Bought a car from them. Not even 3 days later told I needed a new engine.... This car has been in and out of shop since we got it. ( More in than out) Haven't even had it a year and the transmission is gonna have to be rebuilt. So as warning others please watch what you buy. This car has done nothing but make be dish out so much money

i drove in from outta town looking to find a truck that fit my needs. they had multiple options in what i was looking for. my first pick was what i drove away in with a huge grin on my face. they treated me like family. already lookin forward to the next time we do business. I found the car of my dreams at Honest John's Used Cars in DeRidder!! They really are some great people to buy from. They gave us a great deal on my new car and they had amazing customer service. I got my second car very recently from them(I bought my first car from them too) and I was extremely happy. I love my new Jeep Cherokee, it drives amazingly, they worked around my budget and helped me every step of the way. I had come in weeks before and test drove it twice once by myself, and a second time with my uncle. I feel in love with it. Honest Johns lives up to their name! I'm beyond satisfied with my service with them.

Bought a red town and country 2008 limited was told the back seats folded down and "you just had to mess with it" had multiple people look at it could never get the seats to fold down. There is multiple leaks in the body and I had to replace the ballast for the front headlight within a month. I also replaced the alternator and battery and EGR valve and gaskets for it because it was having major electrical issues.I thought it fixed it but now it is having issues again and I was told it could be the computer module I have only drove it 10k miles since I bought it. Most of the issues started happening very quickly. I felt a little decieved especially about the back seats because I wanted to fold them down and travel in it which was one of the major reasons I purchased and the seats absolutely do not fold down.I could understand about the other issues maybe not being known even though multiple interior items have just fallen off like they were just rigged on there, but the seats not folding down there is no way that could have not been known.

I'm not a customer, but I spent some time working for this amazing customer. I witnessed them do something so different and honestly it showed me there are kind people in the world still... I won't say what they did or for whom. But believe you me I'll never see it again. Honestly I can't give enough praise to 'em. But for real them floors looking nice ehh

I got a great truck at great price. He was not trying to sale me a vehicle. He was just being kind and friendly. My children took right to him, he took time with them. That was the reason I got my truck there and my next vehicle.
