Very pleased with the service. Visiting in our Class A Pusher over Christmas and New Year. Had an issue with generator. Bruce was able to diagnose and connect me with the proper parts supplier. He came back and made the repair. He even took the time to teach me some stuff on some of the other systems on the Coach that we didn't understand. Excellent service and reasonable pricing for his expertise and travel.

Pretty disappointed in how our interaction just went. He came out for an estimate and simply looked at the AC on our RV and told us that he wouldn't be able to get a new unit in to replace it for at least 6 weeks which is disappointing but not the issue. Regarding that specifically though, I found an alternate business that is all around just a much better fit for us, thankfully!! She said that she could have the same unit in her shop and ready to install in less than 3 days. My actual issue is that for the 10 minutes he was here, he charged my mom almost $300. This charge or fee was never disclosed at any point prior to his arrival. We should have been given the opportunity to decide for ourselves if we were willing to pay that price. I have never been charged a fee for receiving a quote or estimate, but with that being said it wouldn't have been an issue if it were discussed and if we were given the luxury of making financial decisions for ourselves. The alternative business that we chose is going to be charging right around that amount for the labor to actually install the new unit. Unfortunately my dad passed away recently and it's just us girls. I guess he saw that and took us for ducks. The whole interaction just felt pretty skeezy.

All I know about this guy is that he accepted money from my in-laws to work on their camper. That was around April-may of this year. Here we are heading into November and still nothing. No explanation whatsoever, won't answer the phone or anything.

Bruce did an excellent job as our motorhome left us stranded! He was knowledgeable and immediately fixed our issue. We will definitely use him again if we have an RV issue in the future. Highly recommend!

Bruce diagnosed the problem and had to replace a 50 amp in-line breaker. I would never have found the problem. He was quick, knows what he s doing and very reasonable on price.I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him if you have any RV issues.Service: Electrical

So I had previously wrote a review on how horrible my service was with Bruce however I needed to come forward and say that he has made it RIGHT and taken care of our issue!!! If you are in need of anything RV Repair makesure to give him a call he will take great care of you !!
