I had a piece of debris in my rear tire and needed a quick repair. Morris tire shop got me in, made the repair, and had me ready to go quickly. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the customer service was friendly and direct. I highly recommend.

Went for tire repair on a Friday morning. Friendly service.Location: on a one-way road with limited parking.Service: friendly and able to take information quickly. Pretty laid back staff. They allowed us to pickup & leave through the shop to avoid getting wet in the rain.Wait time: we arrived around 930am and waited a little over 1 hour for a tire patch. Wait time will also depend on how many are ahead of you and what service is needed.Atmosphere: strongly smells like tires inside (of course). Well lit. Decently clean. Some of their seats at the counter are torn and need replacing, but the ones most people sat in to wait were fine.Prices: to remove 2 nails in a tire and patch, it was about $25.

What was suppose to be 30 minutes has turned into almost 2 hours. Having tires put on an Enterprise Rental that shouldn t even be my responsibility , but was assured it wouldn t take long.Morris Tires had 1 customer and 1 empty stall when I arrived. Always check your tires before getting a rental.

Today while having a tire fixed I observed a tire technician walk out get into a car then come back in and talk to the supervisor who immediately went over to a elder woman and ask her if she knows there was a large wad of money sitting g on her passenger seat he had said we secured your vehicle but my technician wanted to make you aware.The elder lady laughed and said, "oh honey I've been coming here forever, I trust y'all. Will your please bring in into me so I don't have to go out into the heat?" To which he replied of course, he went out and handed her a great big ol stack of money. That spoke volumes to me, and the way they were speedy, inexpensive, and gave great Custer service spoke even more! Thank you Morris team!

We were in from another state assisting with the local forest fires. We had a flat and they had us in and out in about 30 minutes. Great service and friendly staff.

I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and they had me out of there in an hour. Great service. Competent mechanics. 10/10 would recommend, On God. Frfr, no cap.

These guys go well above and beyond! They did research on my tires even though I didn't ask them. Knowing we were in a bind with our camper tires, they made sure we were taking care of and a priority. Will definitely utilize them again!

The people make the business. I was traveling through the community, spent the night only to find a flat tire. I called Morris Tire service and spoke with a kind young lady who arranged for Doug to come to my rescue. He did! He not only helped me get my tire up to be able to drive to the shop but, made sure I made it safely by leading and the following me. Once at the shop Braden was polite, respectful and prompt in repairing my tire. I highly recommend Morris Tire Service- Deridder. Thank You! Service like this is hard to find!!

I have gone here for tire changes and brake repairs, and every single time they are so helpful. They are quick and courteous and I absolutely love coming here. I used to live in Moss Bluff, and continued going to Midas (even after moving to Deridder) because I was comfortable taking my car there and it was on the way to Lake Charles... but after my first time visiting Morris Tire Service, I literally cringe if I have to take my car elsewhere. I cannot day enough about how great this place is!

On my home home from work in Sulphur had a blowout. Called this place around 430 and they got it put on before they closed. Awesome work. Only place between lake charles, Sulphur, and deridder that had my tire without having to order one

Needed four new tires for my truck and asked them to check the brakes. I was extremely surprised that it only took 35 minutes before I had all new tires and was on my way. I m fairly certain that s a world record as I m used to waiting a few hours. Instead of trying to make more money off of me, he advised that my brakes still had plenty of miles on them. That s good and ethical business you don t find often in this world anymore. Thanks guys.

We had a roofing nail in our tire due to Hurricane Laura debris. They fixed us up quickly and they were so friendly I can t imagine going anywhere else from now on! Really good people there.

Asked them to do a res and muffler delete on my 2018 charger. Quoted me 380 bucks over the phone and I got it done for 140 in Lake Charles. He was also asking me questions that shouldn't even change the price. Get my tires fixed here, and alignments but I feel as if he was trying to rip me off. Still does great work but too pricey on some things.

Morris Tire has always been a great place with wonderful service. There are not many places you can go to receive the treatment they offer. They have never been dishonest with me and have always pointed me in the right direction. Highly recommended

I can not say enough about the service. Top notch. The mechanic be was professional and took the time to look things over and make sure the diagnosis was accurate. April and all the other office staff were friendly and professional. The guys in the tire shop also went out of Thier way for me. I am one very grateful customer and can not say enough about the wonderful staff at Morris Tire.

Car has 25k miles and no issues. Decided to get my tires rotated. When I got the car back, had a few electrical issues and cruise control wasn t working. Took it back and a sensor was broke. I was told you could fix it for $120 plus parts or I could take it to a dealer. Ended up paying over $200 to fix something that didn t break until I took it to you guys. You acted like it was normal and bound to happen. Friendly staff and quick. The 1 star is based only because of the sensor and you acted like that even if you broke it, it was going to happen anyway so best it happened now.

Great place to go for any of your vehicle needs we as a buisness in DeRidder have been taking our vehicles to Morris Tires for quite some time now they are always dependable and they do great work if you want the job done right the first time this is the place to go the employees are wonderful people and are always willing to help in any way they can. I can not say enough about the encounter i experienced. It was impecable!!!! speachless full service extrodinary I left feeling like family and thats a hard card to play by my book. I hopefully can do something incrediably nice for everyone in this shop. The integrity of this atablishment doesnt get better! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very friendly people work here, but not a place I would recommend getting a flat fixed at. Last summer I came to this location and they patched a leak on my tire, just for the tire to blow out the next day. Now yesterday I go have another tire repaired and this morning that tire is flat.

Boyfriend and I have been trying to get a car drivable for a week and a half and finally had a chance today. We pulled up 15 minutes until closing time and Mr.Chris accepted us and helped us end carpooling our one vehicle to our jobs. Couldn't say thank you enough!

Would NOT recommend Morris Tire in Deridder for an alignment I was told I need an additional $500 plus in parts, I did not need.After I hit a curb, I brought my truck to them. I paid a $45 diagnostic fee, which identified a bad wheel hub and ball joints on the passenger side. I ordered the parts online and returned. The parts where installed and it was aligned, but now I needed new leveling blocks and camber bolts too. When I left the truck was pulling right and the steering wheel was off center, but I blamed it on the work that had not been done yet. I returned with the new leveling blocks and they were installed for around $85.At this point, I was told, the bolts holding the lower control arm were stuck in the bushings. The same bolts that needed to be replaced with a camber bolts. I needed new lower control arms to be able to change the camber bolts. The labor couldn t be quoted because he (David) would have to cut the old ones out. I ordered the parts online for around $400. When the parts arrived I brought it to a mechanic I trust. The bolts weren t stuck in the bushings and my truck doesn t need a camber bolts to adjust the toe anyway.

Always trying to upsell someone give you one price and then when you get there it's not in stock but the more expensive one is in stock amazingly Didn't happen just once Has happened four times not going back

Best alignment my 1995 tacoma has had. Outstanding customer service; fast and accurate maintenance. Technician was very knowledgeable ensuring correct adjustments for a lifted vehicle.
