The service department is excellent. Marcus always takes time to make sure he understands what I am trying to explain to him . He always calls us back when we call and ask for him to call us back. One thing I really like is that when he tells you something you can bank on it . He always has a excellent attitude and is very professional!!!!

Overall impressive high caliber personnel valuing honest communication with prospective customers. Those qualities allow this dealership's Nissan Sales in DeRidder/Rosepine to stand out against competitors especially across Beauregard and Vernon. Separately, my service experience has been pleasant as well. Overall I'm happy for doing business with them and have no regrets. Sarah Tew and Mr. Davis of Benoit's Nissan team are outstanding.

I have a powertrain warranty and the engine fan will not turn off and engine keeps overheating. They said they are booked for a week. They said I can drop car off, but they can't put me in a rental because they don't have any. It's the only car I have. Guess they expect me to walk. It really surprised me that they are so uncaring about their customers. And would leave them stranded with 2 kids. Won't ever go there again to get a vehicle and neither will any of my family and friends.
