I needed a car battery and Napa was the only place in town that had one that fit my vehicle. The employee, Robbie, even took the time to help with installing the new battery. Excellent customer service!

I went to NAPA to get my mower parts after I previously went to Auto Zone and could not get any help from the employee s. I was the only customer in the store, but yet, I was ignored for 15 mins...when I finally interrupted whatever the employees were doing that was more important, I still could not get them to provide me with a link of reasonable (muchless knowledgable) service....The lady at NAPA, however, was very helpful and courteous and provided me with great service! Thanks NAPA!

Friendly staff and I bought my grease cheaper than Amazon! They also do all kind of specialized hydraulic stuff for farm equipment so I'm headed back.

I went to every Hardware and Automotive store in DeRidder, not one had the bolt I was looking for! Last stop was NAPA Auto Parts. It wasn't on the shelf, just when I thought all hope was lost, a gentleman from the back comes up looks at the specialty bolt, and came right back with one that did the job. A BIG Thanks to David and the NAPA team!

Worst customer service ever went in to ask about getting a breather for a piece of equipment. He asked if I had a part # for breather I said no he said could not help me. Did not even offer to help look it by the machine info.

Bought battery less than year ago becouse thier person. Failed to do thier job we have to jump every timethey failed to stamp battery
