but my truck is lower in the front on the right side. The morale of the story is do not bring any insurance work on a vehicle with sensitive electronics because they will not even attempt to make 100% of your vehicle right no matter how new or how much you attempt or request that it be taken care of. Extremely professional. Exceptional customer service. When my truck was hit the first thought I had was the dread of dealing with potentially shoddy body shops/junk yards. Jolley s has shown me the way. These guys shop is well maintained. Staff was professional, courteous, and very knowledgable. If I ever have need of such services in the future, I will use no one else. Highly recommend!

My experience at Jolley's is one of the best I've ever had. I would recommend Jolley's to anyone who is in need of any type of car repair services. The paint job was impeccable! Unfortunately I have been in several car accidents over the span of a year and this is by far the absolute best place I've had my car repaired. I had over $8,000 in repairs on my car and it was ready to go, back in perfect condition, in 2 weeks as opposed to when I brought it to the dealership for the prior accident. It took 3 months for $4,000 in damages. They made the whole experience stress free and did an amazing job. I cant express enough how important the paint job was to me and they knocked it out the park. My car came out looking like it came fresh off the lot. I don't want my car fixed anywhere else. They were professionals from the start, providing the best service. First off, they towed my car and took extra caution and care when it came to dealing with my jeep. The estimate and evaluation of my vehicle was thoroughly done, they showed me complete detail of what was being done and approximately how long it would take to complete. They were very polite and very patient with my repairs when I would call. They would give me a status on it through email and calls. They really took care of me as I can say since I have been there 3 times in the last 4 months with my vehicle with different repairs. The ladies in the office were something, very outgoing and polite. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice and told me to let him know if I had any other concerns if needed on my vehicle. Thank you Jolley s for all you have done for my family.

The best shop in town is an understatement. This is my go to spot for any of my auto-related needs. They have an incredibly professional and family oriented staff that actually believes wholeheartedly in providing the best service and helping people. You can tell just from being around them that they know what they are doing. They were able to help me with my first accident and they simplified the whole insurance process. Jolley s is a shop that you can rely on. No shop is could operate this way without great leadership and I know without a doubt that they have the greatest in town.

Jim Jolley and his staff do impeccable work. They work fast and are very courteous. Did I mention the impeccable work they provide? They also have a towing service, when I got into my accident they were there very quickly. I was also impressed by the fact that I was not over charged because I am a woman, I received a fair price for above and beyond service.

Amazing work!! They are very professional and quality of work is flawless! My vehicle took about a couple weeks and vehicle even was detailed.. My husband used them several times and so we were aware of the quality of work they do.. I also have many physicians who are friends of mine that use them exclusively because of the quality and detail work they do!!

Jolley's has been a longtime friend of my family's, repairing each of our vehicles a number of times through the years. I won't use anyone else for collision repair for the simple fact his work can't be beat. We've done business with him for over a decade and again, will not go anywhere else. Today, I couldn't get my car started so I needed a tow to my mechanic. I was able to speak with Jim personally and get a truck on the way. So aside from beautiful work, and great service on vehicles, he also offers a personal, honest touch when it comes to his towing company.
