DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I just needed a tire rotation. Took them 3 entire hours to even start it. No one seemed to be happy in the auto care center. Not the workers, and definitely not the customers. The girl who rung me up when it was all finished acted like she was dead inside and didn t even have enough brain cells left to give me my keys after I paid. I would rather pay a literal crack head with a jack and a wrench $50 to rotate my tires than even have Walmart do it for free. You could not pay me to go back there. There was one decent guy (I m assuming a mechanic) who was truly trying to be kind and help people out at the registers all while still trying to get back out to do his actual job in the bays. Aside from that it felt like everyone was oblivious of everything going on. Walmart, you have failed this department miserably. Hire more staff so this doesn t happen to other people. Do better.

Got there for two new tires at 9:30 a.m. and ended up leaving around 3:00 p.m..

Anytime I call no one is in the auto center, even after the service desk personnel page and call them over the loud speaker. I've even waited in the auto center with no customers in the garage and still unable to get assistance. The button for assistance gets avoided. Other workers can't even find their coworkers that are assigned to the auto center when asked.

I had a flat on highway due to a puncture. I was able to locate the puncture by hearing and seeing the hole. I marked the tire and put on my spare. On 13 Sep 2021 I brought the tire to Walmart tire center in deridder la. I showed them where the puncture was because I had marked the tire. I went home and was contacted saying the hole was to close to the sidewall and they couldn't patch it. I brought tire home and filled tire with air and sprayed with soapy water. Immediately heard the air and seen the bubbles. It was dead center in middle of tire. About 4 inches either direction from sidewall. I contacted Tire Center at Walmart on 13 Sep 2021 and told them evidently they didn't look at the tire or even put air in the tire. Asked them how much further can you get from the sidewall!!!? He didn't want to hear it and hung up on me!! Beware! Don't be surprised if they forget to tighten your lug nuts. Might even forget to put your tires back on.Service: Tires

NO REGARDS FOR SAFETY OF CUSTOMERS Called ahead to find out what time they closed and what was the latest time that they would still sell and mount me a tire. Was in dyer need of these tires. Was already on a spare and had another tire showing wires and losing rubber. Hurried there after work just to have an employee shut two bay doors in my face and pretend to not hear me. The actions of this Walmart worker endangered the lives of me and my family.

Besides the fact they forgot to put my lug key for my tire back in my truck which caused a terrible chain of events when I was out of town, they're pretty good. The crew tries to help make sure you get the best deal you can afford and they're a lot faster than other Wal-Mart auto cares

Had a tire switched to a new wheel. Pretty new tire 5 months or so. They did half the job. Didn't even seal the tire to wheel got home not balanced had 13 pounds of air and valve stem was leaking. Poor craftsmanship

Turned me away even though they were "closing in 30 mins". I just needed a tire patch in a hole that doesn't take but 15 minutes. Their hours state they close at 1900 but the workers say they close at 1600 due to "not enough workers on the weekends. Maybe they should update their hours instead of false advertising their hours. And the employees were very rude about the situation.

Never had a problem with Walmart Tire , but I went up there to get a new battery on Sunday and by Thursday my car is completely dead wont hold a charge sputtering down the road sounds like my car is about to break down wont let me go over 20 mph. Took it to Aubreys , he runs all kinds of tests starts taking my car apart trying to figure out the problem.. figured out that my battery was not even installed correctly so thank you Walmart Tire in Deridder for carelessly installing my battery. I should have known something was wrong when they gave the mechanic the wrong battery for my car at first and was about to charge me $50 less for the battery. I was stuck on the side of the road balling my eyes out because I thought its just one thing after another come to find out they don t know what they are doing up there

Preston saved the day. We were stranded with a rental car flat tire and nowhere to change out the rental car. Preston got us back on the road with a smile and helped turn a bad experience into a good one.Service: TiresService: Tires

Zero confidence. Do not come here.Brough my suv for an oil change. The shop wasnt busy and promised my vehicle would be ready in about 45 mins. They said they would call when it was complete. 3 hours later, I havent heard anything, so I called to see if it was ready. Told me everything was ready and to pick up vehicle. I arrive and my maintenance light is still on. I asked them to reset the maintenance status...ive been here for an additional hour as the technician and friends are huddle around my car trying to figure out how to reset the service message. I'm no mechanic, but this seems like the easier portion of an the maintenance. If they cant figure this out, im not confident in their ability to do BASIC maintenance. I have been asked 5 times, by 5 different people if my owners manual is in the vehicle...it is on the dashboard where the the last technician who asked me left it.

I had a tail signal light that went out omw to Baton Rouge. The Walmart in BR changed it but my dashboard was still saying it was out so once I got back home I stopped in and had them double check and they did and I am all set to go, it works. I just don't know how to reset it to read that it's been changed on my Dodge Ram.

Bought tires from website and then came to get them put on they then proceeded to tell me my tires were too low profile and they could not put them on. Sounded more like an excuse but whateverService: TiresService: Tires

Showed up on a Monday morning. There were no cars in the bay, no line out on the lot for service. Literally was just me for service and a bay full of mechanics sitting around. I was quoted three hours for a oil change and tire rotation. That s literally less than a half hour of work under these conditions.Like everything else about this town, these people are lazy, trashy, unmotivated and stupid.

Makes absolutely no sense that they would be closed on the day their sign said they were open and open on a day that they say they were closed. But it is Walmart in DeRidder Louisiana I suppose so I can t expect too much

would have loved to give you the business of 4 new tires and oil and lube for my car, but you would never answer you phone so I could confirm you had my tires in stock. Sorry!

I went and asked them to change my battery, and they succeeded in frying my ecm, costing me time and money to fix a simple job. Should have done it myself.

You have the option of going anywhere to service your car, but this is the best, you go shopping and take advantage of giving service to your car, as we Latinos say, two birds with one stone
