Got there about 9ish, and Danielle at the front desk was very Polite and welcoming. She took my car back to the shop area and pretty much but the time she got back to her desk my windshield was repaired and I was ready to go. They did such a good job, you can't even tell it has a rock chip in it. Great place to go, excellent Customer Service and Repair work.

Outstanding customer service. We are moving and broke our China cabinet window. They repaired and replaced the window in minutes while we waited. Then repaired our chipped windshield from a rock. They are so friendly and helpful.

I canceled my insurance claim because we were told our back glass wasno longer leaking and to cancel the claim. They still billed my insurance for a back glass that we never ordered nor had replaced. Insurance paid them. Back glass still continued to leak. Had to reopen insurance claim and seen they still filed and got paid. Now we have to wait for insurance to investigate and get reimbursed from them before we can move forward with our claim.

Had a rock hit my windshield that ended up looking like a giant spider! I drove straight to Hudson's thinking there is NO WAY this can be repaired.Thankfully, they do amazing work! It is now almost invisible!!

I was driving down the highway and caught a piece of shrapnel from a bush hog that completely shatter my extended cab window. Thankfully, no one was in the back seat and Hudson's was right down the road. I pulled in and they ordered my specialty glass right away and I was back on the road in no time. They even vacuumed out my truck for me.

The people were nice, but the service was a rip off. For $300 you would think that an inspection sticker is included. The speed of the installation was under an hour, which was nice. After researching, the cost of my window is $87.99 with free shipping. I won't use this place again and would rather oder the window myself and go to a local car shop instead of driving 36 minutes to go to a specialized windshield shop.Service: Auto windshield replacement

The ladies at the front desk seemed like they wanted nothing to do with me and see mad I was there, like how dare I use the service i paid for, other than that replacement was quick and fast

I have done business with Hudson Glass in the past and was very satisfied. This time I have had 2 appointments that were canceled and rescheduled by Hudson. The 3rd appointment they didn't even bother to call and cancel. No call and did not show up for appointment. Just bad!

Scheduled my glass repair and appointment two days in advanced. When I arrived at my scheduled time two days later, they never called to verify my insurance or ordered my glass. I didn t receive a phone call to cancel/reschedule my appointment before taking off from work. Highly disappointed in this company. Lost a valued customer for life.

Very friendly people working there. I was there to Get my windshield replaced, took about an hour. Very happy with the work they did. Will gladly go back and recommend using them.

Dropped off a piece an item....they tried to get it done right then...but could not. My point: They were driven to try and help. Took my number, paid my bill and will pick up....on Monday. Only thing wrong was the decorum....they didn't HAVE THE CMU FOOTBALL COLORS...Fire Up Chips!

Very friendly and quick. Called everyone in Leesville and DeRidder and they were the only ones who could get the glass for my 19 Ram. Highly recommend

Did what they were supposed to do, replace my glass. Customer service is average. They left my seat dirty and stepped on some papers located on the floor. To top it off they did not bother to clean the glass they installed
