The best service department I ve ever seen!! Lisa is amazing answers all your questions, is compassionate & actually cares! She told me if my engine light ever starts blinking pull over immediately and had she not told me that my car would have been done for. They made my horrible situation so much easier, they fixed my car completely & were notifying me every step of the way I ll never go anywhere else for car service again Ronnie is who fixed my car and did a wonderful job. So grateful to finally find an honest mechanic that knows what they are doing.

Do NOT use this dealership. I am travelling to Lake Charles to get service that is willing to work with my time. This dealership is unprofessional and has made my simple fix on my 2014 1500 a complete nightmare. I waited for a week and half for parts to come in and when some of them did arrive they lost them. I requested that they work with me professionally since I require my truck to work and I had a business trip and gave them two weeks notice. They failed to find the lost parts and I had to rent a car for the business trip. When I got back they accepted my car and when I found out they don't provide rentals and enterprise did not have a adequate vehicle for use they told me I would have to wait another week and could only schedules appointments on Mondays. I'm sick of this company and their behavior towards customers. Brandie Sonier is completely UNPROFESSIONAL!I am do NOT recommend that you use their business.The Manager was very unfriendly and the service was not acceptable!

Charged $150 for 30 minutes of work I could have done myself. They don't tell you the cost of labor until complete. I was under the impression it would be around $50. There is something shady about this business.

Got there at 7:35 am for an oil change & rotation; got right on it & was out within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service

We broke down (blowout) at closing time. We were told they were closed and everyone had gone home. But the gentleman my husband was talking to told him not to hang up because he had a young man that lived across the street that had just gotten off. Jesse (sp) came to our rescue within a few moments. He was courteous and friendly. Every where we had called refused to try and help us. I don't understand everyone's complaints because being from out of state we were thankful. Also, Jesse didn't want to take payment.

NEVER GO HERE! They ripped off a woman because they knew they could. They charged my wife $118.00 to change a head light and didn't install it back on correctly! I had to re do it myself and when I called to talk to Stephanie the service manager she was rude and tried to claim nothing was wrong!

I am in the process of purchasing a vehicle here. The sales team has worked to get me what I want, and I appreciate them for that, but I feel they were not motivated to sell me the add on features I wanted. Overall I would return though.

So a few years ago I had issues with my jeep, given the circumstances and with an impending wedding in my future I thought "self, maybe we should take it to a dealership, just this one time, it's just a water pump...." it was at that moment... I knew I f#@K#D up. I will say this first, the staff seemed pretty pleasant however, I clearly said call me if there are any issues or before you add anything. So long story short they replaced the water pump and the vehicle still wasn't running properly. They then seemly appeared to guess what was wrong, like spinning a globe around and sticking your finger on a spot to choose a vacation destination. They added spark plugs and some random stuff without calling me first... no big deal, after all I should have seen that coming. However, my jeep still wasn't running right and they went on to say that my head gaskets were blown. Those chodes then quoted me a rediculous 8k to fix said gaskets and that was on top of the 11 hundred dollar tab that they had already bent me over for, just to change an effn water pump. So I pulled my ish out of there, youtubed the issue, and fixed it for less than a hundred bucks. My jeep has been running perfect ever since. That was late September, 2013. Obviously I'm still bitter about it as it's almost 2017. So do yourselves a huge solid and don't take your vehicles there. Hope this review is useful and I hope you all have a fine Navy Day!

Terrible dealership, service department does not have a clue what their doing. Further they do not care about customer service as was evident when my wife had to visit 3 separate times for the dealership to complete a 30 minute job. Way to go Chevy, on more lost customer here, never again will I deal with your brand and your dealerships!
