Personnel are knowledgeable about the business, online orders are easy items in stocks are usually ready within an hour, in store purchases are organized and fast flowing. Personnel are very friendly.

The only issue I had was with a flashlight I bought. We put batteries in it and it still didn't work. I ended up throwing the flashlight away and buying a new one from Walmart.

I have to give THIS O'REILLY'S A 5-STAR! Very friendly service. I'm terribly sorry but can't remember the young man that helped me. I know the date. It Was Sunday Feb.20th. He was very personable. He talked to me and was concerned. He never made me feel i was keeping him from something else. He was like this with each person that approached him, or needed his help. THANK YOU When you need help, having someone go beyond to make sure you get what you need helps the process go better. He definitely needs a raise

Kyle is simply awesome. He listens to whatever problem you may have and thinks outside the box if necessary to figure out a solution. Will even go through the main store and gather items to help you so you don't have to search.

The manager cussed both the other employees then tried to refund me half of what I paid for a part I didn't use. It's pitiful I'll never go in again

As a lady who does all her own mechanic work, I'm giving these guys 5 stars because I can't give them 10. Not only do they always meet my automotive needs in a very timely manner, they're the only parts store in DeRidder that hasn't tried to "woman" me and convince me to buy expensive parts that I don't need. I won't recommend anyone else.

Staff is always eager to help, no matter how busy or how close it is to closing time. That has been my experience for the year it's been my go to parts store. Guessing well over a dozen visits in that time frame.

Very expensive, but am giving 5 stars because the young man LITERALLY came outside in the snow to install my battery(instead of telling me to come back another time) he was great(bad with names but I do remember him saying he lived closer to Lake Charles) just would like to give credit where credit is due

Really helpful ppl had a warranty part I just knew that I was about to have some trouble exchanging it but to my surprise it super well no questions no hassle just a new part. That's amazing keep up the great work
