Everyone in the store was very helpful and friendly. I could even see the smile from under their masks and they were genuine not forced which I really appreciate. I like the layout of the store with the lumber yard on the side and a whole separate building for the garden center. I am much more satisfied with this experience than other Stine's I have been to in the past. I will be back anytime I have a job up this way!

Darrin from Stines came out earlier than expected and went above and beyond to make sure my washer was working properly and checked out some other things in my apartment and gave helpful tips on how to keep things running smoothly. I'm grateful and definitely a loyal Stines customer from now on. Please do something nice for him to show my appreciation.He deserves it.

Reagan in the nut and bolt department is awesome! She fixed my crutch with 2 bolts and 2 wing nuts just before closing time. She has a positive attitude and a beautiful smile.Great asset to your company.Great job Reagan!

They have so many edible choices of all groceries in stocks and it is in an orderly, very clean display.The home and work items are plentiful but some of the aisles are full of overstocked items and make it difficult to navigate your shopping cart back to the check out counter.The employees are friendly and willing to offer their help or knowledge of where articles are at in the store. I love this store!

I was looking for fireplace set like the shovel, the poker and all that and I didn't want to wait 2-3 days for amazon or Walmart to deliver.

Plant prices are outlandish this year! Petunias are 3.49 EACH and tomatoes are 5.48! Cannot say it is just Stines though...Lowes was just as much. Noticed WalMart is now getting theirs from the same supplier but almost $1 less expensive. Money will DEFINITELY be spent on veggies with few landscape beauties.

Stine is much cheaper then Lowe's. The customer service is great 9 out of 10 times. One guy in particular, Mark is super helpful. He's worth going to Stine for alone. I'm glad I have a location so close to home!

Purchased a Hot Point washing machine 2 weeks ago. The sales lady was the best!!! Can't remember her name, she used to be a manager at Wendy's. Couldn't be more happier with our purchase.

It's just okay.Pro: they may have stuff that other nearby places wouldn't.Con: store upkeep, customer service.Been multiple times for their selection of items, and each time I get frustrated with the layout and upkeep of the store. Items are not stocked and if they are they are most likely in the wrong spot. Customer service is just blah. They sound friendly, but if you ask for help you may be on your own. Instead of walking customers to items, they will just tell you about where it is located. They just seem to preoccupied with their tasks to really help. Even when asking for a buggy we were told there weren't any, but we ended up finding multiple throughout the store not put up.We bought a jigsaw (in wrong location), blades (not priced), saw horse pack (wrong location and not taken out of shipping box of 6), and wood (not priced).Store just seems a bit lazy. We would go to Lowes in Leesville if it were closer.

Inside the store was great! Everyone was friendly and greeted when we came in and left. We just had questions about re-modeling our kitchen and they didn t seemed annoyed or anything. Will definitely be going back to purchase from them.

It's a hardware store, I needed hardware, they had it... So far they have always had what I needed to get the job done. Seems they have competitive pricing. Good job Stines!3/30/23..Can't figure out why treated 1X wood is way cheaper than say #2 pine, but it is and that's what I bought to do a small project. Way too go Stines!

Everyone loves Stine's. We've been going to Lowe's in Leesville and thought to try Stine's. For started the parking lot is very tight and having a bunch of contractor pick up trucks and trailers doesn't help. Stories cramped and very disorganized. We were able to find what we were looking for. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices are good as was the selection. Could not find 2x4s.

The man in the pluming department was very helpful believe his name was ray. Showed me exactly what I needed to complete my job. The people in contract sales were also very pleseant. The cashier that checked me out however, was on her phone while in the process of checking me out. Also she did not greet me or say a word. She just checked me out played on her phone and talked to her coworkers. I believe her name was kasira. Very unprofessional.

I visited Stine last week to look into buying my husband a "green egg" grill for Father's Day. When I questioned upcoming sales on the item with the young man helping me, he made a radio call and another female brought over an ad advising me it would actually be on sale starting today (May 21) with some accessories, plus no tax which made it a great deal. Does the store offer military discount? Yes, I was told but only up to $50. Awesome, extra savings! Can it be delivered? Yes, but it doesn't get "set up". That's ok, because I confirmed with both employees present delivery would mean they would bring it to my home and put it on the stand. So today rolls around (May 21) and I go into the store. I am then told by another employee that the tax free sale is only for Fri, Sat,Sun this week. Ok, not what I was told, but I can come back. But it can be delivered right? Wrong again, not if I want the tax free option. So I make my way to the counter to ask a second person, thinking maybe the gentleman was mistaken. I explain the conversation to the cashier that I had last week, as well as, the conversation I just had with a third employee. She confirms the third employees information, and also informs me that the tax free sale can not be combined with a military discount. Not at any point today did either employee offer to bring up a manager, nor did they ask who I spoke with last week. When I commented to the cashier that they should train all employees to have the same information so people aren't made false promises or mislead, the cashier blankly told me they have a meeting scheduled or something to that affect. Extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and unsure how so much information can be different between employees of the same store; but glad I hadn't told me husband about the gift yet.

Hannah not only mixed my paint to perfection, she helped me finalize my decision on which color to get! I cant tell you how nice and helpful she was. Such a godsend to me yesterday! Thank you!! Your prices were cheaper than both sherwin Williams AND walmart when it comes to paint!!! WITH primer mixed in! Thanks so much! I'll be back!

The employees at Stines are fantastic and very helpful. I know nothing about tools but I wanted to get my boyfriend a started kit. A gentleman spent about 20 minutes helping me decide what was right for my boyfriend. He told me about all of the combo deals and I ended up purchasing a 4 piece tool set made by craftsman. He is extremely pleased with his 2020 big Christmas present. I ended jp paying a total of $220.19. The set included a skill saw, an impact wrench, two batteries, one charger a regular drill and a very nice and very bright light. My only complaint is that it was supposed to include a bag for the charger and for the two batteries. I consider that more of a manufacturer issue than anything. Overall a really great experience.

I would like to say how much I appreciated Ms. Jennifer who works in Appliances. Ms. Jennifer was not only helpful; but also courteous and genuinely friendly. Inside the store was great! Friendly smiling faces everywhere but the yard was horrendous service. Everyone looking at us not giving any kind of direction as to where to go to pick up my invoice order. A lady was standing in the front shack and waited to speak to us as we were moving forward although she saw us the whole time. We re not from around here and it s so ignorant to think we knew how the yard worked for this particular store. I ve never dealt with such incompetent people. Common sense people... common sense when you see a customer that looks like they need help or look at they re not familiar help.... HELP!

Went in yesterday getting an eyeball of things I'm needing to do. Stopped by help desk. I'm coming up to the desk and guy leaves there with his coffee cup looks at me and continues on ok no problem there's another person by the desk So I wait and wait for her to finish her catching up with an old friend because they can't believe what these people are doing now really yak yak yak.Clock out and do lunch already.And why can't you call another store to see if they have a renter center and equipment there instead of the customers while they are there.But you have great lumber guys ready to help.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Kim went out of her way to find answers for questions I had. Great selection of quality products in both the building supplies and yard and garden. Staff were polite and patient.

Got what I needed, employees helpful and friendly but sometimes uninformed and not attentive. Great selection of plants and seeds. Tools at a reasonable price and employees have good advice for projects.

Horrible customer service. I've been here on numerous occasion and I've never had a friendly encounter. Great place to probably shop if your the right skin tone. I Would rather do the extra 30 minutes to Lowe's.
