DGB consistently provide excellent customer service and phenomenal craftsmanship. I appreciate that they send texts throughout the repair process to keep me informed and up to date. They are fair and honest in their pricing. The are AMAZING!!!! I hit a deer going 55 mph. A LOT of damage to the front of my SUV and some damage underneath it. Somehow it was still somewhat driveable. I filed the claim. They quickly gave me an estimate. They ordered the parts prior to me getting a rental so i wouldn t max out my rental coverage. Within a week the parts were in and Nick picked up my vehicle from my office and towed it to the body shop. Only 2 weeks later my vehicle was fully repaired!!! I was seriously impressed with how quickly their turnaround was. These days body shops either have people on a waiting list for weeks and months before they could ever START doing repairs. Donaldsonville Glass & Body got it done so FAST & they did a VERY QUALITY job! They made the claim process so easy too!! Kenny there was great!! This place is great! People are friendly, Jason was on top of everything start to finish, thanks guys for the great fast service! If you need any glass work this is the place to go!! Currently out of town for work.. Not knowing where to go for a repair, our sister branch recommended me to this place. When I called, I spoke with a gentleman... I believe his name was jimmy. Immediately, I was greeted with professional, courtesy and excellent customer service. Told him the issue I was having, asked me to bring it in and have a look. Within the first 30 minutes, I was informed about the problem. After agreeing to the price, they immediately ordered the parts and began work. My truck was ready to be picked up the next morning. For the work I had done, the price was pretty good. I am above pleased with this business, I would highly recommend this place. If I m ever back in the area and need work done, they will be the first to have my business. Thank you guys, especially Roy and Jo Anne!

They did a phenomenal job, would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants high quality work done right. They kept me updated on all work being done, they pick up and deliver vehicle and they did all the dealings with the insurance company. I didn t have to do anything! Awesome place highly favored!!!

The guys did and excellent, on time job as usual. The facility was clean and Billy was courteous and helpful. They're my "go to Guys". They also did a tire rotation and State Inspection. Billy also does a quick inspection looking for problem areas. He advised that the brakes were in good shape and that it was time to replace the tires.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I had to have my windshield replaced. Customer service was great. The technician called me back to the shop to see an issue of concern that he really didn't have to make me aware of which was very considerate of him. Just to make sure it was taken care of, he ordered the part to replace the issue at no charge to me. Great experience! (And very clean lobby & wait area.)

Always nice and helpful and have things in certain order which makes the wait time to a minimal. Plus i was able to get an oul change, two tires installed, tire rotation and inspection sticker all at the same place. They also up held the social distancing rule. Excellent.

Donaldsonville Glass and Body did an excellent job repairing our 2020 Toyota Highlander after it was involved in a crash. The staff was very helpful by assisting us with our insurance claim and made the entire process as smooth as it could be. Also, they picked our vehicle up and returned it after the repairs on a tow truck which was very convenient. The repairs were done right and in a timely manner. They kept us updated during the entire process and were true professionals.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Car towing

Have been using them for years. Best in the area. Last week my daughter had her two tires replaced. Unfortunately one of them got a nail in it while she was @ school in N.O. Made a call to Donaldsonville Glass and they asked to bring the car back to them to see what can be done and the next thing we know that the problem was fixed. Great customer service. Thanks again for taking care of our needs. Asim

I am a returning customer. Service is always professional and prompt. I m able to leave my vehicle while at work. Last visit they forgot to rotate my tires. I will have to improve my communication on the next visit. A printed estimate of services and costs would be a suggestion to prevent this.

My vehicle was repaired to my satisfaction. The paint job matched perfectly. Jimmy was very professional and accommodating. He knew it was important that I get my vehicle back as soon as possible and he did all that he could to make that happen. I recommend DVILLE GLASS & BODY for all your repair needs!

A hit and run is never fun when it happens to you. Well it happened to me. My experience became much more bearable when I spoke with Donaldsonville Glass and Body. They took my car, fixed it up like new and kept in touch with the status of it........DAILY! The staff there are so thoughtful, knowledgeable and a downright pleasure to talk to. My thanks to all the staff for a perfect job and communication throughout my whole ordeal.

Quick and easy! My wife hit some debris in the road on a Friday afternoon that damaged to side wall of one of her front tires. I went by Donaldsonville Glass to get 2 new tires later that day. They didn t have that particular tire in stock, but said they d be there Monday morning and that they would call as soon as the tires came in.Come Monday morning I dropped off the vehicle before they called and asked them to change the oil as well. Less than 2 hours later, I got a call saying everything had been done and that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Even though I made a trip on Friday to orders the tires and then 2 trips on Monday to drop off and then pick up the vehicle, I spent less than 10 minutes at the shop total over those 3 trips. It was that easy.

Came to the area to visit my husband who is working there and on the trip got 2 rock chips in my windshield. I whipped in and they had me fixed up in 20 minutes. The staff was so sweet and the work was great!

I was out of town coming home and I got in an accident. They came towed my car. Days later my insurance declared my car a total loss. I travelled to their location to pick up my belongings. All the staff are very friendly and professional from the beginning to the end of my transaction. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I ve used Dville Glass and Body, and I have been nothing but impressed. From the customer service to the actual work done on my vehicle everything has been professional. The amount of detail they put into both the inspection of the vehicle before they do anything to make sure that every little blemish is found so that you get a perfect vehicle back from them is amazing. The work is completed in a timely fashion.I will gladly tell anyone to use Dville Glass and Body and I will be using them for any other vehicle needs I may have.

Donaldsonville Glass & Body/Wrecker Service was AMAZING! These guys were prompt, understanding & very adapt to both the Insurance companies needs as well as mine!Honestly, idk what I'd do if these guys were ANYONE ELSE, they saved my life!!!!!! Go to them, ask for Nick and/or his brother, you WILL NOT regret it!!!!!!!!!

I used Donaldsonville Glass many times with good service. Had the back window of my truck replaced before bringing it I knocked all the old glass out and vacuumed it out . Got home glass on back seat and floor also in bed of truck seems it should have been vacuumed out the glue bead is not smoothed ouit seems 10 more minutes to finish the job correctly would have been in order

Donaldsonville Glass and Body did an awesome job repairing my wrecked GMC pickup truck. They repaired the whole passenger side of my truck from front bumper to back bumper. The truck was damaged due to wreck. They did an awesome job and also kept me up to date on the progress of my repair. I would recommend them to everyone for automotive repairs.Services: Body & Trim, Wheel alignment, Car towing

So happy I chose this place to replace my windows Jimmy was WONDERFUL! I was relieved when he told me the total amount... I thought it was going to be so much more! Very satisfied & I would recommend everyone to visit for oil change, tires, windows & whatever else they do!
