Wouldn t even give one star but it wouldn t allow me to move forward without doing so. We have gone to this place three times trying to get a flat fixed/ new tire. I would not recommend this place to anyone, the staff there are rude and act as if they don t want to be bothered. The three times we have attempted to get service here was a waste of time. We wouldn t have gone back the second or third time but it seems we always catch a flat when we are in that area. With that being said we always took our chances and left on our flat in hopes we made it to another tire shop. Poor staffing will make a business go under.

Mr. Darryl went above and beyond to make my stop in even better than expected. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend visiting Superior Tire for all your tire needs.

After being a loyal customer for a decade I was shocked to find an $80 bill after cancelling a job within 2 minutes. I had to be charged for a half hour of work that involved removing one air filter. Will never be going back again.

These guys saved me today! Home health therapist visiting close by retirement communities when I get a low tire pressure reading. Sure enough, getting a flat which i could see. They were close by, easy to find. So very kind and although they couldn t repair the tire (it was worn out, which I knew), they were able to find a tire and service was so very fast and professional. I needed to get back to Hammond in a hurry and they put the new one on in no time. Highly recommend. Thanks guys; Great Job!!!

Walked in, there were literally 4 employees standing in the lobby with no customers at all. I asked to have a flat looked at... mind you I just bought brand new tires and the road hazard a month ago. I was told it ll be several hours to even get it on the lift because everyone is so busy and backed up and nobody has had lunch yet. It s 10:45...Dont bother buying road hazard from these guys if you get tires from here.So I m gonna sit here for two hours to have them look at a flat which probably needs a 5 minute plug put in... might as well spend this time giving reviews on all the sites I can.

Let's just say I was made to feel that I didn't fit the "color" scheme of the place. No overt racism and still professional, don't get me wrong, but I was given wrong information to expedite my departure. I could just feel the tension rise as soon as I walked in. I'm not one to pull the race card often and didn't expect it here, and perhaps it was not race related at all; but the fact remains I was given incorrect information which cost me time and therefore will not be darkening the doorway of this business again.

I have gone there for a very long time and thought the management teams in the past were great. I bought a set of tires there about 18 months ago and got a $60 gift card for a Goodyear promotion. I tried to use it today for a replacement for a blown tire and I was told - sorry - you can only use one credit card per purchase. I told him it was a Goodyear card and he didn't care. You can use more than one card almost anywhere else. When I left he could tell that I was aggravated by it and he rather loudly gave a sarcastic "have a nice day" as I left the place. I'll never return again and I had been going there on and off for 30+ years!

Outstanding management and staff, took great care of me they even checked my tires and filled them to the correct psi on a random drive up even before i became a customer. Awesome professionalism i will forever patronize this establishment.

Bought a new tire approx. 45 days ago, it now has an egg in it and they refuse to warranty it. Rude. Will never return.
