I was in search for a new truck, and I found one at CBG. I sent a message via internet, and I did not get a quick response, so I decided to pick up the phone. From that point, it was top-notch customer service. I could not ask for better salesperson. Wilson was upfront and a pleasure to deal with. I visited tons of dealership during this time, and all of them tried to tack on additional fees and services. Not at CBG. In addition, every person went out of his or her way to make me and my wife feel conformable. From the owner, Mr. Blackmon, that made sure we were welcomed properly to the General Manager, Kelly Blackmon, that spent a great deal of time with us going over specs and features. It was a three hour drive for me, but I was not disappointed. I am glad to I decided to call, and you will be too.

Awesome quick service. I had removed the fuses in my truck. Looking for a blown tail light fuse on trailer lights . Which put my truck in to immobilization mode. I had it towed into the dealership that morning and within 45 minutes of getting there they had it fixed and back on the road very quick very friendly service very knowledgeable. Thank you so much.

Bought a used 2014 Buick Verano, in less than a year from purchasing the hood turned very dull and clear coat appeared to have scratches all in it, then the top, and trunk. After bringing to a paint specialist, it was determined the paint was the original manufacture paint however the clear coat was basically gone. I brought in and spoke with my sales person Wilson which routed me to the Service Manager. Immediately upon laying eyes on my car, the sales manager agreed it was clearly a manufacturer issue. He took pics. Needless to say they ALL dropped the ball on my complaint and nothing was ever done and it gets worse everyday. I tried following up several times because someone was flying in and they wanted me on standby incase I needed to bring in. They got the days mixed up when I called to check the status. It was one excuse after another. Very disappointed in actions of all parties involved. No one wants to buy a car and have the paint crack and dull meanwhile the dealership just turns their head the other way. Very unacceptable behavior.

Sitting here wondering why we made a 1 pm appointment. For a new tires and an alignment. Now it's 4:15pm and the tires are barely being put on my dang truck. Hands down the worst repair crew. The shop quite half the time. Someone needs to put some pep in this shops step.

Service is great, everyone there is very friendly and easy to work with without being "pushy" like some dealerships. Pricing was great, they will find every discount available to make sure it's the best possible price!! If your not close to deridder it's worth the drive that's for sure!

My husband bought a used work vehicle from this dealership, and I must say Mr. Wilson was an awesome & fair salesman. He really helped my husband in finding a car and that was in the price range he could work with. Mr. Wilson has such a pleasant spirit and I would definitely recommend using him, and this dealership when looking for a vehicle. You don't get customer service like this anymore!!

Do not bring you re vehicle to get serviced here. We brought in a 2019 GMC Sierra for an oil change and later realized they had not tightened the oil plug back. We realized a week later after noticing our oil gauge Dropping really low. We called the service department and they told us to bring it in. As soon as my wife got there, they took the truck inside and they put it in the lift. My wife was watching them thru the glass and they had 5 employees under the truck looking at it realizing what they have done wrong. The service guy then came and told my wife it was ready to go And they did not give her any paperwork or an apology for the mistake . My wife asked them what was wrong and they said it was just the oil plug was loose and that they had topped of oil. So after my wife calling me at work and telling me what had happened, I decided to give them a call and asked them why this happened. The service guy told me that the plug was just a little loose but they tightened back up. I told them they probably damaged my engine if it leaked the oil out. He said no it did not because it ain t even loose that much oil they did not have add any. But that was a lie because they told my wife they did add oil and his hand were full of oil when he talked to her. I also checked where I parked it at and the grass had oil puddles proving that oil was lost. I called the GMC dealer where I purchased the truck to let them know what had happened and they recommended me to take it to another GMC dealer to have it checked to make sure nothing is damaged. I expected better service overall especially coming from a GMC dealership dealing with 60k+ truck. They tried to downplay the situation as if nothing serious happened. I also called again wanting a number to call corporate to complain but some lady told me they were privately owned so she said I guess I m corporate. They did not want to take ownership of their mistake. The lady said she would call me back in a couple minutes to investigate what had happened but I never received a call back. Stay away from this place.
